Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Staff was okay but they asked me and my wife for our ID's which I found it bit uncomfortable, I booked the room under my name and I had my id with me, I am not sure why they they want to see my wife's ID ? . Also I am not sure how long they are going to retain my personal details?
As I mentioned above I was happy with the service and behaviour of the staff but this property was demanding to see my ID as well as my wife's and they digitally stored the information

Interiors in the room need refurbishment to the current trends.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2022Rooms are quite spacious and well maintained! Maybe even better than many of the 5 star hotels i have stayed in. Friendly staff and excellent location. The jute sandal/slipper thing provided as complimentary was quite an excellent touch!
Had requested for early checkin which was also confirmed. But when i reached the room, it was not ready and i was asked to wait till the actual check-in time. But they did offer to upgrade me to an available suite room when i mentioned my displeasure. So kudos on customer centricity but could have planned better. But it was a busy time so it's kind of understandable! Also, maybe a few more water bottles should be provided as complimentary especially considering the weather at TVM. Not sure if it would have been provided free of cost if i had asked for it. Adding this since i saw bottled water being price tagged within the room service menu.
