Front desk had two gals, one gal was awesome while the other kept interrupting her to help her with her work.. it was kinda rude Our room had some crumbs on the coffee pot area..

The hotel is beautiful and clean

I didn't like that the night shift girl was trying to fix our reservation and cancelled one of the nights HOWEVER the day shift did everything they could and got it fixed so all turned out great.

Bad: Front desk staff at check-in was rude and unprofessional. Television did not work for half the visit. Why no ice on every floor?

Staff was great, until I was made aware that adding a day onto a consecutive reservation is something the Golden Nugget reservation system is unable to incorporate.

There were complications in my adding an extra day to an existing consecutive reservation, which resulted in unwarranted/unwanted aggravation and additional charges. I am waiting for my credit card statement to resolve. I have requested management respond to my inquiry, but unfortunately, no response to date.

Nice room and pleasant staff

All Staff from the Check in Desk (Darlene and Dana were exceptional) to staff passing in halls were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was fine. However, there were some issues that affected our experience. When I made the reservation, I was charged twice for the room, including the deposit and the resort fee, and I was also charged for one extra night. I was informed that this amount is being refunded, but this situation made the experience less pleasant than expected. Additionally, the room we were given did not match our reservation. We booked a room with a king-size bed, but we were provided with a room with a queen-size bed instead.

Hotel had my booking. Booked and paid in August for December trip. Said they couldn't see where I paid. Had to pay for my room a second time. Was told a manager would contact me to get things sorted out. No contact has been made. I have reached out 4 times but still no contact. Looks like I will need to stop using this hotel and booking.com.

I loved that it was right next to the casino and we could walk downtown- steakhouse in the casino for easy dinner. Convenience store is nearby.

The loading area (front entrance) was not very big and the parking lot was a ways from the entrance. If you wanted to get ice or use a microwave you had to take the elevator downstairs near the front desk.

The property is not very handicap accessible. There. Was no tv in either of the rooms rented and no microwave.it had potential and just failed

It's a beautiful hotel. My room was very nice. Well furnished and great decor.

Only thing missing was a microwave in the room, but they had one to use in the common area.

Everything was close and w in walking distance. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

No microwave in the room and no free breakfast. We asked for room service and they gave us extra towels but the cleaner left the dirty towels. We had to ask again for room service downstairs and make sure to have them take the dirty towels.

The decor was stunning. The lobby was extremely roomy and cozy. Everything was so clean, bed and pillows comfortable.

Our only complaint was the noise transfer between walls.

The room was very clean and its been awhile since I had a good mattress in a hotel and even the expensive ones dont have the confort like this one the pillows were frim didn't go flat when you laid on them they were confortable and matress was comfortable .

The location was good

The bathroom fan stopped dripped nonstop. I contacted Gina Gwen at the desk, who told me to "turn the fan on and you won't hear that noise." Well, no, i won't, but the fan had to run constantly. The room was dirty, and I found good left by previous guests in that room. I didn't sleep. There was blood on the side of the sheet, so the sheets were dirty.

The air conditioning units in the room were very loud. Made if hard for some in our party to sleep. They also did not offer a complimentary breakfast that is common at other hotels. The mattresses were also just average.
