Tout était parfait ! Nous étions dans un cadre incroyable avec des hôtes adorables. Le petit déjeuner est très généreux et le repas était super bon avec des musiciens durant celui-ci qui étaient très gentils également. Je recommande fortement cet établissement. Un grand merci à tout le personnel

Nous avons tout aimé, même si la clim avait un peu du mal à refroidir la chambre mais ça reste un détail comparé à tout le positif.

Its a nice and quiet place. It was worth staying here for the night. The staff were friendly and the scenery was really beautiful. The portions of the tajines were quite big. Big enough for two people.

Het hotel is gewoon prachtig en het personeel mega lief

Het zwembad had water waar je niet doorheen kon kijken, dus niet helder. Dat riep wat vragen bij mij op. Ook omdat ik voelde met mijn voeten dat er dingen (waarschijnlijk iets uit de bomen) op de bodem lag. Maar omdat je de bodem niet kon zien, voelde dat heel onaangenaam.

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel à Agafay Desert Hotel. Avant même de parler du lieu, je tiens à féliciter toute l’équipe. Nous avons beaucoup voyagé et, très sincèrement, elle fait partie du top 3 des équipes qui nous ont accueillis au cours de tous nos voyages. Tout le monde a été adorable, gentil, disponible et aux petits soins, tout en sachant rester discret lorsqu’on avait simplement envie de profiter d’un moment en famille. Une vraie gentillesse, beaucoup de naturel, de belles discussions, des anecdotes et des histoires à raconter… Ils ont énormément contribué à rendre notre séjour mémorable. Et puis il y a le lieu. Une magnifique kasbah rénovée avec énormément de goût, dans un style que je qualifierais de « hippie chic ». Des tapis colorés, des coussins partout, beaucoup de végétation, des arbres, de beaux objets… mais avec, en même temps, énormément de confort. Tout semble avoir été rénové récemment : c’est beau, propre, soigné et impeccable. La grande cour intérieure est un véritable havre de paix. On peut s’installer un peu partout pour lire, dessiner, écrire, discuter ou simplement jouer aux cartes en famille. Une musique douce accompagne les journées, toujours au bon volume, et participe énormément à l’atmosphère du lieu. Même les petits détails sont soignés, jusque dans les chambres et les produits de toilette. Et puis il y a les terrasses, en hauteur, presque comme sur les remparts de la kasbah. Nous y avons dîné un soir et ce fut probablement l’un des plus beaux moments de notre voyage. Tout était magnifique, de la table aux luminaires, et surtout le repas : excellent, raffiné, généreux, tout simplement le meilleur que nous ayons mangé pendant notre séjour au Maroc. Avec, devant nous, une vue absolument lunaire sur le désert d’Agafay. Difficile à décrire tellement le paysage est particulier. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé que l’endroit ne soit pas complètement coupé de la vie locale.

Na een (korte) rit uit Marrakesh kom je aan en word je heel warm begroet. Je ontdekt het hele mooie resort, je authentieke kamer, geweldige badkamer. Het lijkt soms wat een rommeltje bij elkaar maar eigenlijk is over alles nagedacht. Je kan er werkelijk van de grond eten, zo netjes! We deden een begeleide fietstocht door de woestijn, vermoeiend! maar leuk. Het avondeten was fantastisch. Onder de mooiste zonsondergang werden we culinair verwend met locale specialiteiten. Heel gezellig en lekker. En na een heerlijke nacht in een heerlijk bed, kwam het ontbijt en ging de absolute verwennerij gewoon door! Zo lekker allemaal! We voelden ons echt als koninginnen behandeld.

Niets, voor ons was alles echt perfect. Eventueel 1 klein puntje: het zwembad lag in het andere gebouw en was niet helemaal zwem-klaar (uitgekuisd). Maar was wel heel charmant.

In alle opzichten een fantastische locatie met vriendelijk personeel, goed eten en drinken, mooie, sfeervolle kamers en een geweldig uitzicht. Hoewel wij maar één nacht hebben verbleven zullen wij nog lang aan het Desert Hotel terugdenken.

Esperienza semplicemente straordinaria. La posizione nel deserto di Agafay è magica e regala panorami mozzafiato, soprattutto al tramonto. Le camere sono eleganti, pulitissime e perfettamente integrate nell’ambiente circostante. Il personale è stato eccezionale: sempre sorridente, disponibile e attento a ogni dettaglio. La piscina e poi il terrazzo con vista sul deserto(e tramonto) è un vero angolo di paradiso e la cucina ha superato ogni aspettativa, con piatti deliziosi e un’atmosfera autentica e raffinata. Un luogo ideale per vivere il Marocco più suggestivo. Ma il vero valore aggiunto sono le persone che ci lavorano: sempre disponibili gentili e attenti a tutti i dettagli.

Non riesco a trovare lati negativi. Tutto perfetto!

Quel séjour merveilleux ! Cette maison est chaleureuse et accueillante, on s’y sent immédiatement bien. Décoration, repas, activités, découverte de la culture berbère et sa magnifique musique : tout était parfait. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce superbe accueil et ce moment hors du temps.

Das Frühstück war bemüht, aber nicht mehr. Man mußte essen was vorgesetzt, ohne Auswahl. Frische Säfte oder Obst geb es gar nicht.

Das Frühstück, die Lage ist absolut iim Nirgendwo, wenn man weg will muß man alles buchen. Dabei wurden unsere Reservierungen auch noch falsch zugeordnet. 1 Mitarbeiter von 5 sprach englisch!

El personal es muy amable, busca que estés cómodo en todo momento. Quieren divertirte y son gente apasionada, se agradece mucho.

El precio de la comida y las actividades es elevado en comparación con Marrakech, pero es verdad que estás en el desierto.

Sie war im Innenhof sehr schön eingerichtet, zudem war das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Man hatte das Gefühl etwas an der Nase herum geführt zu werden, die Sauberkeit war bedürftig, neben meinem Bett lagen benutzte Ohropax, es gab nur einen Föhn für alle Besucher des Hotels. Man hat sich etwas genötigt gefühlt im Hotel zu essen oder etwas dort zu unternehmen.

I loved this small hotel. There was a gentle peacefulness which offered the chance to completely switch off and escape the tourism found elsewhere. The staff were great, friendly and polite. The location stunning, and the communal areas and bedrooms very comfortable.

Tout était absolument parfait, l'accueil était irréprochable, le lieu est très paisible et l'ambiance est parfaite. Les activités proposées sont variées et toutes très bien, un vrai moment de détente dans un cadre magnifique ! Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux !

Struttura molto bella, sembrava una cattedrale nel deserto, grandi spazi comuni che dà senso di famiglia. La cena con musica è stata fantastica, molto intimo. La presenza di animali e staff gentilissimo e molto divertente aggiunge ulteriore valore!

Unica nota, ma che a onor del vero era stata assolutamente indicata per tempo da loro, è il costo dei servizi extra. Diciamo che non sono per nulla economici… ripeto, sono molto trasparenti nel dirlo però è anche vero che quando sei lì non hai alternative o ti adegui ai prezzi e servizi da loro proposti oppure non c’è modo di fare altro.

Tout , le lieu , le personnel adorable, 😍 l’ambiance, le dépaysement, la nourriture 🥘 très bonne , on est complètement déconnecté. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, la piscine et le dîner avec des musiciens en live et le personnel formidable.

Het personeel was heel lief en gezellig. Leuke gesprekken! Wij hadden eigenlijk nog een nacht willen blijven. Lekker eten en prachtige kamers.

Everything was fantastic. Staff were super friendly, helpful and fun. The hotel hosted an evening of free live music (two traditional Moroccan musicians). The music played before dinner and whilst we ate. Towards the end the staff danced to the music and some of the guests joined in. It was lovely to sit by the pool in the day time too. The hotel also had a beautiful traditional Moroccan aesthetic.

Bellissima struttura che offre tanti servizi, tra cui gite in quad, escursioni con cammelli, corsi di cucina e altro. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Durante la cena è stato proposto anche uno spettacolo musicale tipico del luogo che ci ha permesso di fare un'esperienza a 360 gradi.

Il letto non era comodissimo, in quanto il materasso era scomodo e deforme.

Cette ancienne kasbah est magnifiquement rénovée, avec goût. Un vrai paradis loin des touristes. Le chant des oiseaux, la végétation dans le patio, les petits salons, tout est photogénique. Un calme absolu. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Tout le personnel est adorable, sympathique et très serviable. A recommander sans aucune hésitation.

Excellent breakfast in a stunning landscape, with very kind staff. The whole environment is clean, beautiful, and very peaceful. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

Havre de paix, nous avons été bercés par le bruit du vent et la musique le soir arrivé. Chambre somptueuse, piscine bienvenue et personnel charmant. Le repas était délicieux !

L’ambiance zen, apaisante. Le personnel aux petits oignons, tres porté sur les enfants. Le calme en plein désert d’Agafay. La diversité des activités proposées (balade à chameaux, quad, atelier de poterie, tatouage au henné… Les animaux présents qui ont ravi nos filles (petits chats, tortue)

Il n’y en a pas. Mais nous aurions aimé avoir un peu plus de diversité culinaire pour les enfants.

Très bel établissement situé dans le désert d’Agafay, offrant un cadre exceptionnel, calme et dépaysant, loin des structures trop touristiques de la région. Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et disponible. La piscine (situé dans un bâtiment juste à côté) est un véritable oasis et particulièrement appréciée au vu des températures dans le désert. Nous recommandons également la cuisine (mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner), qui est faite avec des produits locaux, bios et sains (tout en conservant l'authenticité des recettes traditionnelles). Je recommande à 100% cet établissement pour un séjour dans le désert d'Agafay!

We received a cheery welcome and were immediately delighted by the garden. The owners have created a beautiful oasis in the Agafay Desert. We were offered mint tea on the roof and took in the views of the nearby hills, a shepherd and his sheep. There had been rain recently and the desert was green. Our room was lovely - a triple room with enough walking space for the three of us. Very tasteful decor throughout the hotel. A bonus discovery was the pool, which I hadn't realised the hotel had. We swam and soaked up the afternoon sun before having dinner on the rooftop. Musicians accompanied our meal. The hotel has only a few rooms - so it felt intimate and the common areas were never busy or loud. We did two experiences and would recommend both - the sunset camel ride and village cooking class. The camels were waiting right at the front door, were in good health and treated gently by the camel drivers. The family who opened their home to us for a lunch cooking class were lovely. We prepared vegetable and chicken tagines, salad, enjoyed mint tea and sweets, bread in delicious local olive oil and went for a walk around the village whilst the tagine cooked. Great to see some real Moroccan life, meet a family and get off the tourist trail. To note: the area is full of other hotels/camps that look mass-produced and soulless. Some names I recognised from researching places to stay and could see that photos of their views would have been carefully taken to avoid other camps in shots. Basically, most of them look onto each other and have quad-bike paths right beside the tents. Agafay Desert Hotel is in its own little valley near a village overlooking grazing lands. You can tell care has been taken to build in the traditional style, reduce the environmental impact of tourism on the landscape, and employ local people where possible.

Un havre de paix au milieu du désert d’Agafay, le personnel est adorable, très souriant et au petit soin. Très bonne ambiance avec petit concert le soir au coucher du soleil. Endroit magnifique et repas excellent. Super sortie en quad de 2h avec super guide et pause thé chez l’habitant superbe. Excursion dans la vallée d’Imlil organiser par l’hôtel avec chauffeur privée Rachid adorable et de très bon conseils et Said super guide pour la randonnée et délicieux repas chez l’habitant. Had an amazing 2 night stay at the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. We booked activities through the hotel prior to our arrival and they were also very good. Highly recommend staying here, the experience felt very exclusive and away from the main Agafay crowd.

Beds were hard and the shower was sometimes a bit temperamental

Agafay Desert hotel is a charm in the desert! We had a magical stay for one night, enjoying the beautiful, authentic and tranquil hotel and surroundings. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly! We loved our quad biking and camel riding experience organised by the hotel, and the camels were really well looked after. We har a beautiful view of the snow-capped Atlas mountains in the morning.

The food menu was significantly overpriced for what it was.

Staff were all extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help with anything you may need. The decor and colours of the hotel are amazing, and looks even better than in the photos. The food is delicious, and the musicians who played during our evening meals were very talented. This is by far the best place to stay when visiting Agafay, and I couldn't recommend it enough!

Our bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise the room was great.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Sehr schön dekoriert, man hat viel zu entdecken. So viele Details. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war eine schöne Zeit.

Eine wunderbare Ruhe, Stille und Weite. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten sehr gut entspannen. Ein traumhafter Blick. Super leckeres Essen zum satt werden, sogar auf meine Glutenunverträglichkeit wurde Rücksicht genommen und sich darauf, dass ich Vegetarierin bin. Das Personal trotz Ramadan sehr engagiert

Het is een prachtige locatie maar als het heel koud en het regent dan is er heel weinig te doen. Daar kon het verblijf echter niks aan doen. Maar omdat ze daar weinig koud gewend zijn, was het lastig om de verblijven te verwarmen. Het personeel was erg aardig en gastvrij en deden er alles aan om het naar onze zin te maken.

Als het prachtig weer is dan valt er weinig te verbeteren.

We felt so so welcome. Everybody was extremely nice and went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. Breakfast was amazing and for lunch and dinner they prepare a fantastic meal. Design and decoration of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. They organized camel and quad tours, which were great as well. Thank you to the whole crew!

Le raffinement et l'élégance du lieu, en plein désert, le vent mêlé à une douce musique Loundge dans le patio. La décoration d'intérieur et d'exterieur travaillée avec détails et des équipements de qualité. Une cuisine locale aux parfums de la région. Une parenthèse exceptionnelle, et une équipe à l'image de cet établissement.

Amazing location! I’m the middle of the desert! Quite and elegant! Fantastic environment and beautiful rooms - the warm atmosphere of the fireplace in the evening in the dining room was lovely! The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful! The dinner was delicious!

Il posto incantevole,l’arredamento esterno e delle camere è magnifico! Ovviamente si è in pieno deserto e il Wi-Fi non è del tutto funzionante ma è questo il bello,si riesce a staccare dalla realtà. Una notte nel deserto è più che sufficiente. Giro in quad molto divertente
