The facility has some rodents running through the ceiling as compared to the previous house we were booked in on the 30 March 2026

I was booked into this facility twice, i.e. - the 31 April 2026 to the 01 April 2026 on my way to Zimbabwe. The second time I was booked on the 08 April 2026 to the 09 April 2026. The first booking was perfect however the second booking we discovered movement of rodents in the ceiling which was rather disturbing and annoying The staff and facility is exceptionally perfect.

They need to address these rodents that are running in the ceiling and there is a need to improve on their billboard signage along the N1 Freeway.

I Liked the staff- they were very welcoming and always available to assist

The below need to be improved: 1. my booking was a request for 4 adults, the least we could do is have enough sitting (chairs) in the lounge for people to seat since it's a group travel, we will sure be together most of the time. 2. the plates and cups- there was only 1 plate and 2 cups provided meanwhile the booking specified that there will be 4 guests coming. 3. the complimentary coffee and water was enough for 2 guests yet again, its with the assumption that if the accommodation provided can host up to 4 guests, the complimentary goodies provided should equally match ( i stand to be corrected) 4. The trash was not emptied, or at least provide an external refuse area for guest to empty the trash - the long stay results in a trash build up in the house. 5. Please install wifi at the premises, the place is 20kms outside town and the bush and should any emergency arise, especially with international guest, the best mode of communication is through whatsapp and wifi

The room was ok and clean. The lady that was there when we arrived and did our room was really lovely.

The kitchen cupboards smelled musty, there was no dining table to eat, the pool area was great but no water slide. The place seemed unfinished, so has lots of potential to be great

There is no WiFi, please consider having WiFi and we could not use the pool as it was not working properly, but they compensated by giving us access to the place till we felt we wanted to leave

An exceptional stay in a beautifully secluded area just outside of Makhado. The villa offers tranquility, cleanliness, and well-maintained facilities. We loved our stay there and would recommend it anyday.

Nothing - just add lighting to the Board at night so it’s easy to find but otherwise it is an amazing place.

I arrived very late and the navigation app found the place very easily. The staff were waiting for me. And I was assigned a unit that was easy to reach. The unit was clean and comfortable everything was easy to find.

I loved everything about the property, absolutely peaceful & perfect. The furnishes are modern and stunning. The bedding is clean, the bed was very comfortable, it felt like home. The price is also too little for what they are offering, I was surprised. 😂😂😂That price is normally for one bedroom without kitchen & lounge. We got to a full two bedroom house with a kitchen and lounge. That’s really generous.

The signage by the entrance needs some lighting, especially at night. We passed that signage two times because it’s not visible & the GPS indicated that we have arrived. However, upon calling the host, they were very helpful & assisted us immediately.

The property looks exactly like in the pictures. No false advertising done. The staff was very friendly and units were very clean. We checked in quite late than expected but they were very accomodative and understanding and we appreciated that.

The water in the showers tends to take a while before getting hot so u need to let the tap run for a while. No wifi :(

Perfect gateway place outside the nose of the town.

The place is beautiful and peaceful, the only challenge is the board entrance it’s hard to see it especially when driving at night but the place is amazing and it’s stuff.

I loved the the staff and they are very helpful and always smile.. My kids loved the place and it's very painful and I am planning to bring my family and celebrate her birthday here

Happy with the location, it was 6 minutes away from a venue of the wedding I was attending.

Difficult to see where we need to turn when travelling at night, would be nice to add lights to the sign.

It felt like home. The sweet lady at the reception and securities were the best. They made sure our stay was comfortable.

Establishment was over clean. All the staff very sweet. Landscape was refreshing. The property has tons of potential to meet international standards.

The facility is not completed and fully established. I suggest a project or building manager should be sourced to do a snag list to follow up on the finishing, e.g. holes on the wall, chapped granite by the kitchen sink, swimming pool floor stains etc.

The swimming side looks beautiful and the bushes . The staff worked hard and because it was festive time, there were lots of guests for them to attend too. They never complained, but I think the owner must hire more staff during peak seasons. The bedrooms are very stunning.

The ceiling in room Gemsbok was leaking in one of the bedrooms, the mud caused by rain where we parked our car and the dish cloths were used.

Great service by staff

It's my second time to visit and I can say my experience was awesome. Funzwani and the other staff along assisted us with everything we needed. We didn't worry about firewood and to do the braai as they offered to do it for us. We enjoyed more space in our rooms. The treatment from the staff was exceptional and beyond.

The check in was smooth. Funzani took us through the entire place explaining everything and it was amazing. I loved how she treated us, she is lovely and knows her job with the other lady along, they were exceptional. The place is secluded and safe. The security is very tight. The location is on N1 and the entrance road is good for any car. It is exactly as shown on the pictures. The place is clean and well taken care of. Our villa was a 3room house( two separate bedrooms with a private bathrooms and a kitchen) furnished with modern amenities. It is a full self-catering place, so make sure you buy food along the way. It's about 20km from Makhado mall where you buy all your needs. Funzani was always there for us and made sure that all needs were met. Seeing the workers moving around from time to time was good incase we needed anything. It is very quiet, you won't even notice that there are people. The swimming pool is quite big and deep. The sunshades umbrellas and chairs are modern. Our check out was good as well. It was cold and they allowed us to finish our packing without rushing us. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and disconnect from everything, this is it. I can keep on and on talking about this place. The place exceeded my expectations. The aircon, the study area in my room, the kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, 2 sofas, the zinc, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Having hot water all the time was good. Netball field was a bonus for us. Everything they have is new, modern and working. Their accommodation is suitable for family and group of people

The downside is that the is no TV in the rooms but however there is a communal lounge with two TVs. Also there is no Wi-Fi and telkom network will need you to go upside down. The showers does not have doors and the water can flow towards the toilet, you might think that the is leak somewhere. Adding shower caps for guests would be nice. All these didn't disturb our stay at all.

The property is fairly new so it still needs some finishing touches but we trust it will be even more pleasant once everything is done.

it was beautiful with spectacular views and a real gem in the bush. we were a group of 10 and everybody felt at home as the space gave us the freedom to feel home. we cooked with ease, enjoyed the lounge and boma. we also can’t forget to stress how quiet it was and the value for money.

The property is new, not yet complete for people to stay in. The property includes the venue which hosts parties, so the noise and the movements around the property during the night was unbearable till early hours of the morning.
