The Comfy Apartment

The facilities are very nice, espesicially the almost all kinds of the charging cables and the beautiful garten as well as the decorations. The host has just prepared the apartment very carefully and the air conditioner was pre-opened for us due to the hot weather this day. Thank you!

Wunderschöne Lage ca. 20 Minuten von Lugano entfernt. Bushaltestelle 50 m vom Haus entfernt, ich konnte den ÖV intensiv nutzen. Super-Bus und Zugverbindungen nach allen Richtungen. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Die Gastgeber Sara und Claudio waren sehr herzlich und halfen sofort, wenn es kleinere Probleme gab. Für mich allein eine sehr grosse Wohnung, zu zweit hätte man auch ausreichend Platz

für uns hat alles wunderbar gepasst. lage, ausstattung. wir haben gar nichts zu bemengeln. ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten👍

It’s very clean and comfortable. Everything is very well thought through.

Super eingerichtete kleine Wohnung, inkl. allem was man auf Reisen benötigt! Super Self-Checkin und Checkout, alles gut beschrieben. Aussen eine kleine Lounge zum verweilen, am Abend auch sonnig. Leider keine Aussicht. 2 Min bis zu ÖV Haltestelle. Vermieterin reagiert superschnell auf Nachrichten! Für einen Kurzaufenthalt perfekt!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und mit Umsicht ausgestattet.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and equipped with all the comforts. We appreciated finding cold water in the fridge, milk, and some breakfast items upon arrival. The instructions for collecting the keys were clear and easy to follow. A big plus was the private parking spot. The apartment had air conditioning and even various smartphone chargers available. We only stayed for one night, so we didn’t use the TV or Internet, but both were available. There’s also a small garden surrounding the apartment, which adds a pleasant touch. The only detail to note is that the apartment has just one bedroom. It wasn’t an issue for us since our child stayed with us, but it’s worth confirming with the host depending on your needs. Sara was extremely kind and responsive, always available to answer our questions.

The location is very good for exploring the area (by car), both Lugano and Locarno are within a reasonable distance, and there are many great hikes to choose from. Even better, if you happen to visit during the autumn, on the hill directly across the road you can collect chestnuts and mushrooms. We also had a chance to check out the built-in safe room (bunker), which served as bicycle storage during our stay! The kitchen is well equipped and there is a large fridge for those who cook for themselves.

The location is not the best in that the supermarkets are not within walking distance, you definitely need a car to buy your groceries. Although there is a garden, it is a bit noisy outside during the day, since the house is next to a busy road. No noise during the night though.

Very responsive and nice host. Fun features in the apartment including different colors of mood lighting and a neat cd player. Very comfy bed. We felt right at home
