Anand Niketan Homestay Shimla

Had a wonderful stay at this homestay. It’s a perfect choice if you’re looking to spend some peaceful, quality time away from the crowded hostels and busy atmosphere of Mall Road. I booked the 2-bedroom apartment, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The apartment had all the basic amenities you could need, including utensils and other essentials if you want to cook your own meals. The balcony was definitely one of the highlights — the view from there was beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The owner was also very polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

My stay was good,it was cheapest and good option which I cud get in shimla,as I was traveling with my staff,they wanted some place which was cheap n good,mall road is nearby u can get taxi to reach thr,the couple host were welcoming n humble,n helpful,

It was a very good stay in Shimla in Anand Niketan Stay. This is a peaceful venue. Out of the crowd of city. We enjoyed all the facilities provided by Anand Niketan Homestay. Overall it was a good venue to stay

View from the balcony was excellent and the host is also very friendly. For groceries and daily items we don’t have to go far away. Services were also very good. The stay is located in very peaceful area far from hustle.

There was only 1 bathroom, and technically there was only 1 room, other one was hall cum room

Stay is perfect for everyone be it friends, family or couple. It is situated at a perfect place. Its quite serene and have the best view one can have there.

The rooms were adequately furnished and the kitchen had adequate utensils. The view was lovely. The hosts were very helpful, warm and accommodating.

The hospitality and the view from the room were impressive. The kitchen was fully equiped. The cleanliness was amazing.

Two structural limitations 1) long flight of steps was hard for parents to climb up and down. 2) one of the rooms had no windows or anything to connect it with outside air

It's a 1 bhk apartment with basic amenities. It's clean and compact. Host couple are polite and warm.

The entire family is very welcoming, they take good care of you. Awesome Hospitality. The rooms were super clean.

The washroom is a bit too small, Higher floor washroom pipes are right behind the kitchen and bedroom window so the sound was very unpleasant.

We liked the place as a quiet private apartment with amazing view in balcony in Dudhli village 5 Km to Shimla. Every thing you need to buy you can find around, specially a good supermarket up stairs, bus takes you to Mal road with good value The owner Mr. Vikrant and his lovely wife were very helpful and welcoming.

We liked the whole thing we had 2 rooms with one bathroom and one kitchen.

This place is a private apartment and the owners have a grocery store downstairs where you can get everything that is needed to live.the balcony view is wonderful.its not in the market.its 7 km away from main market.but it's worth it the kitchen is also equipped.everything is clean.owners are really helpful.best place for family..you need a vehicle to travel here from market so people who have cars can definately think about this option.

Nothing bad.just that the stairs to go down are bit steep made of ms iron. One needs to be careful.but the view is just awesome.

Anad Niketan is a amazing homestay option in Shimla. The apartment is peaceful and well maintained with all the necessary kitchen utensils along with gas facility. The owners grocery shop upstairs has all the required items which is very helpful. The valley view is awesome ❤️. Owner is very cooperative and friendly. They suggested us good cab service option and also nearby hotel for food. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning your vacation in Shimla. Would love to stay at this place in my next visit 🙂.

Nothing as such.

The view was amazing. It was attached to General stores. And, it has a kitchen, utensils, and a nearby Laveena restaurant which serves very good Paneer paratha, rajma chawal, ensure to tip the guy well.

Steps for older people could be difficult else for young people, its ok to manage. Probably, they need to keep a guy for transporting luggage.

Amazing property at great value with exceptional views in a lovely place. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and provided lots of information and services such as taxis to and from the town. Would highly recommend for anyone to stay at this property !

the host were sweet and cooperative.. rooms were clean and spacious. don't rely on google maps to reach the location, rather ask locals...overall a good stay..

I like the location and behavior of the property owners. Room was clean and comfortable. I like to stay again in future.

One thing I don’t like was broadband. It was not working properly. I used my phone hotspot in smart TV for my kid.

Room was good, exta blankets were also there. Kitchen was fully furnished. Host was okay okay.

The room was 3 floors down with no lift and risky stairs. Even for small small things, we need to go to top by 3 floors, the host were also not much helping. For anything, we need to climb up those 3 risky stairs, that too with baggage. We pleaded the host to help with 1 bag, bcoz it is not possible to climb up 3 floors multiple times for baggage.

Very peaceful place to stay. They provide you kitchen also with proper utensils. Nice view of valley. Satff behaviour is very good also. Mera to man hi nhi kr rha tha wahan se aane ka.

The apartment was very neat and clean and cozy. We made the special request to owner to decorate our room and they did it. The most important thing is that the owners (pratyush bhayiya and aunty) were very sweet and cooperarive. Amazing experience.

Anand Niketan is amazing Home stay in shimla located about 4 KMs from mall road . the property is well maintained, hygeinic and all the kitchenettes and other facilities like hot water are available , the owner also have a grocery shop so you need not worry about grocery needs . owner is very friendly couple and also suggested us great things for food and to dos in shimla.

At first I didn’t liked the location of the property being oppositely located in shimla . but this place offers bus service to mall road every half hour .

Owner was like a family member. Apartment was clean and just opposite on Shimla mountain where we can look Shimla. Water purifier, hot water, It's really a adorable experience. I recommend you.
