حين الحجز كان السكن شامل الفطور والفندق رفضوا اعطائي الوجبه طول فتره الحجز ( اسبوع )

المكان جميل. والطاقم ودودين ومحترمين جدا

I did not have breakfast included. Other guests said the breakfast was so so.

Felt i was overcharged for trips

ازعجنا بعض طاقم العمل في لحظه الcheckout ودق شديد علي الغرفة مماتسبب في ازعاج واستيقاظ الرضيعه غير بعض أسلوب موظفي الاستقبال وكانه مضايقين منا من الحجز عبر الانترنت

بصراحه الناس ال في الفندوق ناس كويسه جدا والانسه ندي اال في الرشبشن انسانه محترمه وكله ذوق

كل حاجه عجبتني بصراحه

لا يوجد فندق بهذا الاسم وعند اتبعت الموقع الموجود علي بوكينج وصلت لفندق اخر وعند الاتصال بالفندق الرقم ليس للفندق

فندق زائف لا يوجد فندق بهذا الاسم اصلا

Все очень хорошо, один минус совсем не адекватный африканец охранник ночной !!! Будьте аккуратны !!!

good clean comfortable hotel, clean bedding, everything is very clean, there are shower accessories in the shower, the room is cozy and has good air conditioning, there is also a kettle, there is a TV, the staff are very friendly, kind and hospitable

Honestly I like how close it is to pyramid entrance 2 minutes away, I even like the partial view of the pyramid in to hotel roof top near to my room, I like how the staff are pleasant and accommodating. The property is not for traveller wants fancy things even they only pay less, this hotel is good for budget traveller who wants a place to stay

The location seems great because it is close to Pyramids, but actually the hotel is right in front of where animals are kept and so the smell is really bad. The second you leave the hotel you will get disturbed by a lot of sellers. Best to avoid this area.

The cleaning of the hotel rooms was not good, first it had to be requested as they don't clean the rooms as part of the routine. Right after the cleaning the floor was still dirty. and sheets and towels unfresh You will be getting convinced to do their organized tours, I do not recommend. The guide of the trip was super unprofessional, did not want to take me to one of the locations in the agenda and instead just took me around the shops hoping to get some commission.

No wifi no windows no air conditioner

Hotel arrange the transfer for the airport (for an additional fee). Close to the pyramids.

Room wasn't that clean, shower head didn't work.

I arrived very late at 1am, the man on reception was very helpful and nice , as I was late he took me to thier sister hotel round the corner (same owner). Staff were lovely, room was fantastic, hot shower and towels. Shower gel , shampoo, soap all supplied. Breakfast on the roof was really good (omelet, boiled egg, 2 different cheeses, cucumber, tomato, honey, 2 different types of bread , juice all with a view overlooking the pyramids which was great.

We had breakfast and lunch included in our stay. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, at some point I was not feeling well and Yusuf was kind enough to get me some medicine( for free). The hotel staff organised all our excursions and made sure we had a great holiday.

The hotel is very luxury and elegant. Crew is very collaborative and friendly especially miss nada khairy, Mr mohamed afifi and Mr karim for their hospitality and care . Rooms are very clean. The breakfast on the roof with the scene of pyramids is very wonderful.

Very clean everything is new and cosy place

The location, food, drinks and staff was great.

No fridges or kettles to boil water, however the staff helped me with access to a fridge and hot drinks.

I love everything. Just that it so happened that I experienced of the hotel not having electricity for couple of hours.

Breakfast was not to my liking.It was free though.☺️

Yousef and the staff were phenomenal. From my late check in to assisting me with currency exchange, the staff truly made me feel welcome. For example: One night as I was walking the streets, some children and a man followed me requesting I buy some papyrus off of them. After repeatedly telling them la, they continued. Fortunately one of the staff saw them and asked them to move on. He then lead me back to the hotel. Just one example of the kindness provided by the staff!

Although I was personally satisfied with everything for the price, some may be deterred by the local area. For people who may wish to stay closer to the city, I would encourage them to research the Giza area before booking.

Just the clean room

Ir hasnt any view to the mountains as the room description and even in the terrace just can see one Pyramid, is not in the front line. And the guy in recepction was disrespectfull and tried to touch me.

Not a great view and very basic breakfast. Ok for the price I guess. The people serving breakfast were not very responsive, or may be did not understand what we asked for.

- location to pyramids entrance - room is spacious - staff are nice and helpful

- wifi didnt work in the room - can only see a partial of pyramid on the rooftop - 5% extra handling fee if pay by credit card

The location, it is about 3minutes walk to the Giza pyramids. The staffs are amazing especially Yusuf. They help arrange tours and help you shop.

There was no electric kettle and fridge in the rooms

The rooftop terrace was my favorite place. There is also a public sofa in an inside antechamber, which is nice for working while escaping the heat.

I was really not happy that they did not have the room that I reserved. I reserved a queen sized bed, and I was given a single. I did not appreciate the excuses given. Nevertheless, the smaller room given was still adequate although no partial refund was offered.
