Azana Style Hotel Tulungagung

The staffs are friendly and will make the customer comfortabel.

We were at room 721. Unfortunately it is under the kitchen, so when it is late. They must clean the kitchen. The sound of people walk, move the table, cleaning make noisy.

Exceptional service by all staff

Een jong ,vriendelijk team ,echter ontbreken de finesses voor complete positieve uitvoering. O.a de keuken, qua eten

Hotel is ok just for 1 night but they need do more...for example, they dont have bar soap, no shampoo only bath gel, AC not cold and ac remote doesn't work, something like this need focus.

The staffs were friendly and nice specially the securities and housekeepers, however for the size of the room and facilities it was overpriced.

it is located at great location.love the breakfast at rooftop level and breakfast selection varies.the coffee is good too.

the room that i stayed, the sound of the air-cond kinda interrupting my sleep( maybe due for maintenance) other than that everything is fine.

Modern hotel. Nice view from room. Helpful staff.

Limited western breakfast. Small room.

Friendly and helpful staff

Some minor issues encountered during the stay: - air conditioner leakage - foul smell in the toilet when the fan is turned on (might have something to do with the sewer exhaust fan, maybe located too near to fresh air intake?) - rusty soap holders - would be good if there’s a bit more variety of food for breakfast

Everything.

Nothing.

Loving the modern and hi-tech facilities compared to other local hotels. Super clean(maybe cause it's new) and I hope they will maintain the cleanliness of the hotel and amenities.

The only issue was there was no in-room mini fridge to keep drinks chilled.

Friendly staffs and clean rooms.
