Location was excellent. Short walk to town. Easy to find. Cozy but not cramped.
The view of the houses behind the property wasn’t the best when looking out the window from the bed area.
Great location and price, perfect for a short stay
Was a bit of a struggle to get in as the door was not activated at 3pm as per the instructions
N/A
The location is perfect - right in the midst of the downtown area with restaurants nearby. The staff were very accommodating and helpful for a couple things I needed during my stay, which I highly appreciated.
I would suggest providing a clean, unused dish sponge with the rental. There were only used sponges under the sink, and one had hair on it.
Well stocked and basically clean
If you are in Leadville for any of the race series events, highly suggest you skip. The walls of the home are thin and there is a bar across the street that plays loud, obnoxious music. The noise ordinance does not go into effect until midnight, so if you need sleep the night(s) before a race, you are SOL.
Pretty amazing how much of a residence you can put into such a tiny space. The location is excellent. The main street is a very short walk away.
Easy to find. Very nice
Excellent location, within easy walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants
Parking can be a little tight for larger vehicles but I had no problem
Cute and historic area. Great location for shopping, eating and drinks.
perfect location for walking around town! The bed was comfortable enough, the water was hot but you have to take quick showers or else run out of heat.
tiny house Lilly does not have AC, I did not read this ahead of time. It got pretty stuffy during the day in July even with the windows open, but it cooled down and was comfortable to sleep at night.
I liked how close the tiny house was to downtown.
Was pretty clean. Not a bad stat
Buy property suited my needs perfectly! It was clean, convenient, and cozy. It was easy to walk to shops and restaurants!
The only thing I would have preferred would be some shady outdoor space for enjoy, enjoying the beautiful weather!
Nicer inside than outside. Pleasantly surprised. It IS a Tiny house, so you should know what you are getting, but it is very functional.
The space where all these small houses is very lacking…. Dirt road, some neighbors with serious redneck vibes, shallow parking options. Beds were a bit too thin and hard, but I still slept well.
location was superb! Just enough space to accommodate the two of us; hot water galore; giant kitchen all things considered; loved the size of the couch; super charming.
It was all wonderful!
Loved the location! Fun things to do.
Some of the pans and silverware were dirty. That was the only issue.
Location!!!!!!!! Great location!
I understand its not the same as a airbnb or hotel but check in is strictly 3-3:05. In a RV lot. Idk! Just different and may not be for me IF i brought my family to
great location and the tiny houses are were really cozy. Definitely would sleep here again next time
Great location. Clean and convenient.
No bedding or pillows for the futon when it was booked for 3 people. Obviously, someone was going to sleep there, yet no sheets, blanket or pillow. Only towels for two… when once again, booked for 3… doesn’t make sense. Having those necessities shouldn’t warrant a special request.
Location. View of Mount Elbert. Quiet. Easy checkin.
Prior to arrival I was hassled about having a service dog. The Manager got it straightened out. Upon arrival we found that we had 2 bath towels for 2 people for 3 nights. No wash cloths or hand towels. I finally was able to contact someone. Not easy to do. The tiny house was not clean. Dust that had been there a long time.
Very cozy, comfortable and affordable.
The place was very clean.
It was very close to be able to walk to town. It was very clean and we liked the tiny house experience.
On a Friday night, it is very loud due to the bar that is right across the street. If you are a light sleeper, that may be a problem. Also, if you are not younger or an agile climber, the upstairs loft would be unaccessible to you.
Loved the location to downtown Leadville, Turquoise Lake and College.
The couch in the photo is different than what was there. I understand replacing furniture but it wasn't the most comfortable especially since it's considered the 2nd bed. They needed a shower floor towel and hand towel. They only provided 3 shower towels.
The location was walking distance to all the shopping and eating. Beautiful views too! Staff was very helpful with any questions I had.
Great location, could walk right to downtown Leadville.
At our tiny house the front door had a crazy draft! Upstairs where the bed was stayed warm, though.
Quirkiness and location. Staff was excellent in responding. Maintenance guy, extremely courteous and nice
The first one we were in Baby Doe was excellent Molly just needs a little TLC and new pillows, but other than that, was warm and cozy
My stay at the Aspen Tiny House was amazing! It was cozy, comfortable, quiet and exactly what I was hoping for.
Relatively inexpensive for 3 persons and close to Ski Cooper.
Door code was superfluous since door was unlocked and door lock NEVER 'worked' and could NOT be locked when exiting. The main lights did NOT work. There was NOT enough bedding, ie. sheets and duvets. Only one saucepan, not enough.
Beds were very comfy
Very cute unit. Nice shower and kitchen area. Nice TV viewing area.
Granted, I had a couple of drinks, but I could not climb up the ladder to the loft. I was too scared. My husband slept in loft, I slept on couch. In the morning, I did manage to get up the ladder to the loft. So, dont drink and climb. :)
La ubicacion
Varias cosas. No habria la ventana del baño, no habia sal, y a las 10 am en punto nos fueron a decir que nos retiraramos,
Nice location in a nice little town
There wasn’t any place to put our luggage. It ended up on the kitchen table. It
The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to everything in town, beautiful views. The house was clean. We enjoyed our stay.
Door code is too long. A four digit code would be better. Some house notes in a small note book with house information such as slide out couch, pulling out loft steps etc.. A small lamp in each bedroom would be nice. The ceiling lights were very bright and it would be nice to have another option other than the bright lights.
Everything was great. Perfect location, clean, will stay again.
Nothing
The couch is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat/slept on.
Ease of access
Location was great, easy walk to everything. Some folks complained in other reviews about the bar across the street, I liked the convenience for a nightcap. I was only passing thru for a night and had an early AM hike the next day. The place was comfy enough, no problem sleeping and the small kitchen was more than enough for me.
Thermostat was set to 71° but the unit didn’t seem to be working, it was probably in the high 50s in the place when I woke up.
Very quiet, which I appreciated.
I thought the Tiny House idea was cool when I first looked on the web. But in actually going and seeing, the facility qas smaller and not as comfortable as I expected. It really is for single people or a couple. I was going to stay with my older sister, and we ended up moving her to a hotel.
This was so close to the main street and shops/restaurants. We enjoyed being able to walk. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Owners were very communicative and made sure to let us know that we could reach out for any issues.
The lights from the Circle K were bright at night. Perhaps some blackout curtains or blinds would help. There was also a lot of road noise on Saturday night, though I know there is not anything that can be done about that.
Location to downtown area
TV was not user-friendly and the lot was not maintained very well
The location was amazing! So close to Main Street we could walk to basically anything in town we needed
Next door neighbor smoked all the time and left at 5 AM every morning. Footprints on floor when we walked in. Bedding didn’t look the cleanest
Clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, very close to downtown, but quiet.
Using the bathroom sink was challenging, as it was higher than normal. The property grounds would benefit from additional landscaping.
Was nice to have our own little spot.
The house needs a deep clean. The loft would be tricky to get in and out of for anyone over the age of 40. A pad of some kind for the hard couch bed would be very nice.
House was great, perfect for what we needed.
Bar across the street played music until 1 am on a Friday night. Shower head in the shower was awful, took 4x longer to shower due to the shower head. It wasn’t a steady stream and just sprayed everywhere.
The unit was close to town.
The email said unit 0, there was not a unit 0. The property manager at site had to look up our unit for us. The bathroom door came off the tracks multiple times which causes the person inside the bathroom to get locked in. The floor was not mopped.

The location, the house has everything you can need.
We loved the location- walk i to town was so quick! The lofts were perfect.
The only tiny complaint would be the cleaning solution smell was overpowering when we got there- very perfume like. But the manager was receptive to my request to have a less powerful smell cleaner for our next stay

Everything
Small but cozy, nice hot water, efficient with everything needed, great location, awesome value for the price
The location is walkable distance to any location in Leadville. The little house are each unique and fit well into the character of the town.
The most popular download bar is nearby and can be quite loud on weekends.
Loved the location and the coziness of the tiny home!
Can’t say it was thoroughly cleaned.
Great location

Nothing
Not in a great area. Small development of tiny homes, many were poorly kept. Unable to get into the bed on the first floor. Bed was elevated on a wooden platform about 4 ft off the ground and no step stool provided. Had to “sleep”on the very narrow bench in the kitchen area. Unable to shower due to scalding water temperature, no way to regulate the water temp. It was either ice cold or scalding. No outdoor space to relax. The picnic table provided was in very poor condition, did not want to even try to sit at it.
Clean, fun and right in downtown, loved it
Well
The location was excellent. Close to everything, all the shops, great restaurants literally steps away. Beautiful views of the mountains/sunrise and sunsets!!
A very authentic feel but some some buildings/houses/ RV seemed a little run down. Some of the tiny houses could use some updating/maintenance.
Everything was very nice
Awesome place to stay! So close to downtown Leadville!
I had three problems. What was most troubling was the beds. The queen bed was in a "room" that was less than three feet tall and I felt claustrophobic. I tried the twin, but the bed only had about four inches space on either side and the mattress was not comfortable. I only got about 90 minutes sleep and had a long drive the next day. Second, I had difficulty connecting my computer to the internet, and could not connect my cell phone to anything so I could not call the number of the proprietor. (To make matters worse, the proprietor does not stay at the property so you cannot contact in person. In the end I was able to get the internet to work and a man at the gas station across the street helped me get my cell to work. The biggest overall problem is the difficulty contacting management. You just can't do that people.
The price
The picture of the tiny house I choose, was NOT the one we got. Quiet no way this tiny house was on the main in and out and mail boxes right beside our picnic table, horrible. Trucks warming up right besides us..
Location, clean
It's tiny
Wonderful stay. Quiet. Close to downtown. Everything one could need. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately were disappointed with our stay. We booked well in advance, only to have our tiny home switched last minute to a lesser home. We paid more for a specific tiny home and were downgraded without any refund of the difference. The host was rude about their mistakes, and adamant that checkout is 10am, and check in is at 3:00pm, strictly enforced. All that being said, the tiny home we were given was dirty and run down (hair in shower, stains on bed sheets, broken heater). I hope this was a one time thing, especially for the high rates and overpricing.
Loft was difficult for me to access…I’m77…slept on day bed sofa…no prob…it would have been great if bedding I.e. pillow. Blanket and sheet would have been stowed in empty area under day bed/sofa TV didn’t connect well
Great little property, everything you could need for a couple of nights stop and a little different from a motel.
Super cute tiny home!
Walkable to restaurants and stores.
Perfect home away from home while visiting. Tiny home had everything we needed for us, our teenager and dog. You get the code day of arrival and enter the house. Love!
Bar across the street is loud all weekend and the unit is not soundproofed to drown it out quite that much. The bar is very, very. Male oriented. My booking was changed last minute after I had driving 12 hours to be there to a different unit due to double booking. My stay was the 19th of September and I booked the 18th or Aug this poor communication should have been handled before check in. Everything worked, not enough toilet paper etc for a 3-4 day stay in the unit. It is what it is. The location is very well situated just expect to sleep with a fan on or a pillow on your head till about 1am on a weekend.
Looks can be deceiving. Cute at first sight, but dirty dishes, broken windows, dirty bed linens and touchy electrical outlets soon made us realize we were thankful it was only for one night. Also did not realize there was a night club across the street that blasted music till 1 am and lots of foot traffic outside made it hard to sleep
The only thing we didn’t like was the ladder to the loft. Pretty steep.
We enjoyed our two night stay at Duke, Tiny House. It was easy to “check in” to our temporary “new home”. It supplied everything that we needed during our stay. It is located towards the end of Harrison St which made it easy to walk this historic street for the shops and dining. Thank you for the nice getaway!
Perfect location. Excellent accommodation. Everything we needed.
The efficiency of the living space.
No oven, but that is really not a big deal. Given the great efficiency, I’d exchange the oven.
location cute accommodation
