Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta

Great location, good value for inner city and 3 bedroom apartment is spacious. Can recommend.

Service personell very nice, but some need to work on their skills. Did not extend our access card even we extended the stay. Good work a bit on their customer support. This was an unnecessary awkward situation.

Very well maintained, security & safety well taken care of, clean & spacious. Breakfast superbly delicious 👍👍👍

I had a wonderful stay at Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta. The location is excellent—convenient and close to everything you need, which made getting around Jakarta very easy. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the amenities, which made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The rooms and common areas were consistently clean and thoughtfully cared for. The staff were another highlight of my stay. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was also delicious, with a great selection and quality. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Oakwood Premier Cozmo. Between the great location, excellent amenities, cleanliness, wonderful staff, and delicious food, it truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta.

There honestly wasn’t much I didn’t like about the property. If I could suggest one area for improvement, it would be to offer a wider variety of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. Having a few more plant-based choices would make the dining experience even better and more inclusive for guests with different dietary preferences. Overall, though, this was a very minor point in an otherwise wonderful stay.

Semua suka

Spacious apartment , elegant rooms.

The apartment was very clean, the staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The apartment was also spacious and comfortable for a small family, making our stay enjoyable.

The Arabic breakfast options were very limited and almost non-existent. There was also no bidet spray (hand shower) in the bathroom, which may be inconvenient for many guests. In addition, while the location was acceptable, there are better and more central locations available in Jakarta.

No tengo ninguna crítica.

The hotel is exceptional in every aspect of service, from its location and amenities to its furnishings. What's truly remarkable is the staff's dedication to service; everyone is smiling and provides excellent service even before you ask. They all believe that the customer is the center of attention.

Everything is going well and exceeded my and my family's expectations. It will definitely be my next place of residence. Thank you very much.

Nothing not to like

Everything. Large appt nice facilities like swimming. Nothing was too much trouble. The chef even went out of his way to do gluten free food for my daughter. Thank you so much !

Super nice apartment right at Mega Kuningan. Very spacy, clean and well equipped. Lot's of restaurants, cafe's, bars and supermarkets within walking distance.

Prime location, in the heart of Mega Kuningan. The amenities are just what we need. House keeping is fast in responding, friendly staffs and receptions. Amazing stay!

The restaurant / breakfast location is the only thing that I don’t like. It look old and less luxurious than the apartment rooms. If hotel can improve the interior of the restaurant, that would be better.

Great location, great facilities, friendly staff

The stuff, Specially Redwan the night shift very nice support from him

The food not that good

Breakfast was good, lots of choice, friendly staff

Staff was nice to give me an upgrade. The superior rooms were a bit below standard as the furniture are old but the executive apartments have newer furniture. Service is really good and the staff were very accommodating and they allowed us to do a late check out because our flight was delayed. The location is amazing, lots of restaurants and malls at walking distance.

Furniture of superior room is old and dated.

Everything was great from stuff to food to cleanliness of the rooms, definitely be booking next time I’ll go to Jakarta

A bit out of my way for what I was doing but nothing too bad

This place is amazing. There really isn’t anything I can say that isn’t obvious already. It’s a world-class hotel offering world class facilities.

Good location and comfortable

Breakfast spread was below par

The entire apartment was spacious, especially the master suite. Love the water dispenser. The kids didn't want to leave the rooms

Location of the hotel surrounds business area and convenient to restaurants, and shopping destinations. Great for business travellers or families. Wonderful facilities and breakfast inclusive daily was a bonus.
