Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The Chef made this place memorable. She is an amazing cook and has a very welcoming attitude. Big ups to her and her team. The rooms are very neat and clean.
The front desk lady was a bit off - It would help for her to be welcoming. The area is very old and crusty, but once you enter the hotel, you feel like you are in a different place.

The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, with delicious meals that were well-prepared and beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful environment and the attention to detail throughout the property. The issue of electricity,Hot water was not available on the showers and bath.The sound of the generator was very loud maybe if it was placed somewhere where its far away nyana from the rooms

Water interruptions, but they went out of their way to make means for us to bath and have drinking water…. It was unfortunate for us coz we went there on a day where there was cable theft in the area but the property powered us up with their Generator

Not consistent dinner arrangements. One night we were given the option of dinner, the next night it’s no longer available. Also the fact that one is not allowed to consume their own alcohol, I was not sure what was the reason for that.

We also asked for assistance with an iron and they were willing to help us, no hassle and giving no bad attitude. They are very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay.

Close to activity areas God windows, Graskop lifts and The potholes. 3 rondavels is round about 48 minutes drive. We never ran of hot water👌. The guesthouse is tops. The reception lady forgot her name, she was cool1😊
Just on the breakfast site, wish they could have more options. The fact that yo7 have to call for the gate to be opened for you every time one goes out, remote should be provided for guests.

The venue itself was beautiful and well maintained, the staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful, and the food and facilities were of a very high standard. Everything offered was truly worth every cent and exceeded expectations.
The only challenge we experienced was the Wi-Fi connectivity, which was not accessible from our rooms throughout the stay. As a result, we had to purchase mobile data. Aside from this issue, everything else was excellent.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit sicheren Parkplätzen in Graskop. Fußläufig ist das Zentrum sehr gut zu erreichen. Weiterhin waren wir mit dem Frühstück was zum Teil aus Buffet und a la Carte bestand sehr zufrieden. Zimmer normal groß und sauber. Betten sehr bequem. Unser Flug aus Deutschland wurde um einen Tag verschoben. Obwohl die Stornofrist des Hotels abgelaufen war kam uns das Hotel hier entgegen. Wir mussten nur eine Nacht bezahlen und bekamen unser Geld innerhalb kürzester Zeit zurück erstattet. Das fanden wir eine sehr schöne Geste und ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich. Preis/Leistung war in Ordnung. Können das Hotel bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.
