De locatie en de gezelligheid is een aanrader. Het personeel is super aardig! De douche is ook super! Het parkeren in de naastgelegen parkeergarage is helemaal top. Er zijn laders aanwezig.

De föhn deed het niet en er was de hele nacht het geluid van een ventilator die ik niet uit kon zetten waardoor ik geen beste nachtrust heb gehad. De aan uit-knop op de afstandsbediening werkte niet.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Jedes Detail ist aufeinander abgestimmt und passt auch mit der Innenarchitektur zusammen. Das Essen im Restaurant war vorbildlich und gutes Konzept mit offener Küche .

Keine negativen Punkte

Es war alles sehr schön und auch das Personal war freundlich.

Einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass in der Dusche ein Büschel Haare an der Wand klebte.

Geen kast op de kamer, ik was er thans speciaal op voorhand naar toe gegaan om hier zeker van te zijn mits we veel kledij mee hadden.

Siamo tornati dopo 3 anni, assegnata una stanza con toilette maleodorante e cassaforte non funzionante. Chiesto ed ottenuto cambio stanza dove lo staff ha dimenticato di portare il frigobar (ne hanno solo 5 mi hanno detto in reception). 4 notti non sono state considerate long stay per avere il frigobar. Vetri alle finestre bloccati come nei grattaceli di NY ma non con adeguato ricambio. Cassaforte posizionata praticamente per terra.

Prachtig hotel, mooie en ruime kamers, leuke locatie, vriendelijk personeel. De kamer waar wij in zaten had airco, heel fijn. We hebben heerlijk op het terras gezeten en gegeten. Echt genieten!

Er viel eigenlijk niks tegen. Soms duurde het erg lang voordat iemand aan de tafel kwam tijdens het avond eten en het ontbijt. Maar verder was het top.

Eigenlijk alles! De kamer was ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is perfect (midden in cemtrum) en het bijbehorende restaurant is zeer zeker een bezoek waard. Het hotel is zeker authentiek!

Locatie is top, personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Uitstraling en inrichting hotel in oud historisch gebouw is fantastisch!

Locatie is super, heel gezellig pleintje met veel reuring, sfeervol hotel en kamers en vriendelijk personeel.

De kamer was wat gehorig. Je kon de bovenburen heel duidelijk horen lopen, en als zij de wc doorspoelden klonk het alsof dat in je eigen kamer was.

Die Lafe des Hotels ist optimal ; mitten in der Altstadt, gegenüber ein Parkhaus., viele versch. Restaurants in der Nähe . Der Bahnhof war in ca. 1 km gut erreichbar (nach Utrecht, Gouda,Amsterdam,..) Das Frühstück im Hotel war (überwiegend) gut.( Lachs, fr.Spiegeleier,...)

1. Wir hatten ein 3- Bett-Zummer gebucht .Auf Nachfrage konnte man uns * ein 3.Bett nach Verfügbarkeit (!) hineinstellen.* ( gegen 20 €/Nacht.) . Eine Garantie (!) wäre eigentlich wünschenswert gewesen..Das 3. Bett war dann zwar vorhanden, aber nur für leichte,kleine Personen geeignet.. 2. Einen Kühlschrank bekamen wir leider erst am 3. Tag.( ..wir hatten 32 ' Aussentemperatur...) 3.Im Flur sind einige Balken ca. 1,70 m tief.4. Beim Frühstück gab es nie (holländische) Tomaten.

Das junge Personal an der Rezeption : Wenn nur zwei Sprachen als Personal an der Rezeption, dann muss man nicht so tun, als ob die Gäste sich nicht ausdrücken können. Dann sollte man behilflicher sein. Beispiel ? Präsentation der Rechnung (mangelhaft).

dat kamers in een week niet standaard een keer worden verschoond. Onder mom van ‘milieu’ terwijl iedereen weet dat een hotelier dit voornamelijk uit kostenbesparing doet.

Het is een heel sfeervol hotel en de kamers zitten goed in elkaar en zijn ook erg fijn. Het personeel is ook heel erg vriendelijk! Het zit op een top locatie aan de markt met een leuk plein.

Wij hadden een rustige kamer gevraagd en hoewel we aan de voorkant sliepen was de geluidslast enorm. We denken dat dit uit een bar / kroeg kwam die om de hoek zat maar echt tot diep in de nacht (na 01.30 nog) hebben we echt harde muziek horen doordreunen helaas. Zelfs door m’n oordoppen heen dus we hebben amper geslapen terwijl we voor het eerst een nachtje weg waren zonder baby om bij te slapen. We waren er van vrijdag op zaterdag. Ik had dit verre van verwacht en zeker omdat ik er vooraf naar had gevraagd, baalde ik. We hebben toch €140 euro betaald voor dit nachtje. Ook bij check-out werd me niets gevraagd.

I loved everything about the property but I will stop using booking.com and book directly from now on. Their service is terrible. It’s impossible to get a live person on the phone. Their website keeps getting hacked and I get spam as a result. Book directly instead!

Klantenservice; bij aankomst aangegeven dat er rioleringslucht in de kamer hing. In plaats van begrip te tonen en evt. alternatief te bieden ging receptionist Tom met luchtverfrisser de kamer inspuiten. Lag volgens hem aan het hout in de kamer. Met een antwoord sorry maar er zijn geen kamers beschikbaar’ was voor ons afdoende geweest maar in dit geval ging hij in de ontkenningsfase. In de kamers ontbraken ook tissues en de föhn werkte niet.

Ruime kamer, prima bed en douche. Allemaal goed onderhouden en schoon.

Erg veel geluidsoverlast van de straat en aanliggende horecagelegenheden. Daarnaast gehorig pand met mensen die de gehele nacht in en uit hun kamer gaan.

Ein grandioses Hotel, große und saubere Zimmer. Tolles Frühstück im besonderen Ambiente.

Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel, schlechte Beleuchtung.

Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf unser Zimmer. Das Zimmer mit freistehender Badewanne war sehr groß, modern und sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten schon recht viele Hotelsufenthalte in verschiedenen Häusern aber dieses Zimmer würde ich zu den absoluten Favoriten zählen. Die Lage des Hotel ist zentrumsnah … Alles in allem, top . . .

It is very unique and really fantastic find to stay. Room was beautiful and bed was so comfortable. Loved being able to sit outside undercover in the rain, at the restaurant . Such a friendly place, great base for holiday. Bike hire is easy! My favourite hotel and area.

Large and comfortable room. Interesting interior design in a historic building. Right in the centre of Woerden, a pretty little town in the green heart of Holland. We hired electric bikes from the hotel and explored the surrounding countryside.Hotel has a good restaurant and breakfast we really good and typically Dutch.

This hotel is beautiful and although very old, has been renovated and is very well maintained. We loved having a room with rafters, a large tub, and a comfortable bed. Although a bit off the beaten path the town it's nestled in (Woerden) which we had never been to before but wound up being one of our favorite places to visit. We had requested a quiet room which we received and had an issue with the tv remote but they immediately came up and changed the batteries - exceptional service.

For the price, it would have been lovely to have had some sort of breakfast included, but they did provide apples which was nice.

The refurb. of this historic building has been beautifully and imaginatively done and the hotel is right in the centre. The breakfast buffet is good and we particularly liked having warm pastries and bread. It has room to store bikes. The people on reception were very nice and helpful.

The downside of the central position is the noise from the church bells. That combined with nightclub noise meant that after 2 nights of disturbance we requested a room change and then slept very well.

Loved the interior design. Our room had a ceiling that went into the rafters. Large room with quirky features. Good soundproofing from outside. There were tables full of people outside, but it was quiet in our room. Great location in Woerden. Wet room shower. Friendly, helpful staff. Well stocked tea & coffee facilities. Kettle & coffee machine.

I would have liked a mini fridge. The window didn't open. There is air conditioning, but I like the option of opening a window. Minor points! I loved my stay!

Die Lüftung für die Toilette kann nicht abgeschaltet werden, sie lärmt die GANZE Nacht! Wir konnten anfangs nur mit Gehörschutz schlafen. Tipp an Reisende, es gibt dort ein Minihandtuch im Bad, das man in die Lüftungsschlitze hineinstecken kann, damit hört das unpackbar laute Lüftungsgeräusch auf. Auch die Heizung hat ein Gebläse und ist laut. Zumindest die Heizung kann man über Nacht abschalten, dann ist sie still. Wirklich schade, dass die Toiletten Lüftung nicht steuerbar ist, der Lärm wäre nicht notwendig.
