조식 좋았고 친절합니다.

산방산과 가깝고 온천이 걸어갈만한 위치에 가까움 침구가 편안.쾌적

에어컨 부실.. 너무 더운날이었는데... 쨍 시원함이 없이 선풍기 같은 시원함이어서 이틀 내내 이야기했지만 달라진 것 없음. 방청소 부실. 사용한 컵 그대로여서 둘째날은 사용 못함. 세면대 청소안햄.

삼성 무풍에어컨이 있어서 냉방이 자유롭고, 다른 곳에 비해 방음이 잘되었으며 조명도 적절하고 콘센트가 적재적소에 있어서 편리함.

편의점에 여성용품 없고 숙박하는 동안 거의 계속 환풍기를 틀어놔도 오래된 건물에서 나는 냄새가 잘 빠지지않음. 구조적인 부분이라서 개선점이라고 하기에는 미안함

住宿地點鄰近山房山，地點很好尋找，專屬停車場位置很多，入住手續簡易，房間很乾淨，環境整體很新很舒服，每層樓都有配備免費的洗衣機烘衣機，很推薦想要遠離市區吵嘈的遊客來!

Location is very good to travel Sanbangsan area. Breakfast is quite good and coffee is also great. And staff members are nice and friendly.

한달전 예약에 비해 숙소배정의 아쉬움. 산방산 뷰로 예약이 되지 않는 아쉬움(부탁해 한곳만 산방산뷰 책정)

The view

The worst thing was the flickering light at the door entrance. Ar night it flickers on and off every 30s like a ghost movie. Couldn’t sleep at all, had to pull out the power card so that there was no electricity to power the light. Did not want to call staff as it was 2am in the morning and we needed to sleep, not wake the whole family up to watch them fix the light. The second bad thing was there was No do not disturb sign. Housekeeping staff came in, spoilt my charger, attempted to put it back on the socket pretending nothing had happened. When we went back to the room, one light touch and the charger broke apart. Our clean food and the dirty stuff on the floor was swept up together in a plastic bag and left in the room. Breakfast was dismal. Staff at counter was nice and professional, that and the view are the good things.

飯店就在山房窟寺附近，早上醒來就可以看到美麗的山景。附近很寧靜，晚上睡得很好。停車場位置充足。

晚上附近比較沒有可以逛的地方，最近的便利商店開車3分鐘，走路約15分鐘。

식사는 약식뷔페였지만 가격대비 괜찮았습니다. 객실도 넓었고 평일이었던지라 조용했어요. 첨에 산방산탄산온천때문에 숙소를 잡았는데 할인권의 소진으로 그냥 네이버 예약으로 갔다와서 아쉬었네요..

전용수용장룸을 예약해 수용장 이용을 했는데 청소가 덜되어 사용 도중 타일 때들이 물에 올라와 그냥 놀다 포기했어요.. 좀더 청소에 신경써 주셨음 좋았을것 같아요.

주차장이 넓고, 산방산 근처라 온천 하고 오기 좋아요. 또한 시내랑 떨어져 있어서 조용했어요.

The location is good as you are able to view Sanbangsan if the weather is clear. However, the weather is very foggy in the morning and evening when we stayed there.

The GS25 could have been more well stocked.

No AC and no universal plug points.

The staff were kind and helpful and I had a fantastic view from my balcony.

It had nothing to do with the hotel, but just transportation from the hotel to my conference was quite difficult to navigate with recommended applications.

The location near famous cafes and beach site

Spacious. Great view.

Exceptionally nice and quiet hotel! Bis bald wegen located near am major highway my room was absolutely quiet even when I had the windows open. Reception staff speaks very good English and there is small mini market on the ground floor. Ten minutes walking distance to the hot springs and the road even has a wide sidewalk. Breakfast is ok for the price but nothing exceptional.

Lovely hotel. I have lived here twice in a row with my family. The rooms and hotel are very clean, there is a laundry room on the 3rd floor. Hosts are very hospitable. Separately, I would like to thank very much for the professionalism of the manager who works in the evening (he also has a beautiful bracelet). The manager is a wonderful person, he helped with all questions, suggested where to go and where not to go. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was so beautiful, and within a 5 minute walking distance to the hot springs! I came here for one night on a cycling trip and it was the most perfect place to relax after a long day in the sun. The view is incredible and the staff was very kind. The breakfast food was American style and Korean style—-kitchen staff spoke English, so it was easy to understand the Korean foods. The bed was comfy and the room was super clean! I would come back literally just for the view.

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is very new. Good value for money and easy access to Sanbangsan. Ample and convenient parking.

It’s in the middle of nowhere.

Good location, if you are not looking to stay in Jeju City. Walkable to the carbonate hot spring spa. Pretty close to various attractions (15-30min drive) Also had laundry machines and dryers. We overall had a great stay.
