Luxury apartment Madinaty families Only

It’s very central everything’s around very clean and professional

All excellent

The place was clean, and the internet was fast and stable. The balcony overlooking the garden had a great view. It was also easily accessible by taxi and delivery services. You'll find everything you might need as a traveler there.

For this amount of rent... I don't find anything negative.

Service and breakfast were sublime. I would describe it as 5 star.

I have been there before. That's why I went back again. It is so clean and amenable. It would not be my last time.

Nothing

My family and I loved the apartment. Mr Youssef is a decent and respectfu host, providing thorough guidance both before and during our stay. I particularly appreciated the clear, detailed instructions—complete with photos and videos—which made the check-in process seamless. We found the apartment exactly as described: super clean, well-equipped, and it felt very safe. Yhe relaxing balcony view was a bonus. I'd definitely come again and would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!"

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including good air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a nice balcony. The area in Madinaty is quiet, safe, and very peaceful, which made it easy to relax. The host was also very helpful and communication was smooth throughout the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday apartment. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing, yet close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in and check-out process very easy. We truly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

This was our second time staying in the apartment, so glad it was available for our trip! We enjoyed it so much the first time we had to come back. The apartment was perfect. Great location, very clean and everything was ready when we arrived. The host was so helpful and friendly. He even sent us new recommendations for local restaurants! We had a brilliant stay and felt very comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again!

الإقامة كانت جدا ممتازة والأخ يوسف كان جدا محترم ويرد على جميع الأسئلة بسرعة

I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend. Great location and clean apartment with everything you need. It’s walking distance from a local bakery and supermarket. I especially liked the balcony, very peaceful and lovely view. Mr Yusef was great, very kind and always ready to answer any questions. Great place to stay. Highly recommend!

The property was clean nice the location was amazing. Also, the host was very communicative and helpful. No matter what time I text him for help. He was always there. The apartment had all the amenities needed as well

This was my second stay here. Yusef is very approachable and helpful. The flat is well appointed and clean. Would recommend!

Location

Since the moment we moved in, there has been a significant mosquito infestation inside the unit. This has been causing a great deal of discomfort, especially to our children, who are experiencing allergic reactions as a result of the bites.

It was clean, comfortable, had use of a dining table and tv. Amenities were close. Yusef the agent made the stay a lot more pleasant. He was reachable throughout the day and always at hand ready to support.

Clean, tidy, good location for our trip. Had great comms from Yusef, the owner. He sent pictures and ‘how to’ videos for the keypad entry and lift. The flat had good amenities, including towels, a hair dryer, washing up liquid and loo roll, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, plates and cutlery. It’s a lovely TV with Netflix too. We really liked our stay, and I hope we can use Yusef’s place again.

Although Yusef sent a helpful video of how to use the electronic lock to the flat door, I’d just add that you have to be very quick, otherwise it resets! The shower is showing signs of wear, and I think the shower cabinet is beginning to leak.

This was my second stay at this apartment, and just like the first time, it was an exceptional experience in every way. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and tastefully furnished, with everything you might need during your stay. One of the highlights is the beautiful view overlooking the garden, which adds a sense of tranquility and charm to the place. The host was very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or requests, making the stay even more pleasant and hassle-free. This apartment will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Egypt. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and outstanding stay.

The host was very responsive the apartment is very clean near everything you need will come again for sure

Clean and tidy - quiet neighborhood. No designated parking spot but there are two parking lots front and back.
