Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Excelente localização, perto de excelentes restaurantes, ponte e mercado da Triana. O apartamento era muito espaçoso e estava equipado com tudo o que era essencial. O ar condicionado (presente na sala e quartos) foi fundamental pois estava muito calor em Sevilha, na nossa estadia. Tudo muito limpo.
Do que nos apercebemos, não tem possibilidade de reciclar o lixo.

Le canapé pas très propre, contre plaqué du lavabo abîmé, tâche décolorée sur la table de la zone cuisine. Ce sont des détails!

Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa: todo estaba muy limpio, muy bien cuidado y equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días perfectos. La ubicación es excelente, ideal para visitar la zona y disfrutar de sus alrededores,volveremos sin duda.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Está bien ubicado en el barrio de Triana, en una zona tranquila. Está limpio y la cocina bien equipada.
Está bastante deteriorado (ver fotos), la relación calidad-precio es bastante mala. Sigue el cada vez más frecuente criterio en los alojamientos de "check in a las 15:00 y check out a las 10:00", pero sin consigna para dejar el equipaje. Éramos cuatro amigos y el alojamiento era de cuatro camas, por esa razón lo contratamos, pero sin embargo solo tres tenían sábanas, al solicitar unas para la cama de faltaba pretendieron cobrarlas. El cuarto de baño es muy pequeño.

L’odeur d’humidité ! Un déshumidificateur tournait en permanence. Suite à nos remarques les gestionnaires ont d’abord minimisé le problème et sont seulement intervenu après un jour et demi. Les salles de bain n’étaient pas en bon état non plus.

Ich war öfters in Aparthotels und hier war immer noch ein Zimmerservice inklusive. Natürlich nicht regelmäßig wie in einem Hotel aber dennoch hätte ich mir gewünscht nach 3-4 Tagen frische Handtücher zu kriegen. Daher fande ich die preis-Leistung okay

Logement très calme, très grand, proche des restaurants et commerces. A préciser : les lave linge et sèche linge sont dans les parties communes. Nous y retournerons pour une autre visite. Un grand merci pour la réactivité et la disponibilité sur WhatsApp pour me fournir le code d'entrée.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026The location, the facilities, the decor and the space were all great for a mini break. You could chill on the sofa at night or make a meal in the kitchen. The fridge was nice and cold and big enough for a couple to store all their drinks amd food for the stay. There are some decent shops within 5 to 10 minutes walk too - we went to the Carrefour for our groceries.
Not being able to drop our bags their before we checked in as we had them with us for about 4 hours.

At first we were assigned an apartment which was very humid and smelled like chemicals. All windows opened or AC did not help. The second night we got another one which did not smell and it was good. But you have to be lucky. Apart from that it is very noisy in the evenings/mornings because it is an inner courtyard and you hear all people coming in and coming out, shutting doors, rolling suitcases etc. We could not get enough sleep. All this did not match the price.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Amazing apartment. It was so close to the main Triana area and only a 10/20 minute walk to a lot of the main attractions. We were on a ground apartment during the parades on Easter week and it was so quiet and peaceful!

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026El departamento es amplio, tiene una salón living-cocina-comedor bien provisionado, un baño y medio y dos piezas con buenas camas. La ubicación a 200 metros de la zona turística de Triana fue perfecta para nosotros. Tomaos desayuno los 3 días en Casa Diego, a unos 150 metros. Muy recomendable.
La iluminación. Hay mezcla de luces cálidas y frías que le quitan mucha calidez a los lugares. Las se deben usar solo en baños cocinas y hospitales.
