Nous pouvions enregistrer à partir de 15h jusqu’à 18h Nous sommes arrivés à 15h10 la porte était close et personne ne répondait au téléphone Nous sommes restés jusqu’à 16 h sur le trottoir avec 3 autres personnes Sur la porte était bien mentionné 15h 18h De plus j’ai reçu un message me demandant mon heure d’arrivée en me précisant avant 18h J’ai répondu à ce mail plusieurs fois mais il n’aboutissait pas Un jeune homme est arrivé à 16h pour nous enregistrer cette personne était très professionnel et fort agréable mais il n’était pas à l’heure et le lendemain il est arrivé également à 16h Le problème est que nous étions à moto et que le temps était à la pluie Je pense sincèrement qu’il faut qu’ils améliorent leur communication, c’est dommage car j’aurais mis un 10 partout

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Breakfast was basic, yoghurt, cereal, bread, jam, pastries, coffee. Coffee was very good. Room was very clean, we stayed only one night after the opera performance. AC excellent, bathroom spacious and plenty of hot water.
No complaints. Everything was as expected.

Śniadanie ubogie. Przy 12 gościach hotelowych nie było odpowiedniej ilości produktów, aby móc spróbować różnych potraw. Sztućce trzeba było szukac po szafach. Naczycnia odkładaliśmy do zlewu. Brak zaangażowania recepcjonisty w pomocy przy obsłudze śniadania.

Hotel mieści się w dawnym klasztorze, co nadaje mu wyjątkowy klimat – na wyróżnienie zasługuje przede wszystkim piękny, zadbany dziedziniec. Plusy: Pokój: Duży, bardzo wygodny i czysty. Łazienka: Fajna, było wszystko co potrzeba. Lokalizacja: Cicha i spokojna okolica. Mieliśmy ze sobą rowery, więc dojazd do centrum zajmował nam chwilę. Pieszo to około 20 minut spacerem. Udogodnienia: Bezpłatne i bezpieczne miejsce parkingowe na terenie obiektu. Minusy: Śniadania: Dość ubogie, mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone. Mimo skromniejszego bufetu śniadaniowego, klimatyczne wnętrza klasztoru, wygoda pokoju i spokój zdecydowanie rekompensują ten mały minus. Szczerze polecamy!

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Zur Arena waren es nur rd. 10 min zu Fuß. Es gab dazu einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz für das Auto. Das Personal sprach gut englisch und hat uns alles sehr freundlich erklärt. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten (Toast, Kuchen, Croissants, je eine Sorte Wurst und Käse, mehrere Sorten Marmelade, Kaffee, Tee, Wasser). Für den Preis war das aber auch vollkommen ok.

Det er et lidt pudsigt sted der minder om et kloster. Vi fik hver vores seng og vi var et par afsted. Der var ikke helt lukket til toilettet så man kunne høre det hele. Morgenmaden var ikke særlig god

Die Zimmer sind sauber und großzügig, die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar, das Frühstück ist gut und das Auto kann im Hof geparkt werden. Danke nochmals für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Zona tranquilla, ma non troppo lontana dal centro di Verona. Il castello si raggiunge con una passeggiata a piedi e da lì facilmente a piazza Bra. Con una buona passeggiata a piedi (15-20 min) si raggiunge anche la stazione Porta Nuova. Camera pulita, con letti comodi e aria condizionata, sufficientemente ampia e dotata di bagno con finestra.
La colazione, comunque sufficiente, composta esclusivamente da prodotti di acquisto, avrei preferito cibo più fresco.

If you've come to party - stay somewhere else. If you like a quite peaceful place with no fuss and no corporate nonsense, this place is great.
Breakfast was a bit basic. OK, but could be improved.

Non c'è una televisione in camera. Non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno ma credo sia giusto evidenziarlo.

Huoneessa oli erittäin äänekäs "ilmastointi" eli ilmanlämpöpumppu, ilman sitä huone kuumui tukalaksi eikä voinut kunnolla nukkua. Toki majoitumme erittäin kovalla helteellä. Huoneessa ei ollut mitään mukavuuksia, jääkaappi olisi ollut hyvä. Meitä majoittui 4henkilöä joten lattia tilaa ei juuri jäänyt. Parisänky oli levitetty sohva joka oli kasattu sohvan patjojen päälle eikä näin ollen pysynyt suorassa vaan meni heti kuopalle. Aamiaista oli kehuttu mutta meidän mielestä aamiainen oli surkea, en tiedä ymmärsimmekö varatessa kaikkea tästä oikein mutta saimme kuvan että olisimme hotellissa joka tämä ei kyllä ollut.. aamiainen loppui jo klo 9:00 ja uloskirjautuminenkin oli mielestä erittäin aikainen heillä(9:30). Hintaan nähden ei siis ollut sen arvoinen.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Kamer was goed. Airco stond al aan. Kamer kijkt uit op binnenplaats dus kan met raam open slapen, met parking op eigen afgesloten terrein zonder extra kosten! Arena op loopafstand +/- 15 min. Veel kleine resto's voor de lunch in de buurt. Ontvangst bij receptie mag wat hartelijker, 2 jonge jongens die niet zoveel interesse toonden.
Ontbijt was gelukkig voor ons ok, maar 4 gasten na ons hadden en kregen niets meer! Ontbijt vanaf 07.30 tot 09 u in het weekend!

Petit déjeuner très basic et horaires stricts. Pour notre arrivée, nous avons dû nous conformer aux desiratas du personnel qui n' était pas l heure à laquelle nous avions prévu d arriver. Le réceptionniste a accepté de garder notre valise et nous a demandé de revenir pour obtenir la clé de la chambre. Le jour du départ, nous leur avons demandé si nous pouvions laisser (dans un coin) notre valise. Notre vol étant le soir tard. refus catégorique. Aucun service pour un établissement qui prétend être un hôtel !

Reviewed May 26, 2026Der Empfang war sehr nett und die Lage ist absolut top. Man läuft fast gerade aus kurz in die Stadt. Es liegt außerhalb der ZTL Zone. Ruhig gelegen und mit Parkplatz auf dem Hof.
Das Frühstück war ausbaufähig, beide Tage mussten wir nachfragen, dass u.a. Wust/ Käse nachgelegt werden musste. Der Kaffee schmeckte nicht.

It's located near a church so the entrance may be difficult to locate so be sure to message the hotel on WhatsApp once you arrive! Breakfast was great and they provide plenty of towels, brand new shampoo and soap!
Properly was great but the price was a little expensive considering there is no TV in the room.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026La posizione strategica e tranquilla e pertanto a qualche minuto dalla città vecchia è molto comoda. Mi è anche piaciuto molto il giardino e la pulizia della stanza così come del bagno. Il fatto di dormire in una struttura che ha secoli di storia e allo stesso tempo si incrocia col moderno, l’ho trovato molto affascinante. Colazione pure buona e sufficiente prima di partire all’esplorazione della bellissima Verona.
