Charged three times for the room. Difficult to get them to reverse the charges. The first room on level 5 had an unbearable, moldy, musty smell... obviously, they have a damp problem as there were dehumidifiers throughout the upper levels. When we complained, the staff reacted like they knew of the problem and didn't hesitate to change us to a larger room on level 7. Aircon seemed to have a mind of its own. Odd buffet breakfast to a Western palate.

房間的天花板看起來想是發霉有黑點，且家具破舊毀損都沒有修理，浴缸也有陳年水垢，我入住的是509，給大家參考看看，房間的床墊是震動型，只要翻身就會晃動非常厲害，自己翻身也是，個人推薦休息>住宿(不過我不確定有沒有休息的選項)

早餐種類少到可憐!一入餐廳就說:吃完拿到回收車喔!菜已種類少補也緩慢! 建議真的不要住在這裡,照片都是分店的,我已住到頂規,金額7800多,房間{狹小}及極怪異磁磚牆壁及地面很有壓迫感 電視下抽屜還有木屑,我還用濕紙巾擦拭! 難怪大家不愛在台灣住宿,價格和價值完全不能比擬,非常失望的住宿經驗!
