Mullins Beach Houses

Very large and comfortable apartment. 5 minutes from beach. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Very modern clean and spacious with everything you need for a comfortable relaxing holiday. We took our fire stick. So we could watch the tv but didn’t use it only for football one day. Beds comfortable.

Nothing except maybe could of used the washing machine but didn’t realise until last day there was a wash room down stairs

The apartment was spacious, with a comfortable sitting area, tastefully decorated. Aircon throughout the apartment provided a very comfortable environment for our 6-night stay. Bedrooms were spacious, beds were large and comfortable. Though we didn't cater in the apartment, the kitchen area was more than adequate. The owner was present on site when we arrived, and was extremely helpful in providing local information and suggestions on where to go, and was particularly helpful in extending our booking. Location is walking distance to Mullins beach and restaurants and local bus routes.

Bedrooms face onto the pool area so there is potential for noise from early risers enjoying the pool but nothing you would not expect from holiday apartments.

Beautiful art-deco exterior. Really spacious apartment with private access and lots of balcony space/access to a lovely garden. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout. The property is an easy 5-10 minute walk to the fantastic Mullins beach and bars/restaurants.

The apartment was very comfortable and had all the items we needed to feel right at home. The quality of the linens and towels was more than I expected. We loved sitting on the front porch having coffee in the morning. Liese and her staff are super pleasant and accommodating. The welcome binder was filled with plenty of information to help us navigate the area and plan activities. We were very close to many restaurants and the beach.

The apartment was spacious,it was clean ,it was quiet ,it was fully kitted out with a good kitchen ,bathroom .two terraces for sitting out on as well as a barbecue are beside the pool

Loved the location. Quiet, pretty, safe neighbourhood. Property is surrounded by trees and we saw monkeys on several occasions. Apartment is spacious, clean and well appointed. AC keeps it comfortable at all times. Loved the terrace at the front with sea views. Walkable to several restaurants, a convenience store, and a bus route for exploring the island. The hosts are friendly and attentive and keep the property very well maintained. Would definitely return!

Would have loved to have had small folding beach chairs to take to the beach.

Fantastic property which was a 5 minute stroll to the incredible Mullins Beach. Apartment also had very convenient parking as well as a lovely pool with good quality sun beds. Plenty of towels for the beach and for your personal use. There’s even a laundry room and dryer so you can go home with clean clothes! Great kitchen and to has a fire stick so you can watch your own streaming services! Mullins is in easy walking distance to local bars and eateries, so you can enjoy great Caribbean cuisine and/or cook at home in the apartments fully equipped kitchen dining area.

Linens weren't changed midweek as mentioned in the guestbook. Blanket was stained in primary bedroom.

Mullins Beach House in Barbados is truly a hidden gem! My family and I—12 of us in total— had the pleasure of staying there for seven unforgettable days. The home was spacious, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It felt like a true home away We were warmly welcomed by Kalista, who greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had all the information and instructions needed to enjoy our time there. Her hospitality set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable week. Highly recommend Mullins Beach House to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful retreat in Barbados. We're already dreaming about our next visit!

Great accomodation and location. Staff were extremely accommodating and at short notice.

The location is perfect. Nice and quiet but only a few hundred yards to the beaches. Useful petrol station with 24 hour shop at bottom of the road. Wonderful comfy beds. Lovely pool and courtyard at the back with French doors from bedroom opening into that .. we sat out there in the evenings on the terrace by the pool which has an amazing good size barbecue, plenty of tables and chairs with outside lighting and plug points and it was the perfect spot for evening dining or entertaining With breakfast on the sunny raise front terrace with huge doors that open off the sitting room kitchen area.. overlooking the sea at bottom of the road. Good aircon, a great kitchen and big beach towels are all the things that make a self catering holiday easy. Kalista is a what’s app away and sourced us free range eggs from a friend and pops over most days.
