Indah Damai Cottages

Schöne kleine Terrasse, unser Zimmer hatte Blick Richtung Semaru Vulkan (allerdings auch auf dem Parkplatz). Tumpak Sewu Wasserfall ist fußläufig bequem erreichbar sowie zwei andere schöne Wasserfälle. Wir haben den Pelangi Waterfall gemacht, der absolut empfehlenswert und nicht so überlaufen wie der Tumpak Sewu ist.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Das Zimmer war extrem klein, keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten, keine Aufhängemöglichkeit (z. B. für Handtücher) und kein Platz für 2 Rucksäcke. Anhand der Bilder hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet. Direkt vor unserem Bungalow war der Parkplatz. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt, gemessen an anderen Unterkünften in Indonesien, hier nicht.

Notre expérience a malheureusement été assez décevante. La chambre était très bruyante, l’hôtel étant situé au cœur d’un petit village où l’on entend constamment les bruits de la vie locale : scooters, chiens, coqs, passants, ainsi que l’appel à la prière de la mosquée. Il était donc très difficile de se reposer correctement. La chambre était également petite et peu confortable, notamment la salle de bain. L’hôtel ne dispose par ailleurs d’aucun véritable espace commun, ce qui donne une impression assez limitée en termes de confort et de prestations.

Alojamiento con mucho encanto, en una ubicación perfecta cerca de las cascadas y ideal para pasar unos días y recorrer toda la zona. El alojamiento es muy acogedor y el desayuno está buenísimo. Además, el personal es encantador y nos hizo sentir muy cómodos durante toda la estancia.

Best staff ever. 非常helpful的员工小哥们，其中一位还会一些中文。可以摩托车载去便利店。附近有好吃便宜的餐厅。天气好的时候火山视野很棒。花园好看。早餐好吃。

房间内部乡村民居设施请有心理预期。自备耳塞因为附近四面八方有宣礼声。

I love everything about the property, especially the beautiful scenery and amazing surroundings. The staff were also very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The cottage was comfortable, clean and cozy, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The view of the mountain was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more memorable. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Die Host waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Lage. Lasst euch auch den Weg zum Wasserfall hinter der Unterkunft zeigen. Absolute Empfehlung. Ganz in der Nähe ein sehr gutes Warung. Auch ein preislich faire Laundary.

Bett etwas unbequem aber sauber. Dusche schwierig einzustellen aber wenn man es sich einmal erklären lässt, bekommt man auch warmes Wasser. Also kein Problem.

Der Gastgeber war super freundlich.

La localisation est très proche de Tumpak Sewu. Facilement accessible à pieds. L’endroit est calme. Possibilité d’aller se promener à pieds dans la campagne environnante . Le service et l’accueil y sont excellents ! Chambre modeste, simple, mais confortable.

Le logement est joli et propre. Idem pour le jardin. Le personnel est gentil. Le petit déjeuner ( pancakes) est très bon.

C est très compliqué de venir en transport commun jusque là . De malang , deux bus puis un minibus où il faut négocier le prix. Le retour en gojek ou grab est tout aussi difficile car ils ne veulent pas venir vous chercher à l' hôtel pour ne pas avoir de problèmes. Et le taxi de l' hôtel est bien plus cher que le tarif normalement pratiqué. À refaire je ferai une excursion de malang. Et j ai trouvé les cascades très surcotées.

MAGNIFIQUE jardin, très bien entretenu ! Bungalow très original et personnel très attentionné. Petit restaurant excellent au bout de la rue tenu par une maman de chat tres gentille.

Étant donne qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre familiale, les employées on validé que l’on prenne une chambre double pour trois. Ils nous ont bien rendu service mais nous pensons qu’il vaut mieux se fier aux nombre de personnes recommandé par chambre car nous nous sommes sentit à l’étroit dans le lit.

Le casette sono carinissime e vale davvero la pena dormire qui almeno per una sera. Lo spazio non è tanto ma c'è tutto. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e la colazione era ottima. Il giardino super curato.

Non apprezzo il bagno senza box doccia ma è la prassi in Asia.

There was a mosque speaker right outside our room which was super loud and the guy was singing from 4am and was still going when we left at 12pm.

Super cottage et super personnel. Nous avons même pu essayer les instruments de musique, super souvenir pour les enfants. L’établissement nous a emmené aux chutes d’eau Tumpak Sewu gratuitement. On a aussi demandé un chauffeur jusqu’à notre prochain étape et ils nous ont trouvé un super chauffeur. Un très bon souvenir.

A bit small if you are two with luggages. Some bungalows (like the one we had) have parking view rather than garden view.

Tout était parfait ! Un hôte très accueillant, une chambre impeccable et un endroit idéalement situé à proximité des activités. Il y a également un chauffeur très gentil disponible pour vos déplacements, car Grab n’est pas disponible dans cette zone. Ils pourront aussi vous aider à trouver un bon guide pour vos excursions ainsi que pour tout autre besoin. J’ai passé un superbe moment. Je recommande vivement

Très bien situé. Personnel adorable, très prévenant. Bon hébergement avec différents recoins et services. Balade en 4x4 dans les plantations avec les enfants. Vue sur le volcan Semeru en prime.

Les maisons sont très sympas, la vue sur le volcan est magnifique et le personnel est extrêmement gentil. L'emplacement est idéal pour accéder à pied aux cascades.

Ça reste un peu cher comparé aux prix des autres logements sur Java. On a eu quelques difficultés à régler l'eau chaude.

Wij hebben het echt naar ons zin gehad. Een leuke, gezellige en fijne plek. De eigenaren en het personeel is erg vriendelijk en we hebben het erg leuk gehad.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Indah Damai Cottages. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, um sogar fußläufig den Tumpak Sewu Wasserfall zu besuchen und auch noch weitere Wasserfälle. Die Aussicht auf dem Vulkan Semeru ist wirklich toll und man kann regelmäßige Eruptionen sehen. Die Gastgeber sind so freundlich und herzlich, wie wir es nur selten auf Reisen erlebt haben. Wir haben schöne Gespräche zusammen geführt und wurden sogar zum Tumpak Sewu gefahren. Außerdem haben sie uns ihren Garten gezeigt und uns mit Kokusnüssen und snake fruit versorgt. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wollte gar nicht mehr weg. Vielen lieben Dank für die so herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

A wonderful place to stay! The cottages are very cozy and surrounded by a beautiful, lush garden. The property offers an amazing view of Mount Semeru. The location is perfect – very close to the Tumpak Sewu waterfall. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also loved the delicious food and the lovely treat of exotic fruits. Highly recommended!

Die Gastgeber waren total herzlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders lieb war, dass sie uns sogar kostenlos zum Wasserfall gefahren haben. Die Unterkunft ist richtig schön und die Umgebung einfach toll. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! Je ne m’attendais pas à être aussi immergé dans la culture locale, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus spéciale. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, toujours prêt à aider et très accueillant. Une ambiance chaleureuse et authentique que je recommande sans hésiter !

The hosts were the most adorable and friendly people. Always willing to help and always up for a good laugh and conversation. The beds were very comfortable and it is fresh at night, so sleeping without AC is perfect. The cottages have everything you need. I wish I stayed longer!

Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly. They made us feel so welcome and at home. The gardens on the property are beautiful, and the location is perfect to access many nearby waterfalls. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and showers are warm.

Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht, bevor wir am nächsten Morgen die Wanderung zum Tumpak Sewu Wasserfall gemacht haben, und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die kleinen Hütten sind süß, das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber die unglaubliche Freundlichkeit der Inhaber bzw. Angestellten. Sie haben sich extra darum gekümmert, uns ein veganes Frühstück zuzubereiten, was wir wirklich sehr geschätzt haben. Wir bekamen Reis mit Sojasauce, Tofu, Tempeh und frische Früchte – super lecker und überhaupt nicht selbstverständlich in der Gegend. Die herzliche Art der Gastgeber hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die den Tumpak Sewu Wasserfall besuchen möchten!

Our stay at Indah Damai was very cozy and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The breakfast included was also really nice and a great way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend it!

Very good location - amazing view to Semeru, useful for start trekking to viewpoint of waterfall Kobut Pelangi. And not so far from the entrace to Tumpak Sewu. The staff have dropped me to the entrance. It's free 😊 The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, they have hot shower, the kettle, the cups and coffee. Is nice to seat in the evening or in the morning outside and drink coffee or tea... Delicious breakfast! And very close from the main road, where you can find good waring for dinner.
