Friendly staff and fantastic location

Wifi was a bit hit and miss

Great size bathroom and bedroom. Mesmerising view , looking straight out to Mount Agung across beautiful harbour.

Bed a little too hard. Although a mattress topper would work. 🥰💜

It was great! Steep but in an amazing location.. it’s in the most fancy area on Lembongan Island. The accommodation had priceless views of the water.. the gardens were gorgeous.

The only downside was the building works going on next door. Once that is finished it will be superb again.. it was just a bit loud near the pool.

Incredible stay- right on the main strip 1 min walk from restaurants/ bars the staff were so friendly I would recommend this stay to anyone!

It’s good to know there are currently major buildings works next door and more minor renovations in the 2 lowest bungalows of Lux. There is also now a cafe between the small infinity pool and the sea which does partly block the view from the pool. Progress!( note this property winds up a steep hill from the coastal path)To be honest this was not a big deal during our visit but could be if loud machinery or tools were being used as the adjacent property buildings are very close. At the moment the main issue is building supplies stacked up in the entrance way . This is not the place for you if you hate steps. We stayed in the lowest currently habitable bungalow ( no 4 I think) and there were 60 steps from the coastal path entry.

The location is great on the cliff and not far from anywhere, we walked everywhere from here. The staff were amazing! The vibes were awesome at the pool and it has a great view. Very comfy beds and big rooms. Very good value

We stayed in the joint family room and the views and location were amazing. The room was beautiful with bunk beds for our kids and it was serviced and cleaned each day by the friendly staff.

Loved absolutely everything about Lembongan Lux Villas! We stayed 3 nights (not long enough) and will definitely be back to stay! The view from our room was amazing of the ocean, the actual room it self was massive, the bed was super comfy! Bathroom was big as well! We also had our own balcony to sit on and look out at the view. The staff were super friendly and helpful and we can’t wait to be back💛

Ligging is mooi en vooral zwembad biedt prachtig uitzicht.

Alle bungalows hebben onderhoud nodig. Eigenaar is het langzaam aan het renoveren maar dat gaat zeker nog twee jaar duren.

Fantastic location, great staff beautiful small pool overlooking beach, but so many steps to top level, only to have a roof of the unit below smack in the middle of our view from our balcony, surprised by how good the water pressure was considering we were on an island too Nice and close to many restaurants

There are a few broken tiles in the swimming pool, and I cut one of my toes while enjoying the pool. The personnel didn't have any sanitary alcohol.

The view from the balcony terrace of our Villa was wonderful.Never tired of looking down across the bay towards the Volcano in the distance,watching the boats come to and fro. Well worth the steep climb up the steps to the family villa. Yanti and her team were lovely and nothing was too much trouble and made us feel very welcome. The food we had was very nice and was lovely to be able to have a nice cool drink by the side of the pool at the end of a great day exploring the island.

There is some building work ongoing two properties down which initially was a bit of a concern but very quickly got oblivious to it as could not be seen or heard from our room.

We loved everything. The rooms were lovely, spacious, modern and clean. The service was exceptional and the view was breathtaking. We loved having our own private pool too.

The staff went above and beyond to help. Yanti was such a wonderful host.

Our room was at the top of many flights of stairs. In the heat and humidity that was a bit of a challenge. If you have any mobility issues I would suggest staying elsewhere.

Great location, excellent views. The deluxe family villa is 10/10. The staff was lovely and went above and beyond taking care of us.

Great location, lovely pool and the rooms were clean and fresh. Wifi is fast. The TV and water dispenser is an extra bonus and the happy hour is a lovely touch. The staff are friendly, especially Yanti who checked us in.

I stayed in November and it was wonderful. Above expectations. Comfy huge modern rooms, great views, friendly staff. Well located. I could have stayed much longer. Fast stable Wifi.

Not easy to carry luggage

Amazing location. Janti the manager was so helpful. The room was lovely and big with a lovely view. And there is a clean water cooling machine in the room.

Just with the downpours our room flooded so we had to keep using towels to try and stem it. I reckon that could be fixed with some kind of rubber door thing outside. Really not their fault the rain was insane and everyday they came and cleaned it all up

Fabulous location, stunning views from rooms. Gorgeous pool overlooking stunning views of Nusa Lembongan. Yani is helpful and friendly. Close to restaraunts and coconut beach.

Be prepared to walk up a lot of steps to reach the rooms on the higher levels. We had 96 steps and the room behind us was over 120 steps. Not keen to do this too many times a day.

We ended our 2 weeks holiday in Bali with 4 night at lembongan lux villas and Unfortunately we found this place very disappointing unlike the rest of our trip. There were approximately 70+ large steps to get to our villa and there was no mention of this on the description of the property when booking. We were traveling with 2 kids so we found the stairs very difficult to manage. There was also renovations going on next to the villa and also at the same property The workers started using power tools at 6:30am every morning and woke us and the kids up every morning. After the first night I spoke to the manager and explained the issues we were having but she said she cannot help us in anyway, she couldn’t change our room or cancel the rest of our stay at all. I even wrote to booking.com customer service and they could not help either as the property was not responding to them. We were also having some issue getting our villa cleaned properly even though housekeeping was mentioned as an inclusion. We were not left with any towel, our used towels were removed but no clean towels left instead on multiple days and we had to go ask reception for clean towels. On day two she could only give us one towel as they were having issues with laundry. So 4 of us had to share one towel. Unfortunately I would not stay here again, For the price they charge, they are much better accommodations on their beautiful island.

The view from Room 2 is spectacular. Pool also has spectacular views. Great restaurants within 50 metres, close to coconut beach and main beach.

Bathrooms were a little basic, but no major issues. Family room at the top of the hill but views were worth the walk. Limited deck chairs in pool area.

Yanti was amazing, went above and beyond for us. And lots of fun, she knew my daughters birthday was just after we left but she organised a cake and sang happy birthday the day we checked out. We will definitely be back. Rooms are so spacious and comfortable and have amazing views.

Very good location at end of beach. We were in Villa 1, so minimal stairs but lovely view. Clean, comfortable and fresh water machine and fridge. Really loved it, and would stay again.

Upon arrival - it was as though we were not expected - (turns out we were early and our room was not ready). There was confusion over our breakfast. We were initially told it was included - then told not included - we enjoyed all our meals outside of the accomodation

Perfect location with amazing views and a great size bedroom & bathroom. A/C and wifi worked well in the rooms and we loved the water cooler. Sitting on the veranda first thing in the morning with a coffee looking at the water and Mt Agung was the perfect start to my day.

Only a small thing… the bed was a little hard for me but it wouldn’t stop me coming back to stay here.

Hot water didn’t last longer than 2 minutes when showering at night. Weren’t able to use the pool area due to construction - was not informed of this before our stay. Difficult to find when being dropped off by our ferry company

Fantastic views and very clean rooms with a fridge inside, air con nice and cold. Great location we were in Villa 2 so not many stairs.

Great ocean views, close to restaurants, nice pool with views. Rooms are very comfortable with side by side family rooms available with a shared balcony but not internal room access.

125 steps to get to our room (we did have the highest room!) didn’t mind so much for us, but you may want to check which level your room is if steps bother you ☺️ they have more rooms lower down!

Beautiful location, the stairs there are horrendous!! You walk up that many stairs you must be bloody close to outer space. We were at the very top and it’s a long way up and back. Other than that it’s a great location, no food onsite!

Amazing views and a lovely manager and staff. The stairs to the top levels were a killer... but worth it for the views!

No breakfast on-site - but it's not a deal-breaker, as there are so many restaurants nearby.

Loved everything about this place,so glad we found it and wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else 😃

Location was perfect and view even better.

The location was amazing. Such a short stroll to the beach and restaurants. The staff and owners were absolutely amazing. Special shout out to the property manager Yuni, she went above and beyond for us. She took us out on the scooters as we weren't comfortable driving and showed us around the island as well as organised anything we needed to make it as easy as possible. She was always available to respond to any questions and was absolutely lovely to deal with. All the staff were wonderful and super helpful. The pool and view was amazing and we stayed in one of the renovated rooms and it was beautiful. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back next year!

Not much to be honest- I loved it!

Great Location and comfortable room.

Unfortunately the hot water is inadequate. We couldn’t even get one full hot shower.

Lux Villas were in a fabulous location. We arrived a little earlier than check in but the staff were very accomodating allowing us to store our bags and provided towels for us to have a swim! The facility is clean with great pool. The villas have restaurants around on the cliff otherwise only a short walk down to the beach and multiple restaurants. I would highly recommend booking!
