Disappointing facilities considering the price. Dingy place. We wanted to just forfeit what we paid and find a different room, but all places are fully booked in Koh Rong for NYE.

The owners were lovely me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our time here

The showers were cold- but it wasn’t too bad in the heat

Great little bungalows. The owners are very friendly, helpful and genuine. Good food. Great value for money. Only a short walk to the beach and pier. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need, strong aircon and wifi. I recommend and will stay here again!

Easy 10 mins walk in the daytime but post midnight not ideal as no one and nothing is around, we encountered lots of dogs!

They have a great restaurant and the family that runs the place is super nice :)

A lot of power outages, water in the sink sometimes comes out yellow… A five minute walk from long set pier - the best beach in the island!

Good location near the pier.

They tried to rent a scooter to me for $10 until only 8pm, rather than 24 hours, as usual. Then when they agreed, they tried to give me 24 hours from when I paid an extra day, rather than including the prior 24 hrs still running. I've never encountered this before and it left a bad taste. They eventually agreed but only after an additional $2.

Nice quiet area and less than a 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the beach area.

Several times I waited at the restaurant for food and was completely ignored, even know I had already ate there 4 or 5 times beforehand. At times when I did eat there the owners son spoke / shouted so loudly, whether on the phone, or at other staff at the restaurant. It made it very unrelaxing. I felt the place had a strange vibe and I was very ready to leave, especially for the price I was paying for the accommodation

As a budget traveller I stayed in a tent. It was comfortable and clean. Quite fun actually.

The location was abit creepy walking home alone after dark. It is not right on the beach and you have to walk maybe 400m on deserted road. If there is a few of you… no problem.

Lovely, family owned little place, 8 minute walk from beach. Easy Scooter/bike hire. We had a really nice 2 night stay. Rooms had good working AC. Nice to stay in a family owned place rather than with a big company. Food and drinks (especially the milk teas) were cheap and great too. People always around if you need anything. Clean and comfy big beds as well. Obviously a little out the way of the party area but is still only 30 minute walk to Nestival.

I didn’t really like much about this property. I was woken up every morning ing at 7am by construction work being undertaken by the owner, another time they decided to light a bonfire right outside my room which made all of my clothes stink of smoke. The bungalow itself was very basic, the floor was really unstable in quite a few areas, and the entire place felt quite dirty. The bungalow itself wasn’t sealed from the outside meaning any number of mosquitos could come in. To their credit, I did ask the owner for a mosquito net which they did provide. There was no sink of mirror in the room. I’ve stayed in basic bungalows before but this was another level and not a place I would recommend. I left a day early as I couldn’t stand it anymore.

Family were so friendly and welcoming to us. The food was amazing so tasty! The facilities were good and the bed was comfortable. Good location just off long set beach, very short walk.

I loved every second in this stay. I had a budget bungalow with shared bathroom and A/C. All clean, comfortable and working well. The owners are super nice and will help you with every request. Also the food was very good. It’s just a few minuets walk to Long Set Beach / Koh Rong Beach and it was even only 30mins walk along the beach to Koh Touch. So if your ferry stops and Long Set, this is where you should get off. the perfect stay for people who wants quietness at night but still be close to the beach.
