Villa Kaya

The rooms were as listed and clean

The villas is not as shown on pictures. There is a building site blocking view and short walk to the sea. The fridge freezer does not work so white goods just left in the kitchen. There are little to no utensils to cook. And the white goods actually stop you opening cupboards. There are exposed wires and the hot tub is dirty. The bbq is old and has not been cleaned for years. The washing machine was broken. There is a Volvo y about to collapse and roof terrace used as a bump. Very un loved sad as once was a nice villa.

It was a big property with a great location. There were nice amenities although we couldn’t use some. The bath towels and sheets were clean. All rooms were air conditioned. The outdoor shower was amazing with hot water!

The TV didn’t work and jacuzzi was not working. We had to buy toilet paper and there was no paper towels or coffee supplies. There was a coffee maker and kitchen dishes.

The house itself is very spacious and it's fully equipped, but everything is old and requires maintenance. The beach near by is rocky. There were construction works in the near proximity, starting from 7 am.

The whole place smelled musty when we arrived. The next day the problem was fixed, and the host offered to return the first day fee, which never happened. They said they didn't knew about the issue. Haraki itself is an undeveloped/developing little village, which might be a positive aspect for some people looking for a less crowded destination, but with little options all together. Otherwise, the host seemed nice and helpful, but we started our 12 day holiday, with 3 children, with a huge disappointment.
