Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Eigentlich alles, super Unterkunft für alle die im April noch Ski laufen wollen. Das Personal ist super, die Zimmer groß und gemütlich und der Service perfekt. Ein grosses Dankeschön auf diesem Wege an alle.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Gute Lage, keine 10 Minuten zu Fuss ins Dorf. Vom Hotel direkt auf eine Verbindungs-Skipiste, welche zur grossen Gondel führt. Am Abend Klein-Shuttle immer verfügbar für die Rückfahrt ins Hotel. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet, wird aber nicht immer wieder aufgefüllt wenn, leer. Man muss ich beim Personal melden, dann kriegt man nochmals (z.B. Rührei). Abends kann man bis 10 Uhr an der Hotelbar noch einen Schlummi trinken.
Frühstücksbuffet war am Sonntag um 9 Uhr schon leergeräumt. Man musste sich melden für "Nachschub". Zimmer (mit Verbindungstür) ziemlich ringhörig.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit wird hier gross geschrieben. Die Lage ist top, fünf Minuten zu Fuss zum Dorf, und dabei super ruhige Lage am Waldrand, die Skipiste direkt vor dem Haus. Saubere und praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer. Erholung pur, besten Dank für alles.
Leider etwas ringförmige Zimmer, aber glücklicherweise ist früh Nachtruhe.

Kein abgetrenntes Badezimmer zum Schlafzimmer. Toilette nur mit Glastür. Schlafsofa extrem unbequem.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Very friendly staff and good location. We good ski to the lift from outside the house and were brought back from the valley run by a shuttle that was running frequently. The breakfast was rich and the spa area was lovely, too. The room was furnished in a lovely traditional style but modern (e.g. the bathroom).
The room was very warm (despite turning off all heating at 10 degrees outside) and dry which gave us problems with sleeping. But the air outside was simply very dry, so probably not much of the hotel’s fault.

this is not on 4 star level. at all. not even close. that's why it's so cheap. bathroom is squeezed into the rooms made of plastic, no noise isolation. service is 3 star, some swissplaining happened to my partner, and a problem we reported on the room was declared "not a problem at all."

Reviewed Feb 21, 2025The accomodation was very nice, all staff was very kindly. It is possible to go by ski right to the cable car and to return there is a shuttle servis from hotel. That's perfekt!
Maybe more place in the room..And the bathroom could be nicer..

Reviewed Feb 26, 2023The price was to high for the comfort we had. We spend the 12 hours, having a terrible sleep there because of the noise from lift, doors, steps, voices. The room is clean but very small, too small. Breakfast was ok. The staff seemed nice. But still the price is not worth. I wouldn't come back to this hotel again.
