Хотелось бы санузел освежить, лампочки далеко не везде были, некоторые не работали. Качество уборки не лучшее, при заезде пол был грязный. Все двери скрипели. Постельное белье нам попалось "уставшее" Думаю всё это можно исправить и жилище будет идеальным на 100 из 10!

Good location, 50m from waterfront. If you like Assalah vibe and the overall dahabian bohemian atmosphere (and don’t mind the dirt and garbage on streets), it’s a good choice! The best part of this property and apartment is the private roof terrace with amazing view.

Beautiful small community in the best location, just a few steps from the beach. The apartment is nice and cosy, with two bedrooms and one bathroom located between them. The double rooftop is amazing! Wifi was fast enough for work and calls.

The place wasn’t clean, there was a lot of hair on the floor, especially in the bedrooms. The bed sheets were dirty with hair and stains, and the extra sets smelled bad. There were no duvet covers for the small beds, which I only noticed before sleeping, so I had no other option but to use them, and no duvet for the big bed, we used the cover. The bedrooms also smell unpleasant unless the AC is on. The kitchen tap is very hard to open and needs to be replaced, and both the sink and dish dryer should be renewed. There were also many large mosquitoes inside; the hosts should use mosquito control before guests check in. Check-in is strictly at 3 p.m., which is quite late, I arrived at 2 pm, but the lady was still cleaning and told me to leave my luggage and come back at 3. Overall, the apartment needs renovation, and many things need to be fixed or replaced.

Location is perfect. In a laidback area of Dahab. Close to everywhere by foot. Apartment is very nice with well equipped kitchen. I think each apartment in the complex is different. but share similarities. Rooftop is amazing for hanging out, Yoga, coffee and might even be suitable for sleeping outside (Mosquitos will bother). Property manager is decent. Taking care of issues if arise

We had no water due to some works done by neighbors, Property owner was helpful and was able to solve within 1-2 hours. Notice that this property is an apartment. Property owner has the El Primo hotel across the street. But the apartments do not get a "Hotel-Like" attention. There are no routine cleaning and toilet replenish. We asked for and extra blanket and needed to explain why we need it. Not related to the place but the municipality. Some nights the suage overflowed the street. we needed to go around it to cross. These are not big deals. Place is really nice.

Lovely clean apartment, with a fantastic roof terrace for chilling in the evenings. Super location. Friendly, helpful staff.

Sehr unkomplzierter Gastgeber und Schlüsselübergabe bei An-/Abreise jeweils mit Safe. Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, super Toilettenspülung (für Dahab alles andere wie selbstverständlich) Tolle Dachterasse! Sehr gute Lage

Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre praktisch

One of the best most surreal locations and stunning view of both mountain and sea. Very comfortable villa with very comfortable stay. Best host MrDmiry who makes you feel comfortable the whole time and so are both of the team bakar and abdullah who supported us even at the beach. Will definitely come back again.

appartamento davvero bello: due camere, cucina abbastanza completa, ottimo bagno; ma soprattutto due terrazze da sogno, quella inferiore attrezzata da un paio di lettini e un po' ombreggiata, quella superiore con tavolo e quattro sedie: un vero spettacolo con vista a 360° su paese, montagne, mare e barriera.

The location is the best you can get in Dahab. The view from the terrace is amazing.

Some things need to be fixed, particularly the water pressure, which can be very low at times

Clean place, great stay, responsive host. We had everything we needed in the apartment + a nice garden view. Lot's of cafes around and a beach is really close, it's literally 1 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again!

Having a dishwashing machine would be a plus

The rooftop terrace was a fantastic place to relax, especially in the afternoons, with a lovely sea view. The location was great as well—just a 5-minute walk from the lighthouse and even closer to some nice restaurants. Additionally, the apartments were secure, requiring a code to enter, which made us feel safe.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that negatively affected our stay. The Italian host, while showing us the apartment, repeatedly called me 'Mohammed,' despite my name being Nasim, and explained this by saying that 'all Arabs are called Mohammed' in a very racist tone. The beds in the "sea-view apartment" were incredibly hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. The WiFi in the same apartment didn’t work at all, and we were also told we would be charged extra for using more than 15 Egyptian pounds worth of electricity, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. Additionally, the water in the apartment was boiling hot during the day, making it hard to shower comfortably. Although we booked two apartments for five people, the host tried to force us to split 3 people in one apartment and 2 in the other by only providing enough bed sheets for that configuration. Finally, the apartment with the ‘sea view’ was misleading; when I asked about it, the host claimed she didn’t know what I was talking about, despite the listing advertising a sea view.

This is a great place! Managed by expats, not Egyptians, so you will have everything you need without having to ask. Good location, close to Assalah and Lighthouse. Everything in the house was working just fine (which is unusual for Dahab), except one issue with the internet, but it was eventually fixed and the host arranged an alternative very quickly. I could easily let my 5 y.o. son play in the yard by himself with the other kids because the entrance gate has a code lock so no outsiders are getting inside. Highly recommend!

The price is above average for Dahab but still good value for money.

Everything was really nice, clean and stylish apartment, great location, super nice owners, quiet place. An apartment is equipped with all what you need for living. Definitely one of the best places where to stay at Dahab! And there are also super lovely cats who live in the garden of apartment. If you are a cat lover, you will enjoy their company. It's a very clean house and comfortable for Dahab standards. The location is also awesome - 5 mins walk from lighthouse area (main area).
