Room was ok but washroom and its surroundings were dirty ,i checked the hotel through booking.com rating and select the room , i dont know how this rating can be given to this hotel. i am frequent traveller my expectations is not upto the mark and facilities

We spoke with the property owner two days before our arrival and confirmed the date and arrival time. However, when we reached the hotel, we were informed that all rooms had already been sold out. Since we were a group of four members, we were initially given a very small room. After waiting for nearly three hours, we were finally allotted a double-bed room. Additionally, the property owner spoke to us very rudely, which made our stay unpleasant.

Within mixuse zone, good location for multi-mode transportation near by like bus, train, taxi availability etc., Recommended for persons who come to city via public transport. As there's no parking space for private vehicles (unless you are ready to park outside the plot).

It was a joyful pilgrimage trip ❤️to Tirupathi. Stay at the Hotel was superb with tge required amenities. Staff and Attenders were very much obliged and done good service. Good Hospitality. Hotel being a newly built, rooms are neat and comfortable to stay.

It is my advice to the property owner to maintain and keep the infrastructure good so as to keep their customers Happy.Any business thrives only on careful planning and execution. Team work plays a vital role to improve it.

They falsely advertised the availability of an electric vehicle charging station, which led us to plan our trip and activities based on inaccurate information. Consequently, we were forced to alter our arrangements due to this misrepresentation. Furthermore, the service staff exhibited poor performance, neglecting their duties until the time of checkout, when their primary focus appeared to be financial transactions. This reflects exceptionally poor management.

The cleanliness was well-maintained, and the staff were extremely supportive and responsive throughout our stay. A special thanks to Govardhini Ma'am, who was incredibly humble and polite. She truly understood our needs and made every effort to fulfill them. I sincerely appreciate the attention and care she extended to the us. Her support made our experience even more pleasant.

Everything was good, One area that could be improved is room readiness before arrival. Since we had booked in advance and also informed the team about our check-in time, we expected the room to be ready upon arrival.

Pros about Ganesh residency 1. Looks like new property, The rooms and rest rooms are clean. 2.Room service is good. 3.Rate for the room is also reasonable. 4.Location is near to main temples especially govinda rajar Perumal temple. Cons. Nothing to mention. Over all as a family we had good experience.

We were asked to go to another hotel of the same property due to some issues they sighted us. It was heavily raining and at the same time we had go go to another hotel. This experience was terrible. The location of new hotel was 3km away from the booked one and a bit far from bus stand where we intended to stay. Overall it was terrible experience in this regard. The hotel given later is good and spacious. One other remark is, you don't know whether you are booking a AC hotel or not. You mnight be surprised to when asked to lay extra amount for AC.

Our Double bedroom is Clean, but the room is not spacious.

The hotel staff only started cleaning our room as we entered the building. It was as if they had not known that we had booked a room. Upon entering it was not clean. The bathroom was left dirty and we asked for cups because there were none originally and there was dirt on the rims of the cups. The fan didn’t have any adjustable setting. The ac didn’t work.
