La piscine n’était pas remplie la première partie de notre séjour. Le déjeuner était aussi plus copieux la deuxième partie seulement.

Un lieu apaisant à deux pas des souks et de la place. Je recommande.

Super emplacement, personnel très aimable. Joli Riad caché au cœur de la médina à deux pas de la place et à proximité des commerces. Petit dej parfait, calme.

Monter au 2eme étage puis redescendre pour avoir accès à la petite piscine. Tuyau de la douche tout percé = pas de pression…

L’accueil au top par toutes les personnes croisées dans le Riad. L’emplacement plus que parfait. Piscine, petit bassin assez agréable. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Salle de bain qui mérite un bon coup de neuf. Établissement marqué comme accessible en fauteuil roulant ce qui est faux, marches pour rentrer dans le Riad, marche dans le salle de bain, … Merci de ne pas mettre que c’est accessible en fauteuil roulant ! Pourtant bien précisé et demandé !

L’emplacement, la piscine au frais, le calme alors que nous étions en pleine médina, les petits déjeuners très copieux et bons, la décoration, le personnel…

Problème de climatisation le premier jour mais le personnel a su réagir pour nous changer de chambre et tout s’est bien passé.

Perfect location, central to the markets and not too far away from the attractions.

The 0.5 cl water was 20 dirhams per bottle and only told us at checkout. Watch out on that. We also found a cockroach in our room.

L'habitació era dalt de tot ,malgrat 'aparell d'aire acondicionat era un forn. Manca una bona iluminació dins l'habitació.

Localisation centrale par apport a la médina, quartier calme, typique comme bâtiment.

Un petit-déjeuner un peux plus copieux. Devoir payer un supplément si on veux utiliser le hammam dans l hôtel.

The hotel is well-located, clean, and very nice. Our stay was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, always with a smile, especially Ali, who helped us buy bus tickets to visit Essaouira. I highly recommend it. I would always come back to relax here.

Le cadre et le style du lieu (un vrai riad marocain avec une fontaine au milieu, sérénité, calme, beauté, les oiseaux qui chantent toute la journée du matin au soir, …) L’emplacement vis-à-vis du reste de Marrakech (les souks de la médina peuvent se faire à pieds très facilement, le reste de la ville est accessible en taxi pour quelques dirhams ; se situe juste devant un EXCELLENT restaurant rooftop (Chez Zaza) ) La propreté de notre chambre (le personnel de ménage est EXTRÊMEMENT méticuleux et respectueux de nos possessions, la chambre était nickel chrome tous les jours) L’immense gentillesse du personnel (au quotidien, et notamment une nuit à 3h du matin où ma compagne avait besoin d’un transport à l’hôpital en urgence, le personnel de garde cette nuit la a été d’une aide précieuse, extrêmement conciliant, et très bienveillant envers nous)

Le pommeau et le robinet de douche mériteraient d’être juste un peu réparés (il peut être difficile de passer de l’un à l’autre) ; la douche était facilement bouchée (pas entièrement mais écoulement lent). Cela peut n’être spécifique qu’à la chambre que nous avons occupé, cela dit Le petit déjeuner était un tout petit peu faible ; mais le thé à la menthe du matin est exceptionnel

Personnel extra super sympathique et accueillant, petit déjeuner parfait , les chambres sont très bien ,riad très calme pas très loin de la place jemaa el-fna 5 mn à pied

El hotel tiene todas las comodidades del mundo y lo recomiendo 100 % en todos los sentidos

Mi puntuación baja por el hecho que hubo un día de excursión que pedimos expresamente el desayuno para llevar. Nuestra sorpresa fue al bajar que el señor de recepción se le había olvidado por completo. Normalmente te gustaría que hubieran tenido algún detalle pero no fue así.

Ottima posizione, staff gentile e semore disponibile, riad tipico, bello, con una bella terrazza. Camera tipica che affaccia all'interno, letto comodo. Bella terrazza, colazone abbondante e buona; anche il ristorante ha piatti tipici ben cucinati. Molto gentile anche lo staff del ristorante. La mattina della partenza pruma dell'orario della colazoone ci hanno preparato una colazione al sacco. Comoda anche la navetta

The public areas of the hotel are beautiful so is the rooftop terrace. The Riad is also centrally located in the Medina close to the big square. The staff also did their best.

I am sorry to say but our stay here was a big disappointment. The room was very dark with small windows. Everything in the room was old and worn out. The rugs and blankets dusty. The shower was rickety and the tap leaked. I am happy we only stayed here for one night.

Brilliant location near the main square. Great breakfast. Staff were helpful, friendly, and arranged taxis easily for us. The room was quiet and we slept well.

The beds were quite hard - another pillow or a softer mattress would have been preferable. Though there is WiFi, it didn’t really work in our room without standing by the door.

La proximité de la place Jamel efna, on y accède par une rue vivante plein de commerces et le calme au sein du Riad . La terrasse est très agréable bien décorée

Il fait froid dans la chambre (hors été) et on entend beaucoup l’extérieur.

L'habitació per a 3 persones es queda petita. I la dutxa enrampava: si tocaves la carxofa o obries l’aixeta, et donava corrent.

Gorgeous little place just off the busy main street, but very quiet. really lovely with three floors and restaurant on the top floor. Breakfast was abundant and we loved the decor. Felt very authentic and well managed.

Good location but can be a little hard to find and you have to go through alleys to reach it. Staff is very lovely and will arrange a taxi for you from the airport. The beds were a little hard but property is very pretty and wonderful for 1-2 night stay.

The hotel doors don’t have a proper lock. It’s just a hook and latch to close the door which can feel a little unsafe.

Холодный, не уютный темный номер где не работало всё. Электричество и интернет часто отключались. Очень скудный завтрак Душ невозможно принять, вода не уходит и стоишь в луже Шторки для душа нет, держателя душа нет Ванну невозможно набрать горячей воды не хватало. Телевизор не работает

Lovely Rhiad. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Very pretty place. Didn't get to use the pool as the weather was too cold. It's only small. Decor is gorgeous deep reds. Highly recommend.

The Sherazade has been our go.to inarrakesh for 20 years. It's beautiful, comfortable, well located, the rooms are not tiny like some.other of the road hotels in the medina, and the staff is kind and helpful. It's hard to find good hotels with a good value in the medina, often the road hotels are more expensive not nearly as nice even when they have high ratings on the apps. We ALWAYS try to book here first.

The Riad was stunning , so colourful and traditional - the rooftop terrace was fantastic for photos and a break from the busy medina. The location of the Riad was perfect , we walked everywhere. Staff were always super helpful and friendly , the breakfast was delicious - we would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%.

A little bit cold

Staff friendly and helpful. Easy to access and well located. I recommend the gommage and massage, Hayet was amazing.

The staff were all lovely & very welcoming, I feel bad I spent all my money & didn't have anything to tip, although nobody asked for one, it would have been nice to give! Breakfast is alright & overall the value for money is excellent.

18. Januar 2026. Zimmer 12. Das ist ein Riad, ein arabisches Hotel. Lage mitten in der Medina, Altstadt. Medina ist sehr groß, aber mehr Touristenattraktion und Preise höher als in anderen Medinas. Hotel mit schönem Ambiente. Betten sind OK.

Frühstück nicht so toll wie oft beschrieben, Nescafé igitt, Baguette naja. Immerhin arabischer Tee. Parken am Hotel nicht möglich. 15 Minuten Fußweg, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Nous avons réservés à 23h40 pour arriver à 4h du matin et partir 1 9h30 de l’établissement. En arrivant nous sommes épuisés le monsieur d el’acceuil nous fait attendre car nous n’aurions pas payer et même en lui montrant la preuve du paiement après un moment assez long il prend en otage nos passeports. En entrant dans la chambre le pommeau de douche étaient à deux doigts de nous peter dessus les draps étaient sales ( taches et cheveu) les toilettes bougeaient quand on s’asseyait dessus et je crois que le clou du spectacle c’était l’absence de bouteille d’eau en chambre alors que nous étions assoiffés. Le lendemain au dej pour cette histoire de paiement ça a été rebelote jusqu’au moment où ils ont enfin pu confirmer que nous avions bel et bien payés. Finalement nous avons eu 2h de sommeil et nous gardons un très mauvais souvenir de cet établissement
