Reviewed Apr 7, 2026The location is amazing, the facilities are great as well. The host responsive and supportive. The access to the pool and the beach. The villa is very cozy and clean.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Sehr schlecht leider. Vieles ist in einem schlechten Zustand und es ist dreckig. Die Küche ist kaum nutzbar. Der Vermieter war nicht hilfreich. Wir mussten sogar vorher ausziehen, weil die Klima nicht mehr ging in einem der Räume. Nicht zu empfehlen. Finger weg.

The resort isn’t cheap, so maybe worth considering buying stuff for breakfast in a shop. All cooking facilities were there

Reviewed Jun 25, 2024It was a very nice property, conveniently located in the same area as Rotana resort. The pool is very close to the villa, beach is a walk but manageable. The host was very proactive and helpful, he even helped us check in early at our request. The villa is equipped with the basics you'd need and I would recommend this to people travelling to Salalah
