it's very clean, the beach is across the street, if your plain is later at the day you can have a bath and leave your luggage

there is not kettle in rooms, we were at th 3th floor so its too exausted to go every morning at the kitchen to make a coffee

Die Unterkunft hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Besonders positiv waren die zentrale, zugleich angenehme Lage sowie die gute Ausstattung des Zimmers. Alles erforderliche war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Während unseres 8-tägigen Aufenthalts haben wir zweimal die Zimmerreinigung in Anspruch genommen. Die Handtücher wurden gewechselt, der Müll geleert und das Bett gemacht. Wir hätten uns zusätzlich gewünscht, wenn zumindest kurz gesaugt worden wäre, insbesondere bei einem längeren Aufenthalt und durch die Strandnähe.

Si bien está enfrente de la playa, requiere pasar por encima de la carretera que le separa de ella a través de un paso elevado, y el entorno para acceder al mismo es bordeando la carretera, solitario... La estancia coincidió con las fiestas del barrio cuya verbena se situaba justo encima del hotel y el ruido por la noche fue descomunal, dificultando mucho el poder dormir.

Lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko, plaża rzut beretem. Prywatną łazienką wyposażona w ręczniki i suszarkę do włosów. Był również szampon i żel do mycia. W pokoju klimatyzacja, sejf, lodówka, żelazko, wygodne łóżko. Sympatyczna obsługa, możliwość zrobienia kawy/ herbaty w części wspólnej. Ręczniki, leżak i parasolka plażowa zapewniona przez personel.

Trochę mała sypialnia, widok z okna piękny, ale hotel od plaży dzieli dość głośna ulica. Mała lodówka, ale na nasze potrzeby starczyła. Jeśli chce się przyrządzać śniadanie w swoim pokoju, to niestety nie ma za bardzo możliwości, za to w kuchni która jest częścią wspólną jest wszystko co potrzeba.

Struttura bellissima, fronte mare, con stanza pulitissima e personale (anche se non presente fisicamente) super presente! Bellissimo anche il bagno di cortesia con tanto di doccia che ci ha permesso di andare comunque al mare l'ultimo giorno , anche dopo l'orario del check out per poi partire già docciati! Consiglio assolutamente

Apartamento al lado de la playa y a pocos minutos andando de supermercado y zona de restauración. Disponen de taquillas para guardar el equipaje si llegas antes o necesitas dejarlo una vez abandones la habitación, así como un baño completo con ducha.

Los colchones son duros y las almohadas altas.

Ver el mar desde la habitación! Tener taquillas para poder dejar el equipaje y tener cafetera, microondas y agua para uso del viajero También hay baño y ducha y toallas ,pero no me dio confianza con la limpieza!

Q no tenga ascensor,me tocó el 3piso ,las vistas preciosas,pero el aire no funcionaba bien .Está pegado a la carretera y el ruido ,si abres la ventana es inaguantable!

La situación, la decoración y los detalles como toallas para la playa, bolsa de playa, sombrillas para poder utilizar en la playa y que pudieras preparar tu desayuno en el propio alojamiento

Nuestra habitación, la nº 23, es muy pequeña en relación con otras habitaciones que eran más espaciosas

Sijainti loistava, erittäin siisti ja kaunis huone hienolla näköalalla, ilmastointi ja jääkaappi olivat hyvät ja tarpeelliset.

Все чисто, красиво и со вкусом, утром можно попить вкусный кофе с кексами на общей кухне, все есть в номере: фен, утюг, маленький холодильник, сумка для пляжа с покрывалами и стульчиком, можно взять большое покрывало и зонтик, все просто замечательно

La ubicación es excelente, las vistas al mar son preciosas, el personal es muy atento y eficiente, hay un salón y un comedor en la planta baja, el registro de entrada es cómodo y el servicio de atención al cliente responde con rapidez y resuelve los problemas de forma eficiente.

Locatia este exact pe malul mării,poți vedea cel mai frumos răsărit de soare,marea este la cinci minute de mers , ești aproape de port de tot ce ai nevoie! Camera este curată,aer condiționat! Poți avea o cafea dimineața! A fost minunat! Mă întorc cu drag in Alicante!

I loved the small treats, such as beach towels and chair in each room for use during the stay, complimentary espresso and toast, lockers and extra shower, for after check out, and free cold water refill. . The location is fabulous, in front of the beach , and walking distance to all main attractions.

People were extremely noisy when returning late at night.

Brilliant location for all the shops , bars, and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the Mall , 5 mins walk to the castle and across the road from the beach.

We were on the third floor and no lift. However lovely sea view made up for the stairs.

It has great location, staff was friendly and professional, it was clean, quiet, and had all the basics.

Resepsiyon yok. Check-in için mail atıyorlar , kendiniz yapıyorsunuz. Dış kapı için kodu ve oda numaranızı mesaj atıyorlar. Oda anahtarınızı da kapının yanındaki kilitli kutudan alıyorsunuz. Herşey çok pratikti. Resepsiyona ve bir görevliye hiç ihtiyaç duymadık. Deniz için şemsiye, kilim, havlu benzeri bütün gerekli şeyleri hazırlamışlardı. Küçük bir sırt çantasıyla seyahat ettik ama sanki Alicante'nin yerlisiymiş gibi sahile donanımlı gittik. Deniz manzaralı odada kaldık; temizdi, ferahtı. Smart TV den Netflix, Youtube hesaplarınıza girebiliyorsunuz. Kahve makinesi ve Remington fön makinesi de benim için güzel sürprizler oldu.

Fiyatı yüksekti fakat beğenmediğim birşey olmadı.

Mały, ale bardzo czysty pokoik. Blisko plaży. W pokoju była łazienka. Dla wszystkich była dostępna wspólna kuchnia, a także dodatkowa łazienka. Po wymeldowaniu lub przed można było zostawić bagaż i skorzystać z tej wspólnej łazienki z prysznicem.

Mooie kamer. Vooral de gezamenlijke badkamer om tijdens je vertrek (na al uitgecheckt te zijn) nog even te kunnen opfrissen was perfect. Ook het water tap punt was geweldig! Het appartement ligt aan een drukke weg maar heb echt 0 geluidsoverlast ervaren.

Klein tipje maar absoluut geen minpunt; De strandhanddoeken hadden opzicht wel een keertje vernieuwd/gewassen mogen worden tussendoor.

Jimmy, the owner, Is a lovely person and very accommodating. After enjoying a beautiful night, I asked booking.com to extend it another night. Unfortunately, there was no room at the "inn." 🤣 He showed me a nice passage to have a coffee in the morning and gave me access to a beach chair and towel. Even though I could not stay again. He offered all the help I needed. I should have learned Spanish before my trip! I would suggest this place!

The only thing I did not like is that they did not have room for me a second night.

The room was very clean, comfortable, walking distance to the beach, and looked as advertised. It also had good sound insulation, which was essential as it was located along a 6-lane road.

As soon as you step out the building main door, you're walking on a sidewalk, along a busy road. There are no next door businesses like cafes or restaurants. Mind you, it's not far, within a 5-10 minute walk, you got several choices, including a few by the beach.

Todo estupendo, además de tener un ubicación perfecta porque la playa justo estaba enfrente, el centro a 15/20 minutos andando que se puede ir perfectamente dando un paseo y no se hace largo, la habitación en perfectas condiciones, vistas perfectas, la cama muy cómoda, el baño muy limpio, habitacion muy amplia con aire acondicionado y una mini neverita estupenda, la tele es SMART, nada de ruido ni molestias y una cocina común con mucha variedad para desayunar o lo que sea. TODO PERFECTO!! Lo recomiendo al 100%

Next to the beach, 10 mins walk to the main part of town. Rather convenient. There's a water cooler in the shared kitchen so you have a constant supply of drinking water. There are lockers to keep your stuff if you have to stay longer after checking out time.

Las vistas!!!! La habitación muy acogedora! Y el sitio del café y sus dulcitos!!! Pero lo mejor de lo mejor a resaltar, algo que no había visto en ningún sitio y me parece un súper detallazo y es q luego del check out se pueda guardar el equipaje y que uno se pueda bañar!!!! Es que me parece lo mejor!!!!!!! Gracias a eso mi chico y yo pudimos disfrutar al máximo la experiencia!!! Gracias gracias graciassss a Jimmy y el equipo!!!✨

Schöne Austattung. She hilfreiches Personal: koffertragen und danach noch Wasser gebracht bekommen. Gemeinschaftsküche mit allem was man braucht: Kaffeemaschine, Toast und Marmelade. Tip top. Sehr schön. Einmal über die Strasse und am Strand. Toller Blick aufs Meer. Gute Klimaanlage.

The location was excellent, with many restaurants, shops and attractions within walking distance. The room was clean, modern and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

1.Brak windy ( w moim przypadku 2 piętro a jestem z drobną niepełnosprawnością; nic na ten temat nie było w ofercie. 2. Brak normalnych programów TV - b. Dziwne, pierwszy raz spotykam się z czymś takim. 3. W łazience zatkany odpływ wody, przy kąpieli brodzenie w wodzie.

The hotel is right in front of the beach, our room had ocean view. The check in and check out were really easy to do, it is very near two subway stations and a walkable distance from the center of Alicante. The room had a nice bed as well...

The facility has only have stairs and when you stay in the 3rd floor sometimes the climbing is challenging (Specially with luggage), but not impossible. The bathroom door slammed in a corner wall and made a strange noise.

Nichts. Es handelt sich um Irreführung. Der „Mirador“ liegt an einer vierspurigen Straße!

Alles! Es begann mit dem Parken, was nicht in der Nähe möglich war. Wir benötigten vier Stunden, um zu parken und ins Hotel zu gelangen. Beim zweiten Anruf ging der Rezeptionist nicht mehr ans Telefon. Wir waren völlig auf uns alleine gestellt.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities were great, and its location is literally across the road from the beach. The air conditioning in the room and the wifi speed was excellent. I also really appreciated the fact that the hotel had lockers to leave your luggage after checking out if you had a late return flight.

I liked the hotel, but there are a few tweaks that would make things even better. Perhaps a leaflet in the rooms or main kitchen showing guests local cafes or supermarkets nearby and local bus or tram routes just to help them familiarise with the area quickly. The hotel is next to a main road, so it's not as obvious how to locate such areas for non-Spanish speaking guests. Also, the walls between the rooms are a bit thin, and if another guest is being loud, you can hear it. But they do provide earplugs to accommodate this.

Clean

Bedroom and bathroom very small. Bathroom door could not be opened fully as the sink was in the way. Very limited wardrobe space.

La comodidad, la cercania, todo estaba super limpio, tienen un microondas y platos comunes, hay taquillas y un baño con duchaz que puedes usar despues del chek-out, de las mejores estancias que he estado, estaba todo genial!!

Everything was excellent. The view from our room was amazing. There were umbrellas to take to the beach, tea, coffee, a shower downstairs and lockers on the ground floor. The staff was beyond helpful. Will visit again! Truly one of the best spots I have visited so far.

The location is very good, just across the street in front of the beach. Rooms are modern, rustic-style and very confortable. A/C worked well. Thoughtful design. I love the available towels for the beach abd rhe guest bathroom for after check-out.

the fact that the building doesn’t have an elevator.

We were here during San Juan and loved the location. The shared facilities down stairs were brilliant as we had a 6 o clock evening train, and could shower and eat after going to the beach in the afternoon. There is also some breakfast available each morning.

The only thing was were to dry the towels.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, minden elérhető kb. 10 percen belül kényelmes sétával. Modern, nagyon szépen felujitott es berendezett, minden igényt kielégítő. Különösen jó, hogy a strandolashoz használható eszközök ( strandlepedo,törölköző, napernyő, strandtaska) is elérhetőnek minden vendég számára, igy ezt nem kell feleslegesen otthonról elcipelni.😍 A közös konyha es fürdő is nagyon hasznos, a korai érkező es későn távozó vendégek teljes kényelmét szolgálja.

Nagyon forgalmas út mellett található, emiatt kissé zajos, de abszolút elviselheto. Egy kis terasz vagy erkeny néha hiányzott, de a maximum ki lett hozva az épületből teljesen! Az ágy kicsit puha.

Cumple con lo prometido! La habitación esta muy bien, bastante grande para lo que suelen ser. El aire funciona perfectamente y estaba muy limpia. Cumplen con la vista al mar.

La ubicación no es lo mejor, está un poquito alejado del centro, pero la distancia es super caminable (apenas pocas cuadras).
