A big thank you to Mr. Faisal for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. We really appreciated the room upgrade and the late check-out. The complimentary ice cream, tea, coffee, and unlimited soft drinks during dinner were a lovely surprise. Thank you for your excellent hospitality. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back soon!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and everything looked new. Breakfast was nice as well. I especially appreciated seeing the two cats at the residence being looked after by the staff, it was genuinely nice to see that kind of care and compassion, and it added a warm touch to the stay 😊 Definitely recommend!

The location. The pool area (dirty and smelly), loud music, hard sunloungers around main pool bar rarely attended (short staffed). Only ate once but food bad.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were given a free upgrade. The layout & gardens were stunning. Would definitely recommend. 😊

The only downside if you don't drive is it's a bit far from the main restaurant/ Shop area.

Everyone was so helpful in getting our luggage to our rooms and making sure we were settled in nicely. A special thank you for the extra care and wheelchair assistance for Ma Frank and giving us a room that had easy access via the lift. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay at The Blue Rawal. Staff was very kind and helpful. We had a very nice breakfast. My children,wife enjoyed the private swimming pool very much. Appartment is very spacious. Highly recommended.

My stay at Blue Rawal Resort was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and friendly attitude. Everyone was attentive and genuinely cared about making the experience comfortable and memorable. The resort itself is beautiful, cozy, and very well maintained. The peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything was clean, organized, and thoughtfully arranged, which added a lot to the overall comfort of the stay. What stood out the most was the warmth of the environment, I genuinely enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway. I loved the entertainment, lots of laughs and good vibes. I would definitely love to visit again!❤️😍

Strávili jsme zde téměř 2 týdny a byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Ubytování pohodlné s dobře vybavenými pokoji, personál se nám snažil všemožně vyjít vstříc. Zvláštní poděkování patří Dannymu, který se o nás velmi dobře staral a stal se naším lokálním průvodcem.

Établissement magnifique, personnel et gérants très gentil et a l'écoute. Appartement qui ressemble à un palais. Les décoration sont très jolies. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et le chef cuisinier s'adapte pour les végétariens, merci, ont a passés un très bon séjour.

Not much could have been better. Whenever we encountered a problem, the staff always fixed them quickly.

Excellent Hospitality, Close to Beach, Very well made property, caring staff. Rooms were very clean and well decorated.

Location was bit a secluded and away from main hustle bustle of Grand Baie, but it wasnt a big issue.

Das Frühstück ist reichlich und es wird auch Omlette frisch zubereitet. Der Pool ist ebenfalls schön.

Es war kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, die gesamte Anlage ist recht verwinkelt und so etwas wie ein Balkon war nicht vorhanden. Der Anfahrtsweg zur Anlage ist etwas umständlich, wegen den engen Gassen. Das Preis-Leistungsveehältnis passte aus meiner Sicht nicht wirklich.

Great people working there. Especially Peter will be in our memories for his open heart and daily smiles. As a surprise the breakfast was included and always delicious. Great variety of food. Pool area is completely as the picture indicate and the owner is also a lovely man. It seemed that the hotel is a good adress for the locals. Especially on the weekends there were big groups/famalies which enjoyed the hotel as well. I went diving with the dive center just next door. Was s bliss to have such a short walk and the backdoor available for a shortcut.

Getting there the first time was not as easy as other places. Just look on google maps satalite view and aim for the big parking lot. Don't feel wrong on the gravel roads which are heading there. The only little concern was about the smelly bathroom and that there was no schedule for cleaning the room during the week. But we also did not ask about. I'm sure they would have cleaned the room upon request.

Gutes Frühstück (auf Wunsch auch Omelett oder Spiegelei), sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, kurzer Fußweg zum Public Beach. 2 weitere öffentliche Strände sind mit Auto oder Bus auch gut erreichbar und sehr schön: Grand Baie Public Beach (ca. 5 km entfernt) und Perebeye Public Beach (ca. 3 km).

Beim Frühstück wäre eine Auswahl an Früchten noch schön gewesen.

My daughter and I spent a month at Blue Rawal, and it truly felt like home from the moment we arrived. Every single person there made our stay special — Jacinta, Quinter, Peter, Mahmoun, Clive, Danny, Shajia, Tariq, and Shy — all so kind, genuine, and endlessly helpful. The apartments are huge, spotless, and peaceful, but it’s the people who make this place unforgettable. We left with full hearts, sun-kissed skin, and the feeling we’d made real friends. We’ll definitely be back! 💛

My first trip to Mauritius. Wow, Blue Rawal far super ceded my expectations. The check in was easy. The staff brilliantly amazing. We got upgraded to a Suite. The owner was brilliant, super friendly, he did not want us walking to our destinations and gave us lifts to the beach etc. Our every need was catered for. They have everything you need. My mum Mrs Reddy was so amazed as i have never ever received such good treatment like this. They organized tours that suited our pockets. Our favorite person at Blue Rawal is Peter "the Kenyan". He made himself available to answer all our questions even when he was night shift and supposed to be sleeping. The entire residence is super clean, hygiene and friendliness definitely at the top of their list. I am so glad that i booked at the Blue Rawal Residences and i have absolutely no regrets. We will definitely be going back here and i will tell all and sundry that this accommodation is the best. The owner even offered us a lift to the airport, now that is awesome service

Hôtel incroyable et un personnel qui est exceptionnel, au petit soins, à l'écoute et toujours avec le sourire. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Vraiment une superbe équipe et un super hôtel que je recommande vivement.

Pas d’accès direct à la mer. Il faut etre vehiculé

very helpful staff and clean facilities.Yes a 10min walk to the beach but beautifully quiet and lovely facilities and the beach is not the only reason for coming to Mauritius

Amazing staff with exceptional hosting . The host named Mamul was on his toes making sure we relish every bit of our stay. His cocktail prep was outstanding and he made sure we had a comfortable stay.

Location was not great. It was a bit further from the beach and restaurants that we would have liked. The decor of the apartment was not too our liking, the bed mattresses was too firm, and few defective items, e.g., a window that could not close and hot tub did not seem to work.

It is like a little palace but at affordable price. Lovely setting and a nice swimming pool. It is new hotel and rooms are clean, air conditioned, and well equipped. Great place to stay
