Reviewed Jun 21, 2026- **Excellent 7-day stay! with family . Highly recommended** - We really enjoyed our 7-day stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, and the room service was excellent. We loved that they replenished our essential items every single day and regularly changed the bedsheets and towels. - The location is incredibly convenient. It is right next to a subway train station and a mall, which made getting around so easy. Plus, the mall has a great Halal restaurant on level 3, which was a huge bonus for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026The location is on the 4th ring road of Beijing; it is a bit outside of the city centre, but don't worry, it is very accessible by metro. The area is very lively too with multiple malls surrounding the area.
For some reason I couldn't connect to the wifi at all. Even my family members. all of us cannot connect to wifi. Maybe the connectivity needs improvement. but in overall, I find everything else satisfactory.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Esta bien ubicado cerca de algunas paradas de metro y en un edificio de un centro comercial, con super y restaurantes. La atención del personal fue amable. Tienen servicio de guarda equipajes sin costes, lo que resultó muy conveniente.
Las habitaciones eran mas pequeñas de lo que se veía en las fotos y justas para alojar a 4 personas. Aún haber contratado la habitación para 4 personas, cada día teníamos que estar pidiendo toallas de mas ya que solo había para 2.

The lobby and the actual rooms are at different entrances but meant we have to take our luggage from 1 place to another in the freezing cold. The room it self was cold, no heater at all. The room is quite small, and didn’t look as clean and modern as the photos showed. The bathroom is small. It’s abit tight for a family of 4.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025Lokasi, dekat dengan Metro Shangjiazhuang line 10 dan 5 dlm 300m, satu bangunan dengan Hui Quin Mall dan Huitong Hotel ada food court tp tiada yg halal utk muslim , bilik bersih, setiap hari dibersihkan, tukar tuala baru dan tambah toileteries, , kakitangan juga sgt baik dan peramah malah membantu kami semasa sesat utk ke hotel.
Masa menunggu lift sedikit lama kerana berkongsi dgn hotel yg lain

I accidentally left something at the front desk during check-in, and the staff carefully kept it safe and took the initiative to contact me—so heartwarming! The guest room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and toiletries were replenished promptly. The front desk also recommended great tourist attractions and local specialties, making me feel truly cared for even in a foreign land.

Reviewed Nov 12, 2025L'emplacement à côté du centre commercial est très pratique. Les chambres sont grandes. Le personnel est serviable et disponible. Il y a des machines à laver gratuites à disposition.
Il n'y a pas de rangements dans la chambre... Il est très difficile de dormir et de se reposer à cause des incivilités des personnes la nuit. L'insonorisation des chambres n'est pas bonne et on est réveillé plusieurs fois par nuit et c'est le gros point noir de l'hôtel. Sur 7 nuits, aucune nuit correcte malgré un changement de chambre.

La propreté laisse désirée: Moquette des communs très sale La chambre manquait de finitions: poignet de porte avec piles apparents, murs sales et esquintés, une banquette mais pas de chaise dans le coin bureau, robinet sale et rouillé, dans la salle de bain c’est pas mieux, carreaux manquants, ancienne tuyauterie apparent… Hôtel très bruyant, on entend les gens se déplacer dans le couloir malgré l’épaisse moquette. On entend les gens parler que se soit dans le couloir ou les chambres voisines. On n’a pas beaucoup dormi….

Le centre commercial à côté donne accès à une multitude de restaurants, supermarchés et activités pour les enfants. Pratique entre les visites de la ville. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant. Ils nous ont laissé la chambre dès notre arrivée le matin bien avant l'heure de checkin. Ce qui était super après le long vol de nuit pour poser les bagages sans attendre. Les chambres sont propres, le ménage se fait tous les jours, sauf le lit mais c'est culturel.
Un peu vieillot.

Pros: - The staff at reception and the cleaners were friendly. - Enjoyed the location being above a mall and a reasonable 7-10 minute walk from a subway station - Laundry. Fantastic having access to a washing machine and laundry detergent. No dryer however. Cons: - Very noisy! You can hear everything in the hallway that goes on. Unfortunately for us, this involved very loud neighbours. Screaming children, people having loud conversations at all times of the morning and night, and one morning at 2am we could hear screaming intoxicated people in the hallway. - Room did not look like the picture. We thought the room would have the cloud theme with but we had a wicker headboard and the room did not look like the photo advertised. - Bed was uncomfortable. Hard mattress

Reviewed May 9, 2025Unless you have business in this area, it is very far from the main tourist attractions. Overall cleanliness of this hotel is deceiving. The pictures look really good, but I'm not sure if the floor was ever cleaned during our 5 day stay. The bathroom is also mildewy. The walls are paper thin and the guests next to us were screaming until past on the first night. To the staff's credit, they finally dealt with those guest by the 3rd night.

The floor needs to be mopped. It's a bit dusty.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2025The first impressions weren’t brilliant. We arrived on a Saturday night. After getting off the taxi, we walked almost 500m (with luggage) before we found the place. The advertised address wasn't really helpful for taxi. Later we realised that using the name of the shopping centre QiMeng shares the building with was a much better alternative for calling taxis. The hotel doesn't have an entrance, nor a proper reception desk, of its own. Seems to me they hire a couple of floors from the other hotel (with which it shares the entrance and lifts) and block manage them under the QiMeng brand. The toilet/shower room is terribly small (but usable). Internet is unstable and hard to connect, unless you piggyback adjacent data points (the hotel staff provided the passwords for them). Otherwise, everything is fine: the room is clean and modern, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel appears popular with foreign passport holders (I saw several foreign looking faces every day). QiMeng doesn't offer breakfast, but there are breakfast shops just two blocks away (by the nearest underground station). The shopping centre has lots of restaurants occupying a whole floor, but only go alive after breakfast time. One evening, I even saw 20-30 out-door food stalls open around the shopping centre (I thought they were banned in Beijing a long time ago). Overall, it was a positive experience. If you ask me if I would stay with the hotel again, the answer would be Yes!

Reviewed Apr 11, 2025El lugar no se llama como se indica aquí es confuso, ha sido complicado llegar al lugar en taxi, la ubicación no es concreta, el lugar queda en un edificio con otro nombre donde se debe hacer check-in en el 8vo piso, no nos dieron instrucciones de esto, tuvimos suerte de encontrar el lugar porque nadie habla inglés básico en China, el lugar no es cerca de los puntos turísticos, el más cercano está a 30 minutos en taxi, la habitación que me dieron no fue la que se vio en la página, las chicas que trabajan allí son amables y la habitación la limpian a diario.

Taxi from DIDI app around Y80 so if you travel as a pair doesn't have a sense to take a train just order a taxi. Room has good size but smaller than on pictures, there is no tv only projector what I prefer.
No small fridge in the room, There is a kettle but no cups. Bed is very very noisy and squeaky Very loud guests and staff doesn't care, walls are tiny so it is very very loud during the night. Room not cleaned only toilet roll added and towels replaced daily nothing more. For almost the same price you can have 4* hotel in the same building on lower floors. It is good hotel but need some upgrades.
