Hotel Span

The hotel management should have checked the room and the guests’ belongings from time to time. We were unable to go directly to the counter because we needed room service, so we expected the hotel staff to check on the room and assist us accordingly.

“The hotel was good, the food was also okay, and the staff’s way of speaking and their behavior with the guests was good.”

The room was not clean. There were spit stains on the wall, the room’s paint was peeling, and the pillow cover had stains. I requested to change the pillow cover, but the staff replied that no extra pillow cover was available and asked me to manage with the same one.”

It was good in good location with comfortable price.

Staff had low hopitality knoledge

Actually Hotel was not that great .

Front line staff was very on phone most of the time. Customer has to ask about room and which floor room is. Not very good impression from front desk staff.

The Food is Good, comfy rooms and situated in a nice location.overall good stay for the price !!

The Water Situation in the bathroom, they had to refill the tank every evening so the bathrooms go without water for like 2 hrs every day moreever the guys working in reception needs to be more attentive towards the guest and their needs.

Nice Location,

There were limited toilet roll in toilet,

The room was good neat and clean.

I didn't get the breakfast as booked so it was a setback and also they didn't ask for the same.

Every thing is perfect ,staff so cooperative ,we checked out early but they packed breakfast for us,bad r comffy n clean

amazing

I like cleanness, location.

It's on a Tranquil area and it also exudes an aura of utmost tidiness and immaculate cleanliness.

Regrettably, the service provided by the hotel fell short of expectations and did not meet the desired level of quality.

Good environment Well behaved staffs Good food Genuine pricing

Open parking place

friendly

I like the room , its cozy and comfortable. Staffs were so humble and actually the price was affordable less than the price of booking.com. Had a great time there . Would visit next time.

Room Compared with Price and Staff who is behaving on a very good way. Such Lovely people

Their Breakfast, if anyone staying this hotel suggests not include breakfast with bed, if you already did tell a day before what time need to ready for you.
