Le parking est très petit nous avons rencontré un problème car le responsable de l'hôtel nous à fait garer derrière la voiture d'un autre client en nous disant qu'il n'y avait aucun problème et lors de notre départ pour une excursion en bateaux, l'hôtel nous à appelé pour nous demander de déplacer notre voiture mais impossible pour nous car nous étions sur le bateaux L'hôtel devrait garder les clés de chaque véhicules pour pouvoir les déplacer sans causer de désagrément aux clients La wifi ne fonctionne pas pourtant sur le descriptif la Wi-Fi est mentionné

parkplatzsituation prekär 5 plätze für 14 zimmer. duschkabine sehr eng. das schlimmste das frühstück. kein buffet sondern man wählt von der karte was man möchte und es wird serviert. allerdings muss man längere zeit warten. für 4 sterne hotel mit einer decke wo der putz teils weg ist schon etwas schäbig. eher 3 sterne als 4

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und sehr freundliches Personal! Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und die vorhandene Klimaanlage sehr angenehm gegen die nächtliche Hitze. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, der allerdings während der Hauptsaison gut besucht ist. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Hoteleingang in begrenzter Anzahl vorhanden. Man darf jedoch ggf. direkt von dem Eingang parken. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist sehr günstig, wenn man mit dem Zug die Cinque Terre oder La Spezia besuchen möchte. Die Zugtickets nach La Spezia sind i.d.R. günstiger (obwohl weiter entfernt) als die Cinque Terre, obwohl der Zug an allen Dörfern anhält ;) Uns hat es insgesamt sehr gut im Hotel Lido gefallen. Grazie mille!

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The place is just amazing. Located just few steps from awesome beach. Big room with really working AC and balcony. The personal was awesome and helpfull.
Served breakfast - we would prefer buffet but we understand that in the hot clima with just a few guests it makes no sense. The bath in out room was not in the best condition but who cares when there is beatiful beach and sea. Double bed is just two beds put together. We usualy solve this by zip ties :)

Ontbijtzaal en terras was heel verouderd, mag eens moderner gemaakt worden. Kamers ook verouderd maar dat had wel zijn charme.

Camera e struttura veramente molto datati con arredamento da rinnovare. Colazione da scegliere da un menu aiuta ad evitare gli sprechi ma a mio parere un po' limitante per la scelta.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026E´ già la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel e dal momento che la prima volta ero molto soddisfatta l'ho scelto ancora quando mi sono trovata nei pressi. Ci andrò anche una terza volta. La dice lunga, credo....
l'unica pecca era che la mattina il camion della spazzatura si è fermato per un bel po' nei pressi del hotel senza spegnere il motore. Visto che c'è una struttura ricettiva bisognerebbe far sapere a queste persone che il motore acceso dà molto fastidio la mattina presto.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Hotel fronte mare, gestione familiare. I proprietari sono persone eccezionali che vi sapranno indicare cosa meglio fare nei dintorni dalle Cinque Terre a Chiavari e Portofino. Hotel non vicino alla stazione, una passeggiata di 10/15min. Parcheggio privato all’interno, ottimo in bassa stagione ma in estate potrebbe essere un problema. Colazione a la carte non abbondante, scelta limitata.
In bassa stagione, i prezzi potrebbero essere inferiori soprattutto a Deiva dove fuori dai ponti e le ferie estive è desolata

La pulizia impeccabile, il bagno mansardato, un locale ingresso utile per borse, scarpe ecc… La gentilezza e cortesia dei proprietari e dello staff, siamo stati molto bene.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Mooie lokatie direct aan zee, een kamer met uitzicht op zee en balkon. Vriendelijk personeel bereid om te helpen met de niet werkende Wifi op de bovenste etages. Ontbijt gaat bijzonder,je besteld vanaf een menukaart en dat gaat eigenlijk prima en voorkomt dat er veel weggegooid moet worden.
De Wifi op de bovenste etages werkte niet, ondanks hulp van het personeel. Uiteindelijk zelf de stekker van de Wifi router eruit gehaald en opnieuw geplaatst en voila, weer werkende Wifi!

Reviewed May 21, 2026Ottima posizione dell'hotel sul mare. La camera con doppia esposizione: balcone con parziale vista mare e finestra con vista monti. Bagno nuovo rifatto di recente e con grande box doccia. A disposizione avevamo accappatoio e ciabatte per doccia. Ristorazione con ottimi prodotti, menù a scelta tra a la carte o per ospiti hotel. La stazione a 5 minuti a piedi per poter visitare le 5 terre comodamente.
Parcheggio interno non molto capiente. Nel box doccia non c'è una mensolina dove poggiare i prodotti per lavarsi. Nella nostra camera non c'erano prese libere per caricare i telefoni; ho dovuto staccare la lampada di un comodino. Il bollitore sopra il minifrigo inutilizzabile perché non c'è una presa shuko.
