Really nice place! Clean, cozy, and pretty quiet. Everything matched the photos, and the location was convenient. It definitely feels worth the money. Would stay here again :)

건물은 낡은데 반해서 내부 시설은 괜찮았음. 레노베이션 한게 느껴짐. 디퓨져 있어서 향이 좋음. 방에 화장실이 딸려있음.

생각보다 방이 좁음. 방음이 안됨. 주변 숙박시설들의 시설이나 가격에 비교해봤을 때 좀 비쌈

가격 생각하면 위치도 좋고 괜찮은 숙소입니다.

极差卫生间是封闭的。臭的人要死，以为煤气中毒，不知为何这样的旅店还能出租简直是恶魔

位置距離車站及機場巴士站都很近，交通便利。附近就是百貨公司和超市，採購也方便。

Fantastic location, next to Station and Rodeo street. Also, Suwon is a great place to start Korea adventure. The room and bathroom were very clean. The place felt safe. Communication was smooth, I received the check-in instructions on Whatsapp.

Spring mattress was not comfortable. My room was facing the street which could be problematic for light sleepers.

역에서 가까운점.

일단 벽이 얇아서 배관소리가 다 들림. 추운날 소형 라디에이터 밖에 없어서 잘때 덜덜 떨며 잠 화장실 냄새가 좀 많이 남. 숙소 방은 좀 많이 작음.

곰팡이 냄새가 너무 나요 반지하에 들어온 느낌. 습하고 꿉꿉한 공기가 불쾌했습니다. 나머지는 다 좋았어요.

It's 3 min from the airport bus stop, both airport routes are available. 10 min from the train station. There is a small kitchen and a washing machine. Free ramen, coffee and detergent. Easy automated check in. Overall it's good for layover before taking a bus to the airport.

Near to Suwon station. However to get out from Exit 7 to walk to Gurum Stay, that escalator is not working. It might be hard for some people carrying big luggage. I’m fine with 20” luggage. The location is inconvenient , near to many eateries and around the corner with Olive Young, Daisy, convenience store etc. Ok for me to walk within 3km to hwaseong fortress area. Staying in 1 person room, the toilet just beside the room and very spacious. Body wash, shampoo, small towels, toothbrush, toothpaste and shower cloth provided. TV with many channels available and small rack available to hang the clothes are just perfect. The bed is comfortable , and despite the room is just located beside the highway, is not noisy at all. Water machine and washing machine available. Thanks for the luggage storage and grateful with password access without having to bring key/ card around.

Is good as a simple stay.

Such a clean and lovely place, even though the gentleman who runs it cannot speak English but is a very respectful and hardworking person. I was on the third floor and accidentally broke into someone else's room without paying attention to the door number. I was embarrassed, but the lady I spoke with handled the situation perfectly. I swear I wasn't drunk, I just mixed floors. 😅Also i was asking everything about city and transport to airport etc the lady i was in contact handle, she was behind and beyond and helped me a lot 🙌thank you very much.

Très bien situé à 100 mètres de la gare où l'on trouve beaucoup de magasins et un food hall. Facile à trouver avec la photo envoyée par message et adresse. Seulement vu un employé Coreen très poli et qui nettoie les chambres. Chambre supérieure très petite. Un lit simple assez confortable bien que pas très large avec un drap de dessous et une couette sans drap . Cela avait l'air propre mais je préfère que la couette soit recouverte d'un drap. Chauffage au sol. Salle de bains assez grande de couleur agréable. Eau chaude. Articles de toilette. Tout est assez propre mais cela fait assez basique. L'endroit était assez calme, ma chambre étant située à l'arrière et non sur l'avenue. La kitchenette commune est minuscule . On tient à peine à deux. Une machine à laver le linge et une à sécher au dessus avec produit de lavage. Des nouilles en boîte, thé et café en sachets à volonté. Micro-onde et un curseur à riz. A mon avis non conseillé pour un couple. Je ne comprends pas les avis très positifs de certains.

Pas d'ascenseur et escalier étroit. Air conditionné juste au dessus de la tête. L'odeur d'égout dans la salle de bains déjà signalée par d'autres et qui s'infiltre dans la chambre. Le porte serviette dans la salle de bains qui était décollé et non réparé. Les serviettes de couleur marron foncé. Je n'ose même pas imaginer à quoi ressemble la chambre standard qui doit être encore plus petite.

The hotel’s location is excellent — it’s right next to Suwon Station, making it very convenient to travel by both bus and subway. In front of the hotel, there’s a bus stop for airport buses, which is super convenient. Next to the hotel, there’s a market with restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores.

The room door code was difficult to use — it often said the code was incorrect. Also, when taking a warm shower, there was a lot of steam and it was hard to breathe because the ventilation fan didn’t work very well, so we had to keep the bathroom door open.

駅から近く、セキュリティもしっかりしてて快適に過ごすことができた。

ヘッドの脚がカバーもなく剥き出しで、何度か足をぶつけて痛かった。 シャワーの温度が思ったほど熱くなく、もう少し熱かったらと思う。

*水原站13號出口往前走1分鐘，同條道路上也是市區公車&機場巴士站，地理位子非常方便 *入住前管理者會通過訂購平台發訊息，通過密碼自助入住 * 小廚房提供飲用水，泡麵，和沖泡茶和咖啡；也有提供洗烘衣機，非常方便 *房間冰箱提供一瓶瓶裝水和罐裝米糜（很好喝 *提前到達能寄放行李 入住體驗非常好，能感覺到管理者的用心維護和貼心，非常推薦獨行者入住！ #另外想感謝一位男性管理人員幫我把行李放入房間，還有出來吃早餐後不小心把自己鎖在門外（雖然記得數字但，忘了順序ʕʘ‿ʘʔ，手機也不在手邊）還好在他的幫助下順利打開了，實在不好意思

The bed was very hard and I didnt see an option for an additional blanket.

Un emplacement très pratique pour prendre un train très tôt et si l on est un peu marcheur on peut presque tout faire à pied . Le staff est très aidant je partais à 5h 30 et le gardien était là exprès pour me descendre ma valise :, un établissement simple avec un confort suffisant pour un court séjour .

I had a great experience at Gurum stay. The location was really convinient, the room spacious and confortable and the staff extremley nice and helpfull. I would definately recommand this place :)

사장님이 친절했습니다~ 거리도 가깝고 시설도 깨끗하고 수건도 2개나 주셔서 편했습니다~ 무엇보다 샤워시설이랑 냉장고가 있어 좋았습니다~

The location is very good, just 100m to Suwon Station Exit 13#. Many restaurants nearby.

There is no kettle and glass in the room. The middle leg of the bed should be wrapped with some soft protectors otherwise it easily hits guest’s toes.
