Asked receptionist Obaid if he could provide cups (plastic or glass) as kettle and cooker were provided in the room but I was told “You are not in 5 star hotel” . Either the kettle and cooker should be removed or 5 Riyal plastic cups should be provided . If not , simply state on website that we can’t provide cups or basics. I am feeling sorry for the owner as he was a gentleman. Perhaps , too soft to run business . Giving 2 stars due to him otherwise giving Zero.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2024Booked this hotel twice for my mom’s stay in Madinah and the staff were absolutely amazing and respectful. The rooms were clean and organized. There was a gentleman who worked the night shift who treated my mom with tremendous care and I want to thank him for his hospitality! Thank you :)
