The cafe was exceptional and great value for money. The pool on the roof was also great :-)

The room I had was on the 1st floor with no view. I had the cheaper room though.

We stayed with our family in this nice hotel at Jomtien beach and close to the Jomtien night market. Getting on the Baht bus into town and back was very convenient. Also close to the Jomtien bus station. Nice swimming pool on the roof with nice bar. Close to bars for a fun evening Women trying to get you in for a couple of drinks. Our sons and daughter had some good fun with all the attention.

We stayed at the ground floor. Our room did not have a very fresh smell. The room of our children was fine.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Der Strand ist schnell erreichbar. Es hat ein 7-Eleven in der Nähe. Das Deluxe Zimmer ist gut.

Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten beim buchen. Das Restaurant hat kein thailändisches Bier im Angebot. Die Preise in der Bar und Restaurant sind zu teuer.

Klasse gelegen , das Hotel ist doch in die Jahre gekommen, Mobiliar , Bad ,ganz besonders die Klimaanlagen extrem Laut, Vögel Brüten auf dem Balkon ,Vogel kot , Zimmer getauscht keine Verbesserung der gesamten Lage , Investieren wäre von nöten liebes Hotel

ควรมีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ทุกห้อง และควรมีห้องน้ำชั้นบนสระน้ำ จะได้ไม่ลงลิฟมาเข้าห้องน้ำที่ห้องพักทำให้ไม่สะดวกและเปียกเซอะแชะ

Nice pool, pleasant room.

I slipped on soapy surface on bathroom floor, left foot struck wall and I broke 3 toes. Last morning of stay. Very painful, but these things happen!

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage. Der Strand ist sehr nah und die Straße ist dennoch sehr ruhig. Liegt perfekt zwischen zwei Nightmarkets. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hilft einem immer. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Its ambience and location. Staff is really very helpful & friendly specially the boy at reception ‘Can’ very nice person. Rooftop pool is to die for. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms can be improved.

The rooftop area is incredibly beautiful and picturesque, the swimming pool is nice and big and the views are top notch. The cafe was one of our favourite parts of our stay because the food was high quality and you can tell the chef takes a lot of care in cooking the meals. The staff were soo lovely and so accommodating, location is perfect and the room was nice and clean - everything you want in a hotel!

Great location, 400 metres from the beach. Quiet Street compared to all the others. Amazing, welcoming, Staff. Great Pool.

Rock Hard Bed. No table and chair and bedside tables.

All good! Room was large and spacious. Staff always very polite and responsive. Close to the beach, restaurants, 711's, Night Market. Enjoyed the BBQ from nearby street vendors. Enjoyed walks along beach. Felt safe. Roof top swimming pool was very good as well. Staff made sure the room was cleaned everyday.

Room, while large, needed some paintings/pictures on the walls to spruce up the ambience.

Location was good, value for money is excellent, laundry service, friendly staff, swimming pool on the roof is adding very cosy atmosphere, two bottles of drinking water everyday and a safe to leave valuables was practical.

Mosquitos - quite many because of the ground floor, we were two in the apartment, but only one chair in the room, limited furniture also, ideally there are bedside tables and lamps, but unfortunately none of that was in the room, that I found inconvenient.

Ravintolat vähän huonosti auki ja hinnat aika korkeat. Plus lisäävät noin 17% kaiken maailman maksuja hintoihin. Huoneessa ei ollut kasvo tai käsipyyhkeitä erikseen. Lisäksi käytävältä kuuluu melu huoneisiin ja venäläiset siellä metelöi läpi yön. Tämä tuskin henkilökuntaa kiinnostaa, että muut vieraat häiriintyy.

Leider muss ich es sagen, das es immer das gleiche ist wenn Russen mit im Hotel sind, Sie meinen es gehört alles ihnen Sie brauchen sich nicht Vorschriften halten und soweiter

Did not like the neighbours and facilities, however, liked how the staff handled it. Typical 3 stars hotel, rooftop good for pictures.

Недостаточно вешалок в гардеробе и всего один стул на весь номер, хотя площадь позволяет поставить 2 стульчика и столик, на балконе нет сушилки. Очень жёсткие кровати, цены в ресторане на крыше высоковаты

Wouldnt stay here again

The area is very quiet and nice, close to the bus into Pattaya. and also close to the beach road. Good location if you want a quiet stay.

What definitely has the potential to be much better are the rooms. I have stayed here several times and each time I have asked them to fix some outdoor furniture on the balcony, and also a bedside table with a reading lamp. As it is now you have to get out of bed to turn off the lights in the room when you want to sleep. But that has not changed in the three years I have been there.

Schönes Hotel in guter Strandlage. Toller Rooftoppool mit Aussicht zum Strand. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Leider war die Musik in den öffentlichen Bereichen sehr nervig. Bis 15. Jänner immer die gleiche Weihnachts-CD. Viel besser würde eine Chillout-Musik passen.

Dat de kamers zelfs de duurdere dingen misten . Op de badkamer geen stopcontact en weinig ruimte ..plankje of zo om je toilet spulletjes kwijt te kunnen .. geen nachtkastje of tafeltje langs je bed en weinig ruimte voor kleding en spulletjes neer te zetten.

Stayed at the tribe a few times and it's the only place I'll stay in Jomtien.

Det var meget spar sommeligt med interiør. Meget hård madras. Manglet stole og et lille bord på terrassen.

Katolla oleva uima-allas alue erittäin viihtyisä. Siisti ja kotoisa aula.

Huone pelkistetty. Kivikova sänky, ei parveke kalusteita, suihku suihkutti minne sattuu. Allas ravintolan hinnat järkyttävän kalliit!

Wifi didnt work most of the time. Could do with a bit of a paint in certain areas of room. No bedside table. Bed was very firm but actually slept quite well on it. We had deluxe room and booked standard for our sons on ground floor, they complained that you can hear the air conditioning units outside all night.

Beds are on the hard side, could do with having bedside tables, restaurant & roof bar are a bit expensive.

Good location, nice little cafe and rooftop restaurant in the property. The accommodation was reasonable priced

The staff was very inflexible about how to pay the deposit for the room key. They refused to let me pay by card or even scan pay which is highly unusual. They asked to hold my passport which is illegal and can get you fined if Thai police stop you without it. Eventually they settled for my Thai partner’s ID card. For context I couldn’t access cash because I lost my debit card. I also had zero WiFi in the room available. If it even popped up as available it would disappear as soon as I connect. I could only access WiFi I. The cafe downstairs or in the restaurant upstairs. When I mentioned it at the front desk they just said a lot of people were using its which was a pretty poor excuse and no effort was made to correct it.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est charmant et prêt à rendre service. La piscine en rooftoop est magnifique ainsi que le bar à proximité.

La literie la plus dure que je n'ai jamais vu et pourtant nous n'achetons que des literies très fermes. Mais là, même avec un changement de chambre demandé, vous avez vraiment l'impression de dormir parterre.

Hotelli sijaitsee hiljaisella kadulla kuitenkin hyvien yhteyksien päässä. Lähellä palvelut (ravintoloita, kauppoja jne.). Allasalue mukava lisä, ei tarvitse lähteä rannalle asti (joka kivenheiton päässä). Siistit ja tilavat huoneet, mukava ja avulias henkilökunta.

Kaipasimme pieniä yöpöytiä sekä valaitusta sängyn viereen esim.lukemiseen. Nyt valaistus toimi niin, että kaikki päällä tai ei mitään. Sängyt olivat melko kovat, mutta pystyi kyllä nukkumaan.

Отель прекрасный, локация отличная. Чисто в номере и отеле. Кровать удобная,хоть и жосткая. Полотенца, мыло, шампунь, фен... все присутствует

Всего 1 стул в номере. Нет столика и стульев на балконе. Это крайне не удобно.

The hotel is quite new and everything is of good quality. The pool and pool area are an added bonus and top quality although the pool is quite small Food and drinks are also very good. Overall great value and spotlessly clean

Good location. Rooftop pool looks cool. Room is big. Price is cheap for this room. Tops convenience store is near.

The staff in the reception are not friendly at all. Communication in the app was bad. I made a mistake booking it at a wrong date. I booked more than a month early. It is not refundable I understand that. I contacted them if I could change the date of my booking. I waited for 2 weeks for them to respond. But no response. Not even a “change date disapproved” . I just needed a YES or NO so I can make another booking. Eventually I gave up and just made another booking. I contacted again to ask a question about my new booking and they replied back immediately (shocks).
