Tesis konum olarak metro ve otobüs duraklarına yakındı. Kahvaltısı bence gayet yeterli ve çeşitliydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Odalar biraz küçük ama sadece yatmak için kullandığımız için bize bir sıkıntı yaratmadı.

The staff were lovely, especially a lady whom I believe was called Marina. The check-in process was smooth, and it was great that luggage could be stored free of charge after check-out. The breakfast was good, although I felt it started quite late. Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m., which, in my opinion, is rather late, especially in a tourist destination such as Lisbon, where many visitors may want to start their day early. Although the room was small, it did not bother me very much, as I was travelling alone. The bed was very comfortable, although I found the pillows less so. As Lisbon is a very noisy city, I was particularly pleased to have been given a room away from the main road. The shower was excellent, and the air conditioning worked brilliantly. Even in mid-September, temperatures in Lisbon reached around 30°C, so this was greatly appreciated. The location was good, being only a 10-15 minute walk from the main shopping district.

My biggest gripe was the noise within the hotel. The walls between the rooms were extremely thin, and you could clearly hear other guests talking, particularly when they were speaking loudly on the phone. I could also hear TVs from neighbouring rooms. The hotel also felt quite crowded, with a large number of rooms along the same corridor, which meant there was often a lot of noise and activity. One early morning, someone knocked on the door of the room next to mine, and I genuinely thought they were knocking on my door. It woke me with a start, and I struggled to get back to sleep afterwards. For £88 per night, I had expected a quieter environment. That said, perhaps my expectations were unrealistic for a hotel at this price point, and I may need to spend closer to £100-£150 per night to find the level of peace and quiet I am looking for.

Great breakfast and helpfull staff. The location was also good if you don’t mind a 20-30 min walk.

The room was looking out on a patio on the ground floor where guests could smoke so very little privacy.

I stayed just one night but I was glad I could relax and cool off on a hot day. I had some great walks to the museum and later on to the restaurant in the neighborhood.

I knew the location of the hotel was a bit out, and so long as you dont mind a 15/20 min walk to centre its very good. There is restaurants around a 5-10 min walk away. Room was clean, nice balcony.

Very small bathroom and it felt a little clinical and very quiet. Only one staff member on reception and one in restaurant for breakfast .

Frühstücksbuffet könnte besser sein, das Wasser aus der Karaffe war aus der Leitung mit dem typischen Chlor-Geschmack. Nur Espresso aus gemahlen Bohnen, sonstiger Kaffee Instant. Zimmer recht klein, Dusche sehr klein. Klimaanlage konnte nur auf 22 Grad gestellt werden und war dann zu kalt, ohne Klimaanlage war es zu warm.

La habitación amplia, camas cómodas. La ubicación a unos 2km del centro pero cerca del metro. Y los bolt son super baratos, mejor que el trasporte público. Unos 5 euros en llevarte al centro. A 5 minutos andando un parking para dejar el coche. Las instalaciones del hotel están bastante bien.

El desayuno muy justito, lo básico.

A garrafa de vidro disponibilizada no quarto e o filtro de água gelada presente na recepção do hotel tornou a nossa estadia muito mais confortável e isso foi um bônus desse hotel. O café da manhã é completo e gostoso. A equipe do hotel era muito solicita e acolhedora.

Tivemos a oportunidade de nos hospedarmos em dois quartos diferentes deste mesmo hotel. O quarto em questão é menor, os travesseiros eram mais desconfortáveis e o box muito pequeno. Gostamos mais do outro quarto, nos andares inferiores, que foi o da nossa primeira estadia.

Reception staff were wonderful, always very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We asked for a quieter room, facing away from the street, and the staff did their best to accommodate despite it being high season for holiday travel. The location was also great!

A equipe nos recepcionou muito bem. O frigobar gelava com qualidade e o hotel disponibilizava uma garrafa de vidro e um filtro com água gelada na recepção, o que nos surpreendeu e tornou a nossa viagem mais confortável. O pedido de travesseiros extra foi atendido e isso foi maravilhoso.

A acústica do hotel não é muito boa, pois em uma ocasião ouvimos som altíssimo vindo de um dos quartos de madrugada. O horário do check-in é tarde e chegamos cansados do voo. Tivemos que aguardar o preparo do quarto. Porém, felizmente, a recepção do hotel é confortável, o que amenizou o nosso desconforto.

De door mij betaalde kamer was niet beschikbaar. Allerlei smoesjes (de foto's op booking zijn allemaal hetzelfde voor elke kamer, dat balkon staat bij iedere kamer maar klopt niet, etc etc.) De verkeerde kamer gekregen, kleiner en zonder betaalde balkon. De volgende dag zou mijn oorspronkelijke kamer met balkon beschikbaar zijn. Dat was niet het geval. Er was dus glashard tegen me gelogen door receptioniste. Ik heb meteen gecanceld en ander, duurder, hotel moeten nemen. Halve dag kwijt aan zoeken, boeken en over verhuizen. Wacht nog op terugbetaling. Update: terugbetaling is gebeurd, met excues

O quarto era bastante espaçoso e confortável, a localização era perfeita e o atendimento foi ok.

O nosso quarto era suposto ter varanda/terraço e não tinha, o pequeno almoço deixou a desejar, mas de resto estava tudo excelente.

Hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix, très bon petit déjeuner, la chambre était propre. lits confortables, la chambre était petite mais largement suffisante pour deux. salle de bain convenables l’hôtel nous a permis de garder nos valises une fois notre départ.

Cependant, nous avons eu un problème durant toute une soirée, la climatisation de la chambre ne marchait pas notre chambre s’est rapidement trouvé proche des 30°c il n’y avait pas d’autres chambres disponibles. heureusement le problème a été réglé au bout de trois heures mais quelqu’un a dû être présent dans notre chambre pendant 1h30 pour régler le problème soirée malheureusement gâchée. Aucune compensation nous a été proposé pour ce problème.

A pleasant and peaceful hotel, with disappointing breakfasts The hotel itself is very pleasant. The location is excellent, everything is clean and quiet, and the reception staff are truly top-notch — professional, helpful and welcoming. It is a great place to relax and recharge after a long day of sightseeing.

Unfortunately, the breakfasts are the main area that needs improvement. They are not varied and, in my opinion, simply not very tasty. There is only one type of cheese, one type of ham, the same scrambled eggs and the same bacon every day. The asparagus was so tough and stringy that it was almost impossible to bite through. Some of the fruit looked as though it should have gone straight into the bin rather than being served to guests. The breakfast menu was also misleading. For example, it listed beans, but there were none — while there were mushrooms instead, which seemed to have been reheated for the third time. I have had much better breakfast experiences in three-star hotels, so I honestly did not expect this, especially in a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, this was a negative surprise. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel itself and would happily recommend it as a quiet and comfortable place to stay, but the breakfast definitely needs significant improvement.

Me gustó todo! La ubicación es estupenda, en un barrio muy lindo, con muchos restaurantes al rededor. El desayuno estaba muy bien también. El día de nuestro check out tuvimos que partir de madrugada, y muy atentamente nos prepararon algo para llevarnos. El personal es excepcional, todos muy agradables y dispuestos a ayudar. Volvería sin dudarlo!

Solo por mencionar algo diría que uno de los colchones era muy blando (nuestra habitación constaba de dos camas), y la ducha estaba un poco tapada. Sacando eso, espectacular.

Das außergewöhnlich umfangreiche Buffet. Das Beste war für mich persönlich das wirkliche feste Rührei. Ich bilde mir ein, dass dann die Gefahr durch übliche Keime stark reduziert ist. Die Sauberkeit. Ich konnte im nahe beiliegenden Selfservice Waschcenter kostengünstig und schnell meine Wäsche waschen und trocknen.

In meinem Zimmer war die Zuleitung zum Duschkopf defekt und der Duschkopf funktionierte auch nicht richtig. Dieser Umstand muss schon längere Zeit bestehen. Organisatorische Regelungen sollten zu rechtzeitigen Behebungen führen ohne Kundenintervention.

Hotellet har store og fine fellesarealer hvor man kan sitte og slappe av. Frokosten var helt grei, med et vanlig utvalg, men ikke noe spesielt. Rommet ble rengjort hver dag, og det var praktisk med kjøleskap på rommet. Beliggenheten er veldig bra, med kort vei til matbutikker, restauranter og andre tilbud, og det var enkelt å finne frem. Personalet var også hyggelige og imøtekommende.

Dusjhodet/dusjfestet satt ikke ordentlig fast og falt ned, og temperaturen på vannet var vanskelig å regulere – det ble enten for varmt eller for kaldt. Aircondition slo seg også av to ganger midt på natten, slik at rommet ble veldig varmt og søvnen ble forstyrret. Dette ble heldigvis ordnet dagen etter. Vi oppdaget først i etterkant at vi sannsynligvis hadde fått feil rom. I bestillingen sto det at dobbeltrommet skulle ha terrasse, men rommet vi fikk hadde ingen terrasse. Vi oppdaget dette dessverre så sent at vi ikke tok det opp under oppholdet. Det var også lite praktisk oppbevaringsplass på rommet. Det manglet kroker eller hyller hvor man kunne henge fra seg klær og andre ting, bortsett fra noen muligheter på badet.

Breakfast was fine; beds were comfortable, room was pleasant; some staff were engaging and friendly.

1st world problems! Toilet seat was loose; shower base was slippery; shower rose and handle was terrible so you could not shower without holding it over you. There was only one coffee cup. The safe didn't work. Some staff had low knowledge of basic info eg transport. Booking.com rated this hotel as 3.5 star and outside it had two stars.

This is the third time I have stayed here. Good location, comfy beds and pleasant staff.

Frühstück war ausreichend ,es fehlt noch die Unverpackung von Marmelade ,Butter usw.

Wir waren zu viert und hatten ein Doppel- und Zweibettzimmer Das Zweibettzimmer war toll.

Im Bad des Doppelzimmers war eine barrierefreie Dusche. Leider war diese ohne Vorhang, so dass das komplette Bad nach dem Duschen nass war.

Great choice of hot and cold food. Fantastic selection of cakes and pastries. Reception staff always cheerful and ready to help in any way. Room was clean. The fridge was a bonus and there was a cold water machine for you to use.

No showers available for people who have a later flight although, the young girl on reception was very helpful in pointing out the facilities they did have.

We stayed here for just one night for a concert and overall had a good experience. The room was spacious enough for two people, with two comfortable and quite wide single beds. Having plugs and charging points right next to the beds was also very convenient. There was complimentary water in the room with glasses, which was a nice touch, and overall we had everything we needed for a short stay. The staff were definitely a highlight: the girls were super kind, friendly and helpful. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel, explore the city and come back to collect it later without any problems.

The breakfast was probably the only disappointing part. There wasn’t much variety and, compared to the rest of the experience, the quality and selection felt a bit basic. I think this is definitely the main thing that could be improved.

Le personnel est très accueuillant et discret. On se sent à la maison tout de suite. La propreté de l’établissement est impeccable. Rapport qualité-prix très élevé.

La chambre était un peu petite, mais très bien agencée. Pour un séjour de 5 nuits, cela ne m’a pas dérangé outre mesure.

The location & the breakfast was decent

Checked in at 1 AM, all I expect from a property like this is a clean bed. The duvet had yellow stains and the bedsheet had brown stains, given the hour, we just made do with putting towels on it. The bathroom was clean. Informed the reception the next day on departure and got a nod for feedback but no acknowledgement or even surprise.
