Localização otima, perto do centro e perto de mercados e restaurantes. Lugar seguro e o quarto era perfeito e limpo. Adorei me hospedar aqui.

Понатаму апартманот беше многу чист во него имаше се за некој нормален престој пешкири, хартија, кујнски садови итн, итн. Близу беше до автобуската станица за автобусот број 20 кој ве носи на железничата станица. До центарот беше многу близу некои 15 мин пешки до центарот до стариот град. За плажата се потребни некои 25 мин пешки ама во близина на другата страна од населебта имате автобус број 8 кој ве носи и до подалечните плажи. Секоја препорака од мене за одличен престој каде можете мирно да спиете а да бидете близу до центарот.

Buena ubicación, en cuanto a la instalación, todo cómodo, accesible y muy bien repartido el apartamento, perfecto para quedarse unos días, tanto solo como acompañado, ya que hay espacio suficiente. Buenas comunicación con el centro como con otros servicios a unos minutos a pie.

El único defecto para mi gusto es que las almohadas eran demasiado bajas.

This accommodation was extraordinary. From the luggage storage available for guests, to a room equipped with everything you could possibly need. The room was spacious, with an excellent bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. It has everything you might need—perfect for a wonderful vacation. The bathroom was very spacious and elegantly arranged. The location is fantastic—quiet, safe, and within walking distance to shops and local spots. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The AC worked perfectly and the apartment was very quiet at night, ensuring a great rest. We really appreciated the small thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine and basic kitchen essentials.High-speed Wi-Fi and sparkling clean throughout. We would definitely book again!

El apartamento era muy confortable. La cama era enorme y la tv se podía girar para verla tumbado desde ella. En general todo estaba muy limpio y bien decorado. Llegamos algo antes de lo previsto y el anfitrión hizo el esfuerzo de modificar el calendario de limpieza de los apartamentos para que el nuestro estuviera listo lo antes posible. ¡Gracias Mario!

Justo en frente estaban en obras y hacían algo de ruido. Pero es algo puntual que no empaña en absoluto la experiencia.

Apartamento perfecto para pasar unos días por Málaga, equipado con todo lo necesarios (cocina, lavadoras, taquillas, etc) y todo muy limpio, la ubicación está muy bien, una zona muy tranquila y cerca del centro. Para el acceso, Mario lo explica perfectamente y cualquier duda te la responde al momento.

Self check in naprosto bezproblémový, vše i s videem bylo popsáno velmi dobře. Neměli jsme nejmenší problém.

Okolí a budovy kolem jsou místy špinavé, rozbourané a občas děsivé.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, se encuentra en una zona bastante tranquila pero a tan solo unos 10 minutos del centro, las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y además en el edificio hay unas taquillas para guardar las maletas sin ningún tipo de coste adicional. Hablando con Mario pudimos entrar antes al apartamento ya que llegábamos pronto por la mañana, fue un gran detalle.

La obra que hay enfrente....íbamos a descansar y a las 8:00 ya estaban trabajando, eso ha dificultado nuestro descanso y uno de los objetivos para los que ibamos

Przytulny i dobrze wyposażony apartament, idealny dla dwóch osób. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do starego miasta czy supermarketów. Sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz 😊 Na duży plus również zasługuje przechowywanie bagażu. Serdecznie polecamy!

Troszkę nie wygodny materac, ale do przeżycia 😉

La ubicación y la limpieza del apartamento

Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto, dalla pulizia alle comodità che abbiamo trovato, tipo: il ferro e asse da stiro, la possibilità di usare la lavatrice posta sul terrazzo e la possibilità di stendere, la cucina corredata di tutte le stoviglie, forno a microonde, bollitore, le varie bustine di te, caffè, zucchero, camomilla. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, direi che avremmo preferito un armadio un pochino più grande, ma con lo spazio che c’è non era possibile. Poi la distanza dal centro storico, direi fattibile da percorrere anche a piedi.

Studio fonctionnel, tres moderne, propre et bien équipé. La possibilité de laisser ses bagages dans des casiers dans le hall a été un plus car nous étions sur le départ et nous avons pu profiter de notre dernière journée. Bien situé à 10 mn à pied du centre historique.

Quartier avec beaucoup de chantiers en cours , dont 2 à côté de l’établissement. Bruit du marteau piqueur à 8h00. Le quartier est en cours de changement ce qui donne un aspect un peu chaotique: maisons détruites, chantiers, immeubles populaires ou standing. Mais pas de problème de sécurité.

Good smart room, well-equipped and more spacious than we anticipated. The lift up to the room was great. Usually we have to climb stairs. The area had plenty of bars and restaurants.

The room was a bit on the small side, considering the kitchen, and bathroom were also fitted in approximately 3.5x5m. Also on the day we were leaving we had no electricity and were on the 3rd floor.

We had a wonderful stay and are so glad we chose this apartment. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate. The location is absolutely perfect, with all of Malaga’s main attractions within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. We also felt completely safe walking back in the evening, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaga!

Piccolo appartamento ben organizzato e pulito. Ottima la possibilità di gestire l"arrivo e la partenza lasciando il bagaglio su armadiature nell"androne del palazzo. Zona tranquilla a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Avevamo un auto. Salvo scelte a pagamento non è facilissimo trovare parcheggio

Forse aggiungerei uno stendino per gli asciugamani visto che non c'è il balcone

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders positiv war, dass wir bereits etwa 1 Stunde früher einchecken durften. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar, da es unsere Ankunft deutlich entspannter gemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts wohlgefühlt und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Wir können diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen und würden bei einem erneuten Besuch in Málaga wieder hier übernachten.

Od převzetí klíčů až po odevzdání - vše super. Vyhovoval nám i způsob self-check-in. Apartmány v pěší vzdálenosti od hlavního historického centra i autobusového nádraží. Vybavení super, na přenocování pár nocí dostatečné.

Very clean, everything you need is there. Building is new and everything in the apartment is pretty new. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything was excellent. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was very easy because all the instructions were clear and detailed before our arrival, so we had no problems at all. The host was always quick to respond to our messages. We highly recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again.

The location was a little bit too far out of the centre for us and there were no bars / shops close by. We are pretty fast walkers but it still took 20 minutes to walk to the train station early morning before any build up of traffic / sightseers

Tutto perfetto! Ottima posizione, appartamento pulito, bagno perfetto, check in molto semplice, istruzioni da parte dell host chiare e precise. Ascensore, aria condizionata, utilizzo della lavatrice sul terrazzo condominiale con detersivo ed ammorbidente gratis. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nei box al piano terra tutto il tempo che ti serve.

We had a great stay in this apartment, which has everything you need and more. What we appreciated the most was the washing machine, which was very convenient for us as we were on a longer tour. The terrace also has great views of the city, especially at night. The location is convenient, a few minutes walk from the old town. The host was welcoming and responsive. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay in Malaga!

The apartment is very clean, and has everything you need,even washing machines on the roof, we came early but our room was ready on time.Historic centre is 10-15 mins walk and there are bus stops around the apartment.We liked our stay, we recommend.

Apartamento muy nuevo y limpio. Equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar y más (incluso lavadoras, plancha y tabla de planchar). La ubicacion es céntrica, a 10 min caminando del centro, menos de 30 de la playa. La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido fluida y la posibilidad de dejar el equipaje el día de la salida es muy práctica (se necesita una moneda de 1€ pero se devuelve al retirarlo)

Está en un barrio más humilde, que me pareció totalmente seguro y tranquilo pero es verdad que no tiene la mejor fama, había suciedad y basura en la calle, y además durante mi estancia estaba rodeado de obras. A mi personalmente no me incomodó pero cabe mencionarlo.

O apartamento é amplo, super limpo, bem localizado,tem todos os utensílios domésticos que você precisa para preparar algo rápido, incluindo cafeteira. A lavanderia de cortesia está localizada num terraço maravilhoso, o anfitrião foi muito gentil e e nos emprestou um guarda sol. Realmente recomendo e indico esse espaço em Málaga.

Az apartman modern, kényelmes, jól felszerelt, tiszta, minden hibátlanul működik benne.

A környék nagyon hangos, minden utcai zaj behallatszott, ráadásul több épitkezés zajlik a környéken pl. a szemközti házban, kora reggeltől késő délutánig markoló, teherautó, daruskocsi stb. Gyalog kb 15-20 perc a városközpont, vagy a vasútállomás.

Było bardzo czysto, kabina prysznicowa było wyczyszczona perfekcyjnie , właściciel o wiele szybciej zapewnił wszystkie informacje . Naprawdę polecam

Nie ma do czego się przyczepić, jedynie łóżko postawione w miejscu gdzie było mało miejsca do przejścia , ale to jest mały minus

This apartment was perfect for exploring malaga. Quiet neighbourhood not far away from the local amenities at all. It was spotless clean and had everything i needed for a break away🙂The host was superb answered all questions quickly and gave me the best information before i went 🙂

My only critic and i am being fussy is when u arrive so late at night maybe a bottle of water in the fridge would be a nice touch

Clean apartment with all appliances. Close to old town about 10 minutes. From main railway station abou 20 min.

Double bed was very small (140cm) and very uncomfortable. Apartment is located in construction zone, three buildings aroud it are build, so there is noise before 8am. Apartment H was small.

Piccolo appartamento al piano 2 tutto pulito non mancava assolutamente nulla. Noi abbiamo fatto colazione in casa ogni mattina c’è un bollitore un micro onde un piano a induzione. Abbiamo trovato sul tavolo tisane, zucchero in bustine e il caffè normale e decaffeinato in bustine non l’ho mai trovato in nessun appartamento ovviamente non si può paragonare alla nostra moka ma per fare colazione e stato il 🔝!!!! Bagno pulito e profumato grande doccia calda un terrazzino tv un piccolo armadio insomma 🔝. Per raggiungere il centro storico di Malaga 20 25 minuti di camminata e per raggiungere la spiaggia la Malagueta 30 35 minuti. Ottima posizione lontano dal caos del centro. A 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione treni che arriva dall aeroporto. Grazie mille siamo stati davvero bene dimenticavo ottimo rapporto con il proprio e check in e check out ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente se non avete problemi a camminare e lo terrò presente per un’altra occasione a Malaga.

We spendeerden 1 nacht in deze accommodatie. De locatie is perfect om de binnenstad te bezoeken. Communicatie met de verhuurder ging heel vlot via WhatsApp. Duidelijke beschrijvingen hoe je binnenkan. Heel nette kamer.

Raport calitate-preț conform așteptărilor, facilități ok, curat și confortabil, utilități bune ( aș recomanda achiziția unui prăjitor de pâine ieftin ), baia curată și fără mirosuri și umezeală, distanța până-n centrul vechi rezonabilă!

În principiu nimic de reproșat gazdelor, totul bine făcut: comunicare, acces, calitate oferită. Dar ca să fiu obiectiv în totalitate, pentru altcineva care s-ar trezi mai târziu puțin disconfort (dar fără să deranjeze excesiv) datorat șantierului din apropiere.

Non ho apprezzato la posizione non centrale, avrei dovuto valutare che la distanza a piedi di 15 minuti sono scomodi da fare più di una volta al giorno con il caldo. Nella zona sono in corso lavori e iniziano forti rumori la mattina presto fino a sera. Letto e cuscini scomodi

The room was very clean, big applause to the cleaning staff! It had everything you might need, and a bit beyond - e.g. napkins and plenty of coffee sticks, tea and sugar. Not like in some hotels if you stay there two nights there will be two coffee sticks and two packets of tea:(. There was even salt and pepper - very handy even if you don’t cook but want to make a salad. There is a washer/dryer to be used for free on the open terrace, and there is also free washing liquid. I didn’t use it as I stayed for only two nights, but it may be appreciated by guests who stay there longer. These services can be used between 8 am and 8 pm, so keep it in mind

It was a bit noisy due to construction works next door, so make sure you have ear plugs. I did, so it wasn’t a problem for me
