夜にはレセプションデスクから人がいなくなるため、深夜に到着した他の滞在客が部屋のロック解除に苦戦しており解決まで時間がかかった。電話すると深夜帯でも対応してもらえた。

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles was man braucht. Sehr schöner Aufenthaltsraum.
Die Zimmer sind für 8 Personen sehr klein und es gibt keine Möglichkeit die persönlichen Gegenstände gut aufzubewahren. Auch die Abflüsse des Badezimmers haben teilweise sehr streng gerochen.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026It is a good place to stay for a night or two. Location is great - very close to the central station. Staff is kind and helpful, check-in is very easy.
4-bunk bed rooms are very small. I was asked to leave my travel backpack in a luggage room, cause there was simply no room in the room I was staying at. It is great that they have a place to put the luggage but the reception area closes at 22, so if you forget something in your bag, you sort of stranded. Rooms get really stuffy, cause there is no ventilation.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Cititerminalen, the central train station, is at 5-10 minute walking distance, very convenient when you arrive from the airport by train or bus, as both terminate there. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful and provided all the necessary information. There is a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing breakfast or heating meals, and two refrigerators for storing food. They also offer complimentary coffee and tea at all times, which is a nice touch. I really appreciate about the hotel that everything is clean and tidy. The bathrooms are new, and the shower pressure is excellent. There is also a hair-dryer in each bathroom and complimentary shower gel. Rooms are small, as indicated in the description, but the bed is very comfortable, and there are a lockers for a medium-sized backpack. The locker requires a padlock, which is not provided, so bring your own.
Here's a suggestion, not a complaint: due to the small room sizes it would be a huge improvement if there was a designated space -table, bench, laundry room- to deal with the packing and unpacking, as it is difficult to do so in the room.

В целом, было комфортно, кровать удобная, также был душ, с утра около ресепшена можно было выпить кофе или чай и служба поддержки была в сети в WhatsApp. Даже тапочки были резиновые, но я заметила их поздно.
Наверно, все было ок, не могу вспомнить минусов

Sold me a bed in a room listed on Booking.com as 12 m² with air conditioning. I was put in Room 11. I measured it myself. Free floor space: 3.19 m². With the two bunk beds, That is 0.8 m² of floor per person for four adults. No window. No air conditioning - they handed out a portable fan after guests complained about the air. The door hits the bunk bed and cannot open fully. When I raised it, management told me in writing that the room “matches the listing.” It does not. Their own listing still says 12 m² and air conditioning today. This is not bad luck. Room 11 is named in 1.0 reviews on Booking.com in September 2025, June 2026 and July 2026 - all describing exactly the same thing: room far smaller than advertised, no window, air conditioning advertised but not there, door blocked by the bed. Nearly a year of identical complaints and the listing was never corrected. I left a day early because the room was unusable. The property then cancelled my booking and informed me that early departure counts as a “voluntary cancellation” and the room may be released after 24 hours. So they keep the money and resell the bed. Avoid!

Claustrophobic rooms with not enough space to fit a large bag. The hostel is very plain and doesn't have that cozy vibe to it, and I probably wouldn't spend several days here.

Notre chambre privée pour deux était vraiment minuscule, c'est juste un endroit pour poser sa valise et dormir. Lorsque les autres voyageurs ne respectent pas les lieux communs ni le calme, ça peut vite devenir l'enfer vu l'absence d'insonorisation. Un groupe de jeunes anglaises avaient décidé d'investir le couloir comme une extension de leur chambre: discussions à voix forte, le couloir devenant un dressing, salon de coiffure, de maquillage. Elles s'interpellaient entre leur chambre ouverte et la salle de bain également ouverte, l'horreur! L'équipe a vite réagi a mon mail avec hélas! peu d'effet car elles ont recommencé le lendemain. C'est dommage car jusque là tous les voyageurs respectaient le besoin de calme de chacun.

They didn’t have any outside area for smokers so I had to sit in the rain. They have a no shoe policy so when you enter the hostel you have to remove your shoes. The entrance smelled a lot from the shoes and it was right next to the kitchen. Also the room was very small and the big bathroom smelled like there was something wrong with the pipes.

Kadangi turėjome privatų wc - tai buvo didelis pliusas. Tačiau, aplinka atrodė, kaip hostelio tipo. Mažas kambariukas su rakinama metaline spintele daigtams. Bendras dušas. Kažkas rūkė duše ir visa smarvė keliavo per ventiliaciją į kambarį. Labai stipriai šaldė ir pūtė vėją per rekuperaciją, negalima sukontroliuoti. Bet buvo radiatorius. Taip pat yra vidinė taisyklė, batus laikyti bendroje patalpoje. Duodamos šlepetės - neaišku kad iki tol jas ten nešiojo.

Our stay at this hostel was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating for our group of four. Before checking in, we were originally assigned Room 4, but were later messaged that we had been moved to Room 11. The issue is that Room 11 looks absolutely nothing like the pictures shown on the website. We made our decision to book this place based entirely on the photos provided online, which turned out to be completely misleading. To make matters worse, there was no staff available at reception to assist us or to hear our complaints. We were completely left on our own. The fan in the room was broken and didn't work at all. The beds were capsule-style, but they felt so cramped and suffocating that they literally reminded us of a morgue where bodies are kept. One member of our group is handicapped, and because of the tight, capsule-like setup, we had an incredibly difficult time figuring out how to safely get them into bed to rest. We had absolutely no room to move or adjust. If a hostel has such highly uncomfortable and substandard rooms, they must clearly specify the exact room type and provide accurate photos during the booking process so customers know what they are paying for. I have stayed in many hostels before, but this was hands down the worst place I have ever seen. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Muy cerca de la estación central y de muy fácil acceso. La habitación estaba limpia y el personal super amable. De hecho hasta nos ayudaron con indicaciones sobre cómo llegar a ciertos sitios. La cocina comunitaria también está muy bien, con café y té gratis.
La habitación era muy pequeña y sin ventanas, por lo que era difícil ventilar. Pero para solo pasar la noche y descansar era más que suficiente.

The hostel has a calm, home-like atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. I also really appreciated the reception area, where guests can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea, relax before check-in or after check-out, charge their devices, and leave their luggage. The bathrooms and beds were clean and comfortable, and overall the hostel offered great value for money.
The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, making it difficult for two people to move around comfortably. My room also had no window, only a small ventilation fan, so it occasionally felt stuffy. Having to make the bed yourself upon arrival was a minor inconvenience.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026I had a fantastic experience here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting! The entire stay exceeded my expectations. Location: Perfectly situated right next to the city center. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The Tube Beds: The capsule/tube beds were exactly as expected. They offered great privacy, comfort, and a wonderful night's sleep. Facilities: Both the toilets and the showers were super clean, well-maintained, and fully functional. Staff: The personal welcome was lovely! The team is incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful from the moment you arrive. Bonus: They offer great coffee for free, which was a wonderful way to start the day! Everything was super, and I would definitely stay here again!

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Das Hostel war nur paar Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt jnd Checkin mit Vode hat auch nschts gut funtioniert.! Gepäck konnte nach Check-out deponiert werden.
Leider kann ich nicht mehr Positives sagen. War schon in vielen Hostels auch Schlafkapseln, aber so stickig war es noch nie. Kein Fenster oder Lüftung im Raum! Geht garnicht.
