Posizione perfetta nel cuore di Stoccolma

Impianto elettrico vecchio e poco sicuro, pulizia non ottimale. Mancava un asciugacapelli e il proprietario non ha risposto alla nostra richiesta (inoltrata tramite Booking). Doccia molto problematica perché non è possibile appendere il sifone. Ho trovato posate sporche nel cassetto della cucina. Fornelli vecchi e cucina praticamente al buio. Asciugamani puliti ma vecchi e consumati.

L'appartamento necessita di manutenzione, il pavimento del bagno è in cattive condizioni. L'alloggio non vale il prezzo pagato, anche se in linea con altri nella stessa posizione

I loved the location and big isolated bedroom with very comfortable bed. The small kitchen was fine. The price was okay.

The bathroom was a bit of disaster. The tiles were falling off, it was very cramped, and the vent was covered in dust and mold - this was filthy.

Läget och lägenhetens känsla är ju helt fantastiskt. Kåkbrinken är en otroligt mysig liten gata och kändes riktigt mysigt att få smita in i boendet där varje kväll. Känns som man bor på en lite he lig plats.

Badrummet hade mått bra av en liten fix. Ett par kakelplattor i golvet var spruckna och lösa vilket gjorde att ytan kändes lite vanskött. Inget som påverkade funktion men borde ses över pga våtutrymme. Kunde sakna en kaffekokare eller åtminstone en filterhållare så man kunde ordna lite ordentligt kaffe på morgonen. Istället var vi hänvisade till nescafe eller köpa kaffe på kafé intill, vilket lite tog bord vitsen med att hyra just en lägenhet och inte ett hotell.

Appartement pas insonorisé. Ça aurait été appréciable dans un quartier aussi vivant que Gamla Stan. Mais ça fait aussi partie du charme du quartier.

Konumu harika! bina kapısında sola dönüp yaklaşık 40 metre gidince meşhur Stortorget meydanı ve onunda az ilerisinde Kraliyet sarayı yer alıyor. Yataklar müthişti. Çok rahat ettik. Hatta biraz fazla uyuduk bile. Ayrıca kendi beceriksizliğim sonucu ufak bir kaza geçirdim ve ilk yardım çantasında neredeyse herşey vardı. İlk yardım çantası için özel bir teşekkür ederim.

Banyo gerçekten yetersiz. Kapılar kötü, insan kendini güvensiz hissediyor. Ayrıca kapıda kilitlemeyin yazıyor ancak kilit mekanizması zaten otomatik kilitliyor. Mutlaka kilit mekanizmasını kullanmak gerekli. Bozulursa sorumlu kim olacak, çünkü oraya bir ceza bedeli yazılmış.

Location was perfect, right in the heart of Gamla Stan. It was near a lot of shops, pubs, restaurants, and historic attractions and museums. A wonderful place to walk around the scenic winding alleys of the Old Town.

Might get a bit noisy at night due to the touristy location.

Wygodne łóżko i tapczan dla 3 osoby. Kuchnia wyposażona wystarczająco. W łazience wystarczająca ilość ręczników i papieru toaletowego. Poza tym wszystko było okey. Położenie mieszkania super, wszędzie blisko, do Filharmonii, do pałacu królewskiego, muzeum Nobla, katedry, stanowiska Hop on Hop Off itp. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z wyboru.

Brak kawiarki w kuchni i ściereczki do starcia blatów i stolika jadalnego. W łazience wyraźnie brakowało gumy na kiju, aby ściągnąć wodę z podłogi po skończonym prysznicu. Jest to konieczne, bo kolejna osoba chciała brać prysznic lub korzystać z toalety. Suszylismy podłogę papierem toaletowym, który potem wyrzucalismy do kosza na śmieci w kuchni. Inaczej byśmy zapchali toaletę. Naprawdę jest to konieczne.

In den Morgenstunden unter der Woche laut, nachts am Wochenende, aber für mich durchaus ok mitten in der Stadt

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum, ładne mieszkanie.

Słychać wszystko z zewnątrz, więc potrafi być głośno. Bardzo mała łazienka

Beautiful appartement like in pics. Walking distance to city centre and Södermalm.

Some minor problems with the door, but owner was very helpful with the issue.

The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the city center, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport.

We really loved the location,it is easy to find and near everything you need.The apartment is well equipped.

We booked our stay for three persons but the extra bed was not set and we didn't get enough clean towels.

Overall it wins on location, very charming walking neighbourhood. It feels very safe. The bedroom is spacious, the beds are comfortable. It is about a fifteen minute walk to the metro, train, bus stations and the Hotorgschallen food market. A coop supermarket is three minutes away, very convenient. Lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. We would recommend it for a short stay.

The bathroom is extremely small and a floor mat and some hooks and shelves would be very useful. The apartment seriously needs a hair dryer. The tenants are alerted not to use both cooking hot plates at the same time as it might cause a fuse. So, do not expect to cook a big meal. The two flights of stairs are not suitable for the elderly and it would be a struggle to get very big luggage up and down the stairs. There is some passing pedestrian noise from the streets but this did not bother us too much.

Comfortable, traditional apartment in a superb location in the centre of Gamla Stan. Everything you'll need for a short stay in Stockholm's Old Town is provided and the apartment is warm and nicely decorated throughout. Excellent communications from the owner throughout the stay.

Very noisy at night and the shower is very small.

Absolutely superb location which made our visit truly memorable. Quiet, spacious comfortable rooms. Very atmospheric old building and vicinity. Friendly helpful florist neighbour. Short walk to many sights and to the tram station. Adequate shops nearby to service a visitors needs.

Floor level microwave was a joke.I'm 84 and had to lie on the floor to use it. See photo. The shower was unusually small and cleverly fitted into a small space. However it is difficult to use by a larger bodied person. The flat was on the third floor and there was no lift. Not a serious problem for us except that we needed help from the local florist to get our bags upstairs. It would have been a good idea for the accomodation listing to warn elderly customers of this feature. Finally, the electrical wiring needs to be sorted out.

Entrance is a bit dark and smells of stale air.

Fantastic location and great little apartment.

Be prepared to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. I got a message time about our checkout when we had one more night. Made me a little nervous we would have company. No issues though.

Very clean and large apartment with comfortable bed. Brilliant location, about 15 min walk to Central Station, very close to the metro and Slussen ferry stop. Not far from a co-op so easy to get supplies. Blinds on living room and bedroom windows which helped block the light in the mornings.

No where in the shower to put shampoo etc and no shower raiser for shower head so had to hold shower head whilst showering which was awkward. Have to climb two flights of stairs that spiral slightly and are quite steep so not suitable if you have any difficulties carrying suitcase upstairs.

A really lovely few days in Galla Stan. The flat was perfectly located for all exploring and very comfortable, and plenty of heaters provide for cold evenings.

The only thing we would’ve liked would be a few more kitchen essentials, such as salt/pepper/oil to use for basic cooking

It’s a very beautiful and comfortable place in the heart of Gamla Stan. We visited Stockholm in December, and the apartment was very warm. The central station is 15 minutes walk, many museums and historical places are reachable by foot, so it’s a good opportunity to walk around the city.

The bathroom it’s a little bit cold in the winter. There is no coffe machine and no hairdryer.
