نزل مايا

Staff is cooperative

Easy access to Prophet Mosque.. Welcoming Staff.

Clean and specious Staff is very cooperative

Staff was nice and helpful

Manager of was nice but did not too helpful....he promised for taxi but didt come taxi... Location is very very very bad.....no taxis available..u have to be on the mercy of what hotel book for you....it takes atleast 20 minutes from hotel to Haram.never comming back to his hotel.

Cleanliness, easy access, value for money, good staff

No room heaters it was freezing cold weather out there

Rooms were good , Beds were comfortable.

Wash room is small In pictures they showed there is sitting/ lounge area , but there was no TV lounge area in the apartment , No dining table , no kitchen area. Overall not satisfied what they showed in pictures and what they provided. Location is far from haram ( 10-15 minutes drive) , one restaurant nearby for breakfast.

The furniture looks new but the doors nearly all destroyed not close except with the key even the main door , washrooms very old needs also renovation but this all can be accepted the big issue is that it's so far from the Masjid nabwi takes maybe 20 minutes to reach if the there is no jam and only one Supermarket, one laundry, one food shop beside it

Staff is cooperative, neat and clean appartment

Na

Good staff

Customer service

Neat and Clean; Spacious rooms

It was written....2 double beds and one extra large double bed. In fact there were 2 single beds and one double bed.

Newly built. Nice location

Very Good

Good

Toilets

Check in was fast, bellboy was quite helpful in taking our luggage to the up floor. Beds were comfortable and clean in the rooms. We had a good comfy sleep in bed and I enjoyed the space of the rooms.

Water pressure in the bathroom was low, and bathrooms are old, need to be renovated. If bathrooms were renovated, then the property can be rated 4 or 5*.

Respect and friendliness of receptionist Saleh and attendant Mohammed. Above all the generosity of the owner.

Nothing

Room and the amenities

Washroom

Its new just recently opened so everything is new and clean and there was no issue for parking

If you want to stay more then one day there is no service to get room clean The washroom is quite small there is no place to take shower seprately The hotel was nice and comfortable but the location is little bit far from masjid alnabawi

Reduce the rate since it is far from haram

Bathrooms are very basic, and there are issues with water drainage. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signals are weak.
