Great place for short stays

Perfect size for our group of 9, fully equipped kitchen inside and outside, plenty of drinking water provided, plenty of soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, laundry with soap, big swimming pools in the subdivision, location near the gate, flexibility of owner

No bidet in the bathrooms nor buckets. The mop was old and difficult to use.

On arrival the house looked very nice, but Kitchen Door was Open, someone could of entered and any damage would of been down to me. The curtains at least in the main bedroom are too small. There were Micro Ants everywhere, Kitchen, Toilets and on Dining Table.

Swimming Pool very nice, Location Quite and Central.

The property is equipped with basic stuff and state of the art technology facilities needed for the stay.

Bathrooms need to add a bidet for comfortable use.

It's clean, facilities like aircons, water heaters, laundry machine are working. Kate Residence is good for travelers seeking a budget friendly place to stay. It provided basic necessities that you need. 5-7 Mins away from the airport.

Misleading information! I booked for 14 people and I booked 2 vacation houses. But it turned out, its just 1 house. I traveled with my brother and their kids, so we made it work, although it's very cramped. It has 4 rooms but mostly small sizes. The 2 bunk beds are not that sturdy. The teens don't feel comfortable sleeping on top of the bunkbeds.Mostly used multiple mattresses on the floor to sleep on. Far from any main groceries. I called and message Kate Residence but no answer. I would have appreciated a response.

The place was wonderful, but it was the host’s warmth that truly made every moment special. With such comforting kindness and care, the unfamiliar city quickly felt like home. Their genuine attention to even the smallest details made my entire stay feel happy and meaningful. The room was cozy and spotless, filled with a gentle and positive atmosphere. If I ever return, it will surely be because of the host.

Property was spacious, clean and well maintained. Well equipped for any length of stay.

Nice and near in airport

Everything is much likable, the place, and host. The host is very attentive. The place is comfortable and clean. The unit is accessible both for the Panglao and Bohol countryside .. We enjoyed our stay here, we will definitely come back here... Highly recommended place to stay even for a bigger crowd it can surely cater.

The location is 12 mins away from Panglao Airport. All are provided from water and toiletries. The place is big and can cater a big groups. Comfort room is huge you can do whatever you want.

1 room the AC is not functioning but when i communicate the owner they responded and they fix the AC on next day. Sometimes there is a black out in water at night and electricity in the morning.
