Bygningen var gammel, og det var mye støy. Frokosten hadde lite utvalg og virket ikke særlig fersk. Wi-Fi fungerte ikke i det hele tatt.

The staff did not give information unless asked. Things that should have been shared like the fact that each time you leave the building, the cards had to be reprogrammed. They seemed nice enough. The “bar” is not a bar. The lady said “they would allow” me to drink a beer in the room. ;)

The spa bath had lots of features but none of them worked unfortunately so just a normal shower it was.

Die Lage ist direkt am Strand und vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr attraktiv.

Klimaanlage und Lüftung veraltet und sollte gewartet und gereingt werden.

Clean room, very good location.

We had to ask for an iron twice before they bring it to the room. Also we couldn’t access to the internet. You have to register with your passport and use passport number and birth year as a pass but whenever we tried to log in the page always gave an error. We were on a schedule and this was very critical for us to attend a wedding as our internet run out. It was very frustrating.. so wouldn’t recommend this hotel if access to wifi is important.

Ca la final spuneau ca mai am de plătit 50 de euro dar nu spuneau pentru ce. În final sau convins ca plătisem totul integral înainte si nu au mai fost probleme

Location, staff, very clean, free parking, very nice people who are working there, from reception to cleaning...

It will need to update facilities and breakfast are the same every day...

I choosed the location to be close by the harbor and just on the other side of the street you have good restaurant. So the location is positive.

On the other side, the soundproofing was terrible. You could hear every door closing on the same floor.

Hotel is not in a too condition. It need renovation

Very polite,caring staff. I was helped with my heavy suitcases,bags every time I turned up in the evening. I have been asked would I need anything for the room from housekeeping daily. The breakfast buffet was excellent with very good choice if Turkish&Continental with very attentive staff. I did not have time to use the hotel facilities but the last time when I stayed with my daughter she used the sauna. The hotel is in walking distance to the seaside and very good choice restaurants,cafes and mini markets around. The location is also very good.

I did not like every time I came back to the hotel I need to check my door card by the reception as the card would not open my hotel room.I think there was a problem this time they said they will sort it out.As last time we did not have this problem.

Dirty bathroom, AC not working The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, and the air conditioning didn't work. When I complained, the staff said: "No problem, the technician will come tomorrow." The next day? Still broken. The response? "No problem, tomorrow." Needless to say, nobody ever showed up. It’s just an endless cycle of empty excuses. The same went for the paperwork. I repeatedly asked for an invoice for my stay. Each time, I was told: "We will email it to you tomorrow." The invoice never arrived. Alslo the breakfast was a bad joke. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Room smelled bad, it was dirty, shower was very unclean and poorly maintained

Отличное расположение (до набережной и парома 10 минут пешком) , услужливый персонал, уборка каждый день, замена полотенец. Ранний завтрак. Все необходимое в номере нам было предоставлено, даже более. Нормальная шумоизоляция, удобные подушки и матрасы.

Здание, ремонты, сантехника , мебель - все далеко не первой свежести. Старое. Душевая кабина вся разболтанная , ржавая - ее уже не отмыть. Хороший потенциал, но давно пора обновить все. Завтраки слабые, как будто и много тарелок наставили и есть по сути нечего (но возможно в сезон лучше с этим обстоят дела) сейчас не сезон гостей в отеле мало. Курение в номерах ! На этаже было накурено .

Personalet var meget venligt og hjælpsomt under hele mit ophold. Rengøringspersonalet kom hver morgen, skiftede sengetøj og tømte skraldespande, hvilket jeg satte stor pris på.

Mit værelse havde en stor jacuzzi, men jeg følte mig ikke tryg ved at bruge den, da den ikke virkede helt ren. Generelt var både hotellet og værelset rent, men der var enkelte ting, som kunne forbedres, herunder jacuzzi, hårtørrer og en lampe, som fungerede men fremstod beskidte. Vinduet var desuden meget svært at lukke og virkede til at være i stykker. Jeg oplevede også en del støj fra andre værelser – man kunne tydeligt høre folk tale og grine, og lyden af døre, der blev åbnet og lukket, var ret forstyrrende.

Essenmöglichkeiten war sehr gut, alles in der Nähe und viele verschiedene Angebote. Sehr Zentral, Metro Stationen ist nicht sehr weit.

Sehr kleine Zimmer, wir habe nicht mal Platz für unsere Koffer zum öffnen. Kühlschrank war auch sehr klein.

Было очень холодно в номере, номер прокуренный, запах не приятный, душевая кабина не работает. Всё очень старое в ванной комнате и требует реновации. Номер маленький и не удобный.

Hiçbir şeyi sevmedik. Rezervasyon yaptığım oda ile alakası yok.

Rezervasyon yapmış olduğum oda ile alakası olmayan bir standart bile olamayacak bir oda da kaldık. Resepsiyon a bu oda nın değiştirilmesini söylediğimde bana "otel tadilatta sizin almış olduğunuz odalar maalesef yok." dedi. Oda ya bakmadan kredi kartı ile ödeme yaptığım için çok pişmanım. Gece hiç uyumadan bu oteli terk ediyorum. Resepsiyon daki kişiler asık suratlı, yetkisiz ve niteliksiz. Ve

Стаята се почистваше всеки ден. Паркирането е до стената на хотела и е много удобно.

Struttura in posizione strategica rispetto ai punti salienti della città, vicino alle fermate autobus. Personale cordiale e disponibile, camera molto confortevole e dotata di tutti i servizi, acqua in bottiglie a disposizione ogni giorno. Pulizia in camera e nel tessile (bagno e letto). Esperienza da ripetere.

Ich habe eine Woche im Hotel verbracht und war rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, in exzellenter Lage und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sättigend. Das Personal ist freundlich. Mein Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und es standen immer zwei Flaschen Wasser sowie Tee und Kaffee bereit. Ich bin rundum zufrieden. L.G. Natalia.

Top Lage, komfortabel, Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Obwohl unser Zimmer direkt an der Straßenseite war, war es sehr ruhig, die Fenster waren sehr gut isoliert.

I enjoyed my stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage ist super. 7 Min zu Fuß bis zur U-Bahn-Station. Ein gutes Restaurant mit normalen Preisen direkt gegenüber. Ein Cafè mit günstigen Preisen und leckerem türkischen Kaffee 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Da das Fenster des Zimmers zur Straße hinausging, war es sehr laut. Im Zimmer roch es nach Zigaretten – wahrscheinlich hatte der vorherige Gast im Zimmer geraucht. Das Personal nahm von Zeit zu Zeit während des Frühstücks eine Straßenkatze auf den Arm, um sie hinauszuwerfen. Danach wurden die Hände wahrscheinlich nicht gewaschen, und man weiß nicht, wie hygienisch das alles war. Das Bad war an sich sauber, aber stark verkalkt

The staff is excellent, especially "Sinan". The hotel's location is excellent and close to public transportation.

Needs a little update to look great.

Location is good!

The staff was rude, one night had a problem and called the receptionist and we had an argue since they were rude! We had a problem with bath tub which was leaking after every single shower. In bathroom there were stain and needs maintenance or renovation. We have stayed here 9 days and 3 times we had a blackout.

Very friendly personnel, great service, good breakfast, close to shore and metro, had a great sleep.
