La limpiadora que en todo momento estuvo atenta un amor! Esperamos volver a verla! La instalaciones muy limpias y vintage! Tienen mucho encanto! Las camas mejorables pero la verdad que dormimos bien! En cuanto a la localización es perfecta! Tienes cafetería en el rectorado, la plaza Santa Ana cerca, Supermercado y parada de guaguas muy cerca!

Las instalaciones estan muy bien,asi como tambien la limpieza. Esta super centrico y al mismo tiempo es super tranquilo. La cama muy muy comoda, hay gel que tambien es shampoo y secador de pelo,lo unico que parecia que al jabon de manos le habian puesto agua, por poner una pega. EL dueño o el gestor (no se)Volkom, es muy accesible y contesta siempre a los mensajes.Todo super claro. Si mi vuelo hubiese llegado antes hubiera ido a su restaurante a cenar,pues ademas quien se hospede tiene descuento.

La cama cómoda y la ducha con presión

Nada más entrar en la puerta C hay una escalera al abismo. La luz para ver la escalera se enciende cuando estás en el segundo escalón. La habitación olí a humedad y el suelo estaba pegajoso. No está cuidado, se despega el papel de las paredes y la limpieza no es correcta. Además de tener mil escaleras.

Rooms were really nice, big and clean. The owner is also very friendly. We were staying in Casa Sabai between weekend days, so there was no problem with parking on the street. The location is quiet.

Al no tener aire acondicionado las ventanas tenían que estar abierta y había mucho ruido por el tránsito de vehículos . El último día se fue la luz y no había agua corriente

La ciudad de Vegueta es espectacular.

El alojamiento estaba en una planta baja de la casa y tenía bastante olor a humedad.

La colazione non era inclusa nel pacchetto acquistato, erano disponibili una macchinetta del caffè e un micronde che si sono rivelati utili. Le cose migliori dell'appartamento sicuramente sono state la comodità del letto, la doccia spaziosa, l'arredamento della stanza e la terrazza disponibile all'utilizzo. Colazione a casa all'aperto, top.

Qualche punto a sfavore per la mancanza del piano cottura, del freezer, di una chiusura non completa del box doccia e per l'impossibilità di aprire le due porte finestre della stanza.

Un hotel acogedor desde el primer momento, cuidado con todo detalle, un edificio rehabilitado de 10.

Desafortunadamente en la noche que estuvimos, los ocupantes de otra habitación montaron un escandalo de ruido de madrugada sin ningún respeto por el descanso.

La habitación está genial. Camas muy cómodas. Muy cerca del centro histórico. Edificio histórico reformado con mucho gusto.

Detalles menores: - cuarto lavadoras al lado de la habitación. Lavadoras deberían comenzar a funcionar no tan temprano, si no más bien a una hora prudente (a partir de las 10 am) - Ajustar apertura contraventana de madera al lado del baño - Arreglar cristal de la puerta

El hotel es una casa Antigua reformada, con dos plantas,las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, y muy bien decoradas, no le faltaba detalle. La hubicacion excelente a 5 minutos andando a la zona centro. El personal del hotel muy amable, nos atendió Pino que estuvimos hablando con ella y nos reímos mucho. El precio super económico. Y la zona es tranquila.

Hacia mucho calor en la habitación, aunque tenia ventilador. Pero hacía calor igual. Por lo general todo lo demás perfecto.

It was a unique property situated in the old town of Las Palmas. A far cry away from other soulless large hotels on the island. It was full of character, comfortable, clean, and the staff were lovely. The roof terrace was a delight to unwind after a stressful day. Good clear instructions on how to enter the property. The owner was quick to reply to messages.

Pequeño hotel muy cerca del centro de Vegueta, el centro histórico de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Pese a estar a apenas cinco minutos a pie de la Catedral, la estancia es muy silenciosa y se descansa muy bien. Las instalaciones muy limpias, y el personal muy amable y educado. No hay recepción, pero te envían un mensaje con instrucciones precisas para entrar y salir a la hora que lo desees. Sin duda, repetiré en mis próximas visitas a la isla.

Todo fue perfecto.

La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de la catedral, es la zona más bonita de Las Palmas. Relación calidad precio inmejorable. Un lugar muy tranquilo. La azotea está genial para subir con un vino por la noche y relajarse al final del día

Lo mejor sin duda, Pino y Liliana. Que te reciban así, no tiene precio. El desayuno muy rico. La habitación limpia y cómoda. La ubicación muy buena. Cerca de terminal de guaguas. Sitio tranquilo… En fin, todo muy positivo.

fabulous and very warm welcome, to what is a quirky place, but very convenient for exploring the old town, which was our aim. Breakfast freshly cooked to order in what is effectively also a small cafe next door was superb and in friendly and comfortable environment. We had the best and largest room/suite with interesting city view and nice outside space to sit in, and next door top floor room was very good although to the front of the hotel and we gathered from another guest that traffic noise caused a problem for him. We liked supply of fresh milk on request for cuppas etc. There is a roof terrace where I think tapas is sometimes served on summer evenings?

The location of the hotel was ideal in terms of what I wanted to see in the oldest part of the city and the comfort and convenience of the apartment made my stay all the more worthwhile. Breakfasts were all freshly prepared and certainly filling.

I did not like the noise emanating from the street despite having a wonderful room in the hotel to begin with but a change to one of the apartments was clearly the answer.

The buffet breakfast was simple but fresh and lovely. I being veggie had fruit ...toast ...goats cheese and sliced tomatoes accompanied by 2 fried eggs....made freshly for me by the friendly owner

Outstanding support from the staff, great location, and beautiful design. They even prepared a breakfast box for us since we had to leave early — a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Overall, a great experience.

There was nothing I can say I truly disliked, but I personally appreciate a mattress that's above average. A high-quality mattress really makes a difference when it comes to sleep. In this case, it was just okay—comfortable enough, but not exceptional.

I liked the bed and the pillows; they were very comfortable. But that's about all I liked.

The staff barely spoke English, which made communication difficult. There was no view from our room; we were just staring at a wall. No privacy either—people constantly walked by our window. Breakfast was nothing special, especially if you're vegetarian like me. Honestly, I chose this place over another with a similar price because of all the positive reviews, but I was extremely disappointed. It did not meet my expectations at all. Having visited this island before, I can confidently say this was my worst experience so far. For half the price, it might have been acceptable. But at what we paid, this place is simply not worth it.

This is a really stylish little hotel in a good location within the city's old town. Lots of excellent restaurants and attractions nearby. We loved the decor and in particular the super friendly staff who were so welcoming.

Friendly and welcoming hosts, allowed to check in early, great rooftop terrace, short walk to old town centre. Hosts organised taxi back to airport. Very smooth check in and check out. Excellent breakfast.

The staff was extremely helpful. Multilingual, responsive, and kind. The bathroom was large and well equipped, and the terrace on the room was really cute.

The rooms' decor was very nationalistic, with huge flags dominating each room. There wasn't a lot of coffee (just one pod)..

Traditional building tastefully furnished, quiet although near the centre of the city. Welcoming staff especially Lydia and Pina, both lovely ladies who looked after us so well despite the language difficulties. Great breakfast, very comfortable overall

central location with beautiful views over the cityscape. Clean and modern rooms and friendly hosts. We had the King suite with balcony which had a lovely balcony view. Kitchenette had everything you would need in a very compact space. Thank you for a lovely stay.

All in general was good and this was a value for this price definitely. The apartment looked renovated and decorated stylishly, was all neccesaary on a kitchennete and location was super good and we could find easily a place to park our rented car safely and just by the apartment, what was important for us. Was good to sleep, not noisy and fresh enough. There was also a cozy terrase on the top in our disposal. The location is just 5 minutes of walk from the main cathedral and 10 minutes of walk from the food store or touristic street, which makes this place super cool for the short stay on the North like we did. Thanks!

The breakfast was ok in general, good coffee and eggs offerred on choice, but we lack a toaster or any other machine to have a warm bread for the breakfast.

Location was good for historic part of town. Interesting building and decoration. Staff were all very nice and friendly.

We didn't like that the toilet, shower room and wardrobe etc was not in our bedroom. We had to go outside and over small terrace for these, not ideal when it was raining and cold, particularly in the middle of the night. Bedroom was very small but the renovation made it interesting. We asked if we could change room but unfortunately hotel was full. Perhaps it should be made clear that this is the set up with this room, though I know I wouldn't have booked it if I had known.

Wonderful little hotel with unbelievable room/apartments! The staff is very professional, Christian was waiting for our arrival, he helped me to find a parking for our car, then, he helped with the luggage into the room/apartment, and suggested a lovely local restaurant to he be dinner. The breakfast in the morning was served in the adjacent cafeteria and it was like home from home!!! All brilliant!! We will be back!! Enrico & Diane.

The beach is a bit a long way.
