Der Aufenthalt war toll.

Easy to find, easy to get in. All the informations in a message and was enough. The apartment is really cozy clean and has everything you need ( oil salt stove etc.).

Nice and clean apartment for a very good price

Gated community with friendly security guards. Two-story apartment buildings. Our apartment was spacious enough, with its own kitchen and bathroom. I must commend the newly installed furniture. Spacious refrigerator and new air conditioning. The host was very friendly.

No influence from the host - external sewage, garbage disposal, very worn speed bumps. I would recommend more water pressure for the shower.

It's completely accessible And with all utensils required instead of going out I cooked for myself And the management so generous to accept the needs and fulfilled it Also it's great location tooo

The place was peaceful and relaxing

The location is a little hard to find at night but the Unit is very well appointed and exceptionally maintained with all facilities available .cooking facilities were excellent as was the refridgerator,Smart TV etc

l was a little disapointed the complex didnt have a 2nd source of power to fall back on in black outs and Typhoons as happened to us leaving us embarressed we had to walk away with out basic cleaning the beautiful unit. The only fault was during the typhoon water just flowed into the unit through the exterior door on a small balcony containing the Aircon

Spacious studio unit, good location in a private residential area. Well-equipped kitchen, quiet air-con system. Plenty of space for hanging and storing clothes. Good wi-fi. The caretaker/housekeeper was very friendly and helpful with local advice.

The communal trash collection areas outside the buildings should be improved.

I like that the place was quiet when we stayed in the room. The place was easy to find and the digital front door lock made accessing the place incredibly convenient. Over all it was cozy stay for me and my husband.

The Room was cozy. The interior is nice. It felt like home.

Prolly the shower holder, bin and tabo. Its has old stains but still useful.

Convince to transportation Security gate house

Nobody know about it .. It's a apartment that was made in to air b and b but the rest of the apartment are just regular residence in the apartment complex .. When I got there I tried calling the number that was giving to me but to no avail security had to call other people to find out where this apartment was.. I recommend that the owners give better instructions on how to find it and give a better working door code.

This is place is really clean, the bed is super comfortable!! We really felt like home! Everything is in good care, like new! Exactly like the pictures! The only downside for us is that we couldn’t enjoy it more because we came late from our fight and the next day we had to leave early! It’s perfect to relax!

The location was for us not optimal because we arrived late and there wasn’t much places around open to eat, (if you are walking by feet) but you can always order ;)

What you see in the picture is the same as what is actually there. The place is cozy, neat, and clean. The owner is also accommodating and always responds to my queries. I will recommend this to my friends when they are going to Cebu. Salamat!

Good place, worth the stay

Outside does not give good impression but inside, Studio very modern layout, good wifi, bed comfortable. Cooking utensils supplied. Plenty of cupboard space if staying longer. Good communication from owner messages returned promptly. close to SM City, Ayala malls, airport, bus stations, shops for supplies outside compound at Street level. Taxis come and go if you need or Grab. Will stay here again, very happy.

My only suggestion would be 5 litre mineral water to start, then supply your own. Slight extra fee would cover easily. Maybe knives for foreigners who stay. 🙂

Almost everything actually. Except for the flashing sensor light.

Just that the toilet had a bad smell initially. The owner immediately sent his caretaker to address it the next day. Also an automatic sensor light kept flashing at the doorway at the smallest of movements- so I had to cover it. This should probably be removed.

Apartment looks exactly like a pictures, very comfortable and cozy
