Reviewed Dec 7, 2025Apartment was spacious and very close to Boulevard attractions. Plenty of parking space.
There are ongoing works in the apartment next door who start drilling and constructing from 8 in the morning until 6 in the evening. Horrible sound, the whole apartment was shaking and gives you headaches after a while. The owner did try to help but next door people refused as they had permit. Also, there was constant water dripping from the roof of one the toilets. Smaller issue compare to construction sound but quite irritating.

الأسره قاسيه جدا . مع انه يوجد موقف مخصص للشقه الا انك تتفاجئ هناك من يقف فيه بعد خروجك وعودتك. من الافضل ان يكون ريموت قفل الموقف مع المستأجر

Reviewed Dec 26, 2024Perfect location, we went for a boxing event at Kingdom Arena and it's just 10-15min walk. Opposite the road is Boulevard World where other events are held and with shops and restaurants. Also a great coffee shop just a couple doors away. Hosts also made the property easy to access with PIN codes to get in

Reviewed Mar 13, 2024Great location for visiting Boulevard city and world. Decent size apartment with comfortable sofas and large TV in the living area.
No shower screen or curtain which means water goes everywhere in bathroom. No provision of tea, coffee making facilities which I would have expected. No daily housekeeping either which I have found provided in other serviced apartments. No TVs in bedroom and only master bedroom had bedside cabinets, the two other do not have enough bedroom furniture.
