İncebey Konak Cappadocia Swimming Pool

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt - die Region ist einfach traumhaft.

We loved our stay at incebey. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool and bar. Burak was an excellent bar host. While he has limited English he made such an amazing effort to communicate with us using google translator. He even taught us to play back gammon (board game) using google translator. We spent a lot of time with Burak during our stay and he kept us well entertained during our long layover waiting for our flight in the evening. We appreciated the effort he made and now consider him a friend. The hotel manager spoke very good English and made sure we had everything we needed. We also met the hotel owner. She was lovely, and spoke good English. She made us feel welcome and at home and even gave us some fresh grapes from her tree. The hotel overall was exceptionally clean, modern and tidy. The space in our room was much appreciated. The room was equipped with everything we needed and the bed was comfy. The breakfast spread was exceptional with much variety.

Il nous a proposé ses services pour des activités, et conseillé sur ce qu'il y a à voir dans la région. - Vue à l'aube sur les montgolfières de Goreme au loin. - Jolie piscine, accès gratuit - Bon emplacement quand on est véhiculé, ville agréable

Globalement, l'établissement semble être une bonne affaire familiale, mais pas un établissement professionnel. - Propreté : les parois de douches étaient sales et pleines de calcaire. Il manquait la poignée pour fermer la paroi de douche. - Les bouteilles de shampoing et gel douche dans la salle de bain étaient vides. - L'hôtel a des problèmes d'évacuation, donc notre chambre sentait fort les égouts. - Petit déjeuner : peu varié. Les aliments ou boissons finies ne sont pas remplacées et il faut constamment aller demander au personnel. Le petit déjeuner était affiché de 9h à 11h. Nous y sommes allés à 9h45 le premier jour et le personnel ne souhaitait plus nous servir ou alimenter le buffet, car ils petit déjeunaient ensemble sur une table. Je l'ai signalé, et au lieu de résoudre le problème, on m'a simplement dit que désormais, nous devions considérer que le petit déjeuner se terminait à 10h30. - Le check out était annoncé à 12h (et même écrit sur une affiche dans le hall de réception), mais à notre arrivée on nous a dit finalement 11h. - Peu de prises électriques. Et le courant n'est pas assez fort : quand on branche des choses en simultané, la lumière se met à clignoter ou sauter. - Restaurant : surgelé et cher, peu de choix (pizza ou burger) - Personnel peu agréable (à part le réceptionniste !)

El sitio es precioso, con un encanto especial y unas instalaciones muy bonitas. Todo estaba cuidado al detalle y la estancia ha sido muy agradable. Además, el personal ha sido muy amable, atento y servicial en todo momento, nos organizó las excursiones, los taxis y . Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo totalmente.

The staff is wonderfull Moustafa and the Young man at night réception are so helpful . Hotel is new building and so Nice very well decorated . The terrasse for breakfast on roof top is so Nice with a view on landscape and air balloons .

Está muy bien comunicado con el centro mediante autobús. La piscina es muy agradable y se está súper a gusto. El personal fue muy amable, especialmente Burak y Hüseyin, que nos ayudaron muchísimo y nos facilitaron muchas cosas durante nuestra estancia.

We liked everything! From location of the hotel - close to Göreme, but in a quiet and peaceful location, to the tasteful interior in traditional Ottoman style, to good breakfast with fresh and tasty pastries, big selection of cheese, tea, coffee and everything you might need to have a great start to your day. Of course, the big terrace from which you can watch the balloons at sunrise and take amazing photos is also worth mentioning! Our room was spatious, with a large jacuzzi. Everything was clean and tidy! I want to note exceptionally friendly, kind, helpful and amazing hotel owner and all of the other staff members. Would like to say thank you particularly to the gentlemen at reception: Mustafa, who helped us with booking atv tour activity, he is also very positive and smiley, he can book and organise any activity for you! Hüseyih who warmly welcomed us on our arrival and told us about everything. Of coyrse lady Serpil - hotel's owner, a beautiful and kind lady with great taste and attention to details. She took her own time to help us, an amazing woman. We wish you even more success with your business and a fully booked hotel all year round! :) Thank you all, we enjoyed our stay here so much. Felt very welcomed and you took amazing care of us! If we come back to Cappadocia, then we would love to stay here again.

A little bit remote from the points of interest but calm and quiet place. Wonderful view of the balloons in the morning. Rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent, especially "pişi". Mustafa, the guy at reception, was exceptional. He helped us a lot arranging the turkish bath and the unforgettable hot air balloon flight! Thanks a lot, Mustafa!

Ubicacion tranquila lejos del alboroto de goreme. Muy recomendable si quieres estar tranquilo y vas con tu coche

Ci hanno assegnato stanze piccole con bagni e spazi angusti; la seconda camera era in un sottoscala senza finestre ed il primo giorno non è stata riassettata. Per avere più spazio bisogna prenotare le suites. Per colazione il primo giorno c'era del succo di frutta. Finita quella dotazione non è stato più proposto nei due giorni successivi. Alla nostra richiesta la risposta è stata: finito. La colazione viene servita in terrazza al terzo piano ma nella struttura manca l'ascensore.

Totul!!! Staff-ul primitor,atent. Zona liniștită cu parcare proprie și un peisaj superb către răsărit și baloanele cu aer cald.

Albergo bello, arredi curati e di gusto. Colazione molto abbondante e varia. Personale e proprietario molto gentili e disponibili. Letto comodo. C’è una bella piscina (che purtroppo non abbiamo utilizzato per motivi di tempo). Parcheggio ampio.

La nostra camera era davvero molto piccola, il letto molto grande la occupava praticamente interamente quindi era difficile addirittura muoversi. Non c’era una ventola nel bagno. La porta lasciava passare tutti i rumori e le voci molto alte dei vicini di piano.

Unsere beiden Zimmer waren komfortabel & Sauber, einer unseren Zimmer hatte die Dusche und WC in einem also keine Duschtür und direkt neben dem Wc das war nicht so sonderlich daher waren wir immer bei unserem anderem Zimmer wo die Dusche und Wc nicht ineinander waren ganz im Gegenteil war der riesen gros. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und mit 4 Kinder dort. Das Personal war sehr nett, vorallem der Herr Mustafa war der Beste sehr sehr freundlich und lustig . Das Frühstück war nicht so sie wie auf den Bildern wir waren 4 Tage dort und hatten jeden Tag das selbe gekochtes Ei war nur am Tag 1 danach immer gerührt und kalt. Das küchenpersonal war sehr nett aber auch sehr locker, das bedeutet wir waren frühstücken vieles war leer am Buffet, das Personal saß im Seitenbereich der Küche und haben auch selber mit uns zeitgleich gefrühstückt geraucht was aber nicht zu riechen war. Das Pool war sehr sehr sauber und sehr kalt was wirklich eine Erfrischung war einfach Top, Der Poolbereich war auch sehr sauber und der dort Zuständiger Mann war sehr freundlich es gab Toast Pizza burger pommes zum essen den man gleich dort oder erst beim auscheken bezahlen konnte, dort konnte man auch in der Nacht sitzen die Lage war sehr ruhig und richtig zum Genießen. Im großen und ganzen war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Ours was a family vacation visit. So we were a little nervous about the location, facilities, staff and hygiene at and of the property. After a lot of search, our choice and liking, we narrowed down on a few and Incebey Konak and we have no regrets. 3nights in June 2026. The choice of Incebey was based on location, family and parking available. Owners helped us every day guiding us and making sure of our comfort. The staff, on our arrival, made sure that we had our parking slot right next to the property and they had it reserved for our check in time. They checked us twice on the day of our arrival for our expecting time so that the room can be kept ready. Our welcome was done with warm smile and asking for any and all requirements, knowing we were a family with kids (demanding and observing boys). But it was taken care of whatever we asked. They allotted us the room with Jacuzzi, windows facing the Uchisar Castle. Quite ambience. Excellent Exhaust in wash room. Goreme is 5 mins by car. all valleys were not more than 10 mins away by car. The staff upon our arrival guided us the entire region in a perfect non-biased way. Room was cozy, 1 double and 2 single beds, tidy, fresh with newly done up linen and fresh towels, effective aircon and perfect jaccuzi with continuous supply of warm water. 10 mins drive to the famous castle with restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast was a typical freshly made Turkish food with on demand omlette, croissant, turkish tea, coffee and fresh fruits. Hotel decor was a typical Ottoman designed cozy sound proof and warm. our stay with family was well sorted. The owners made sure that any demand or need arise must be catered too. besides us there were many other families staying at the property which made us comfortable to stay. 6am view of sky is worth looking at. 6pm sunset from room is majestic. We had early checkout but the owners provided us packed bfast for our onward journey. That was very kind of them to think about comfort.

It will take a lot of thinking to come up with that. there was none i could think of. However, being a boutique hotel i did not expect an elevator. but it was well compensated with excellent Turkish style decor on the way to top floor for breakfast. If they had elevator, i would still have preferred to take the stairs and admire the well decorated way on to the top floor. For example - the carpet , the sit out sofa, the artifacts, the windows facing the open wheat fields...every angle was worth with a camera shot.

New hotel very clean

Breakfast starts at 9 am which is too late if you’re going sightseeing. Usually breakfast everywhere else is from 7 or 7.30 am onwards. Also, we asked for the aircon remote to the room as it was missing and they said they didn’t know- given it’s the middle of summer, this was a bit frustrating.

L'amabilité du personnel surtout la responsable qui n'a aucuns sens du service hotelier. Elle n'est pas clair dans ses propos et quand on lui demande des explications s'emporte tres vite! Suite a une réservation pour 2 nuits Elle mentionne le supplément par message pour les 2 nuits puis quand on arrive elle nous annonce que c'est pour 1 nuit. Elle s'énerve très vite et dit qu'elle a effacé le message. Nous ne pouvons même pas discuter qu'elle s'énerve et crie. Et nous manque même de respect. Nous préférons pas perdre notre temps et quittons les lieux le lendemain. Le lit d'appoint devait être prêt il ne l'était pas on as du attendre plus d'une heure le soir quand on est arrivée. Chambre pour 5 nous avons du tout réclamer pour la 5eme personne ( serviettes...) Le confort dans suite familiale du rdc: 2 lits sont des canapés pas confortable du tout. Le grand lit grince. Coussin trop dur et haut nous avons du demander de les changer Draps et housses de couette troué La salle de bain est vraiment très très petite pour cette suite familiale. Nous vous conseillons de bien visiter les chambres avant de vous installer car c'est vraiment un problèmes quand vous êtes plusieurs a vous doucher. Les toilettes sont installées dans la minuscule salle de bain quasi sans parois. Enfin les volets roulant ne marche pas et vous devait baisser des rideaux occultant qui tiennent a peine et risque de vous tomber dessus. De plus ces rideaux n'empêche pas la lumière de rentrer. Enfin cette suite familiale est au rdc avec du visa a vis de partout .

Sehr nettes Personal der Kollege Mustafa der an der Rezeption sitzt, ist ein unglaublich netter und zuvorkommender Rezeptionist. Die Damen in der Küche sind super freundlich und das Essen ist sehr toll. Die Hotelbesitzerin bemüht sich unglaublich gut um die Hotelgäste. Die Lage das Zimmer alles ist einfache Perfekt.

Новое здание, очень антуражное, туреций стилт в общих зонах, номера чистые, есть холодильник и чайник, есть парковка, будет бассейн когда нибудь, близко ехать к одной из стартовых площадок шаров (10 минут и обычно без пробок)

Очень слабый завтрак, омлет и немного салата, пешком до исторического центра 25 минут, персонал странный, на букинге ошибка во времени заселения, оно после 14 часов, а не до, вид на шары из далека

The best breakfast ive ever had! Lots of nice typical food. Great value for money, cheap for the conditions it has, clean, pretty and very nice staff. They help with all the tours and transfers you need.

Everything was great, the only thing you should consider is that it is 10/15min walking to the center of uchisar, but just 10m to the bus that takes you to goreme for 60TL

Bardzo cienkie ściany. Pokój na parterze nad nami byl pokój z jacuzzi gdzie bylo bardzo słychać włączone jacuzzi do późnej nocy. Niby wszystko w porządku ale ciasno. Pokój nie był sprzątany. Światło w łazience i pokoju mrygało. Śniadanie w porządku. Niby nie ma nic do zarzucenia ale za te cene myślę ze w okolicy można znaleźć coś lepszego.

Чисты просторный номер, свежее постельное и полотенца , ооооочень доброжелательная девушка на рецепшене. Завтрак в формате шведского стола очень понравился . Это уже мой 5ый раз в Кападокии , и цена качество просто топ !

Este hotel é absolutamente maravilhoso. Tudo é perfeito e só pagámos 40 euros por noite pelo quarto. Toda a gente é de uma simpatia desmedida, o pequeno almoço é ótimo, a vista também. A localização não podia ser melhor. O chão dos quartos é aquecido, o conforto e a beleza valem muito a pena. Só espero que mantenha a sua qualidade e os seus preços acessíveis a todos. Obrigada!!!

Incroyable. Accueil au top, deuxième meilleur petit déjeuner de notre voyage, premier pour le rapport qualité/prix. Les chambres sont propres et les suites sont magnifiques. Vraiment incroyable, le cadre est top.

Si on veut chipoter, la chambre 1 est trop proches et donc on entends tous les passages et l'air qui passe sous la porte. Sinon les autres chambres reculées sont tops.

I really like the staff, especially Mustafa, the gentleman was very polite and humble. Mustafa guided us to where to visit and other information. I would really recommend Incebey Konak for anyone to stay.

The room was very warm, there was an air condition in the room but there should be some control to regulate the heating in the room. But overall it is five star accommodation. With great breakfast.

Hotel fuori dal centro di Uchisar, in zona tranquilla con edifici di nuova costruzione. Camera molto bella compresa di veranda e vasca. Staff super disponibile e colazione da pranzo di matrimonio! Consigliatissimo

Everything is excellent.

Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux, avec des conseils, sans obligations. La suite est propre, confortable et très jolie. Le petit déjeuner est au top (selon le monde dans l'établissement nous avons eu droit soit à un buffet soit nous avons été servis à table), très copieux et bon, et surtout typique d'un petit déjeuner turc. L'établissement est très bien, très joli, très propre. Tout le monde parle l'anglais parfaitement. Et l'établissement est calme. Un peu à l'écart du bruit du centre. Nous avons apprécié. Des fois nous allions à pieds au centre, des fois en voiture. Nous, ça ne nous dérangeait pas du tout. Sinon, ils font le tri sélectif, et c'est bien également.

C'est un bel établissement mais actuellement tout n'est pas fini (jardin, piscine), surtout le quartier n'est pas fini. Ça sera encore mieux lorsque ça le sera.

Alles neu und sauber, traditionell eingerichtet. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade für Höhlenzimmer mit türkischem Bad, welches wir aber nicht nutzten. Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

15 min. zu Fuß ins Zentrum mit vielen Lokalen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, gute Lage und das Frühstück war lecker. Besonders toll war die Badewanne im Zimmer :)

Es gab leider keinen Rollladen oder verdunkelnde Vorhänge, weshalb es ab 6 Uhr morgens komplett hell war im Zimmer.

Quite location, nice view and easy access to Uchisar and Goreme.Friendly staff - they even allowed us to keep the bicycles inside the hotel.

The rooms with single beds were without windows. It was very hot in the room without option to control the temperature.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, struttura nuova, pulita e molto accogliente. Posizione tranquilla che ti permette di godere di ottimo riposo, lontano dai rumori della città. Colazione locale ottima e personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Altamente consigliata!
