The girl who works at the reception is really nice and helpful❤️She left a good impression and we will definitely remember her!!! The rooms are nice and clean and the location is amazing. We were really excited about having a pool and it is nice as well.

The only reason i gave an 8 is because when we arrived the cleaning ladies were there(the receptionist wasn’t there yet because we arrived pretty early)and when i tried asking them anything they wouldn’t cooperate and only said we don’t know english even though i had the translator app open.To add to that 3 days passed and they didn’t change our towels we had to ask.That left a bit bad first impression but that was all.

Absolutely beautiful place, staff were friendly a day very helpful, loved the location and plenty of parking on the street. Beds made with fresh sheets and towels changed every day. Thank you to a wonderful stay.

Το προσωπικο ητανε πολυ φιλοξενο , ευγενικο , εξυπηρετικο. Οι εγκαταστασεις και το δωματιο ητανε πιο ωραια και καθαρα απο οτι περιμεναμε και σιγουρα θα το συστηναμε σε φιλους και θα το επιλεξουμε ξανα και για εμας. Ιδιαιτερη εντυπωση μας εκανε το υδρομασαζ και η πισινα, μας αρεσαν παρα πολυ!

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο της Καλλιθέας. Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο με καθημερινή υπηρεσία καθαριότητας.Η Κωνσταντίνα πάντα εκεί για να απαντήσει σε οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση ή απορία με ένα χαμόγελο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ 🙂🙂

החדרים קצת מיושנים אבל התחזוקה גבוהה והחדרים יחסית גדולים. ארוחת בוקר במסעדה לא רחוק מהמלון , סביר לא יותר.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The owners were very kind, friendly, and understanding, and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. There is also parking available, which was a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Struttura molto pulita e tranquilla.

Dal titolo luxury living e dalle foto ti aspetti un qualcosa di più lussuoso ma in realtà anche se la struttura è stata rinnovata da poco non ha niente di luxury. Dietro la porta ci sono una serie di regole un pò troppo rigide che non ho mai visto altrove (se sporchi l’asciugamano di make-up o lasci immondizia ti vengono addebitati 20€). Il bagno è vecchio ed il rubinetto del lavandino è davvero difficile da utilizzare poiché mal funzionante spruzza l’acqua per terra.

On the positive side, the staff were nice and polite, and the cleaning lady in particular was doing a very good job and clearly put effort into keeping things clean.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, and the experience was nowhere near what we would expect from a property advertised as “luxury”. Our room was located directly underneath the stairs, so we could hear the footsteps of practically every guest walking up and down. On top of that, there were three rooms directly above us occupied by a “bride-to-be” party. They were frequently walking around in high heels, making noise, and returning late at night, which made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We stayed in that room throughout our stay, and no alternative or solution was offered. What I found particularly frustrating was the way guests seemed to be prioritized. It is completely understandable that people celebrating a special occasion want to have fun, but their comfort should not come at the expense of everyone else’s. If you have a large, noisy group staying at the property, it would make much more sense to place them in rooms where they are less likely to disturb other guests. The mattresses were also terrible. We both woke up with back pain, which is definitely not what you expect from a place that presents itself as a luxury accommodation. The pool was full of balloons from the party on our very first evening, so we couldn't really enjoy it as expected. The bathroom was another issue. We could constantly hear water running from the floors above, the water pressure was inconsistent, and overall the bathroom did not feel particularly well maintained. The Wi-Fi was unbelievably bad and barely usable, which was also very frustrating. There were also some odd choices regarding the amenities. We had a safe in the room, but no iron. I'm not sure how a safe is considered more essential than a basic amenity like an iron. Overall, this property is nowhere near what I would consider “luxury”.

Camera spaziosa e pulita, pulizia quotidiana, staff gentile, possibilità di fare il bagno in piscina. Posizione abbastanza centrale dal centro di kallithea, è stato semplice anche spostarsi nei posti limitrofi.

We like the room with terrace, the pool and the location. You can park your car in front, but it is very risky becouse the streets are naeeow.

Wifi is very, very bad. The gym is only for taking photos, there is nothing :) The woman at the reception is rude. On the first day, we arrived a little early, but we traveled for 15 hours and it meant a rest and settling in. Our room was ready but she kept saying it wasn't and we were at the pool for hours. After that, there was a misunderstanding about breakfast, because they send circular messages about it. She didn't know if we had or not either, but everything would have been fine if she hadn't been rude and unkind, like a man on the reception last day.

We loved our stay! The room was great, the pool was great, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The area near the hotel is quiet, there is space to park close to the hotel. Everything is near, the beach, cafes, restaurants. Everything is on a short walk distance. We had a breakfast included in a nearby restaurant that was amazing! We definitely recommend!

Konumu çok iyi, personel inanılmaz ilgili. Bir kaç saat geç gittiğimiz için merak edip 5-6 kez aramışlar. Harika insanlar.

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage zur Innenstadt, zum Strand sind es ca. 15 min zu Fuß. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. :)

Leider waren die Föhne kaputt, da diese in der Vergangenheit von den Gästen kaputt gemacht wurden, also am besten einen eigenen mitnehmen.

Το μονο κακο ηταν οτι το εξτρα κρεββατι ηια το τριτο ατομο ειχε ενα σιδερο στην μεση κ ενοχλουσε ακριβως στην μεση!επισης στην πισινα λιγο προσοχη γιατι κατι παιχτηκε με το χλωριο και μ χαλασε το μαγιω π ηταν λευκο!αυτο με στεναχωρησε λιγο γιατι ηταν ακριβο!κατα τ αλλα ολα καλα!Θα το προτεινα ανεπιφυλακτα!

Bathroom has a lot of limescale on the shower cabin doors. Owner made me uncomfortable with his persistent flirting and trying to go out with me. Main bed is comfy, but if you are 3 people the separate bed is very bad and you’ll be uncomfortable, better book 2 rooms. Also rooms are small

La colazione non era servita nella struttura. Esisteva convenzione con un locale a 350 metri, con colazione basica. I materassi avevano le molle che puntavano nella schiena. Le foto della struttura postate su booking risalgono a tantissimi anni fa.

Clean and tidy room. Has air condition, hair dryer, umbrella on the balcony, towels for the pool on the reception. Located near big supermarket where you can buy everything you need, from cooked meals to beach equipment. Walking distance to main streets in Kalithea.

Pool, pool area and gym have their own “working hours” so you can not chill by the pool or swim after 8pm… also if you use gym it is too hot since that space does not have air condition. Beach is not so close to the property. Breakfast is served in a bar which is in about 10min by walk distance and has 4 very basic options for meals. Wifi signal is weak and if you need to be available online for work it could be very tricky.

Empfehlenswert für preisbewusste Reisende, die eine saubere und zentral gelegene Unterkunft suchen und über kleinere Mängel hinwegsehen können. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und andere Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die tägliche und gründliche Zimmerreinigung, die für ein kleines Hotel wirklich bemerkenswert ist. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist kaum zu übertreffen und besonders für Gäste geeignet, die nicht zu viel Geld für ein teures Hotel ausgeben möchten.

Insgesamt ist es ein kleines, schönes Stadt- und Strandhotel. Leider gab es zu Beginn einen Organisationsfehler, weshalb wir für die ersten drei Tage ein anderes Zimmer bekamen. Dieses war für drei Personen eingerichtet und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Nach drei Tagen erhielten wir jedoch das gebuchte Zimmer, das genau den Fotos auf Booking.com entsprach, und ab diesem Zeitpunkt waren wir zufrieden. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war das sehr schwache WLAN. Dadurch war es kaum möglich, Serien oder Filme zu streamen. Der Ort wird überwiegend von Touristen aus den Balkanländern besucht. Der Strand ist allerdings wegen des steilen Abstiegs und anschließenden Aufstiegs nicht ganz leicht zu erreichen.

Während unseres Aufenthalts waren Parkplätze auf der Straße rund um die Unterkunft vorhanden.

Das Vellum scheint in meinen Augen besonders auf kurzfristige Aufenthalte aus zu sein. Für diese Vermutung sprechen ganze drei einfachste Plastikkleiderbügel auf einer Kleiderstange im Schrank, die ein Vielfaches vertragen würde. Dafür spricht auch eine winzige Dusche, in der sich schlanke Personen immerhin umdrehen können. Dafür spricht auch, daß es außer einer schmalen Ablage unter dem Badspiegel keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad gibt (außer dem Fußboden). Die Kalkablagerungen an der Duschkabine zeugen von keinem Luxury Living. Die Schranktür, die den kleinen, zweckmäßigen Kühlschrank verkleidet, schließt nicht, was den Geräuschpegel unnötig erhöht. Ein No-Go ist die fehlende Angabe zum Frühstück VOR der Buchung sowie die falsche Angabe dazu NACH der Buchung. Das Frühstück ist 350m entfernt in einer zwar sehr netten und angenehmen Lokalität, aber eben nicht im Haus. Eine Angabe dazu gibt es nicht. Die Frühstückszeit wurde nach der Buchung mit 7:30 bis 11 Uhr angegeben. Das ist völlig falsch, da das im Lokal erst ab 9 Uhr möglich ist. Die Zeit an sich ist im Urlaub normal völlig OK, aber falsche Infos tragen nicht zur Stimmung bei. Das Frühstück im Papua Chorus Bistro war immerhin sehr lecker und haben wir sehr genossen. Es gab 4 Frühstücksoptionen mit frisch gepreßten Orangensaft, kein Standardbüffet. Die Dame am Empfang am Anreisetag war sehr überrascht, daß wir kommen trotz Buchung zwei Monate zuvor. Das macht alles, aber keinen guten Eindruck. Der Kaffeeautomat im Vellum war die ganze Zeit während unseres Aufenthalts außer Betrieb. Wir brauchten ihn nicht, aber er ist im Weg gestanden, da er die einzige Treppe nach oben teilweise verstellt (für Fluchtwegfanatiker, die wir nicht sind, wäre das ein Desaster).
