A Perfect Stay in Udupi I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful homestay in Udupi for 5 days, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The owners, Amit and Shraddha, are incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly. From the moment we arrived, they made sure everything was taken care of — arranging cabs and autos and guiding us throughout our trip with helpful suggestions. The homestay itself is a tranquil haven, surrounded by lush greenery with beautiful plants and trees that create a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a perfect retreat for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle. The place is also spotlessly clean, adding to the comfort of the stay. One of the highlights of the visit were the two adorable pet dogs, who brought an extra touch of warmth and charm to the place. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Udupi. It’s the ideal blend of comfort, hospitality, and nature. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

It was a very spacious place. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Mr. Manjunath was a very good host. He was very courteous. They have very big bedrooms and washrooms. We stayed for 3 nights. Overall we enjoyed the stay at this price.

I was not able to get to the property as the owner cancelled th reservation. He was calling me, I was not able to pick up the call. Aslo, he asked for advance payment of 2000. Since, I was not able to respond he cancelled the reservation.

The host was very kind and supportive throughout the stay. The apartment was neat, tidy and had plenty of space to spend time with friends. The view from the room had a beautiful sight of the peaks in Chikmagalur with the peacock’s call.

Our stay at Kamal Nivas was truly memorable, thanks to its stunning hill views and peaceful ambience. The accommodations were excellent with comfortable rooms, we booked a 2bhk apartment for group of 5 friends, which was super spacious with the basic kitchen animities. The owner Manjunath was incredibly hospitable and friendly. The owner ensured we had everything we needed and went beyond to make us feel welcome. The owner allowed us to stay longer than planned to accommodate our late night bus-schedule. Overall our stay was fantastic. The combination of serene surroundings, excellent hospitality and flexibility made it a perfect gateway. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind admist natural beauty and good hospitality. Thanks to Kamal Nivas and the Owner. We can't wait to visit again :)

It was a last-minute trip for us, and we ended up booking without many expectations, but the overall experience was really good. The property is relatively new, very near the city, and close to the foothills, offering a great view of the mountains. The hosts, a very amicable husband and wife, manage the property and stay on the ground floor while guests stay on the first floor. It's not the entire house, but a portion on the first floor that is a 2 BHK setup. It's a perfect fit for a family of six and kids. If you're not looking for a stay on the hills or in a resort setup, this is a perfect choice and great value for money. Go for it!

Can't do laundry if you are staying for days together

The location is very good. 3 km from Chikmagalur city, 300 m from Fueling Station and every delivery app is working fine. The stay comes with a very good view of peaks.

While our stay at the apartment was generally wonderful, one minor inconvenience was the absence of a refrigerator. Given the pleasant ambiance and desire for cold beverages and ice cream, having one would have been a welcomed addition. Nevertheless, this was a small drawback amidst an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Neat and clean beautiful stay, it's exceeded than our expectations!! We friends of 8 stayed there girls and boys, the owner was very helpful and he would never come to interrupt and would not interfere. Wifi connection is available with kettle and water heater. The property is just 4KM away from Chikmagalur Town. Very near to town but alway from town distractions and sounds,very peaceful and calm place. Car parking is available. Owner Manjunath is such a humble and simple guy. Everything in town is easily accessible but they don't provide any food in apartment for food you gotta go outside or order from any online sites. Spacious room available along with Smart TV, 2 Bedroom with 2 Bathroom attached. If you want to stay near to town but away from all the distractions then don't ever look back just book This. I highly recommend, Room rent is reasonable too.
