Dune Seseh

Awesome venue, super friendly staff

The facility was stunning, a beautiful Moroccan feel to it, well maintained and not too big. It was within good walking or scooter distance to anywhere you wanted to go. Very comfortable bed, had everything you needed. Staff were really friendly. We stayed here as we were attending Luna Beach Club and it was nice and close.

The rooms were very small and pokey, so if you want space this wouldn't suit you. I had to endure loud music on two occasions from a house party to which security allegedly couldn't hear. You can't put any of your food or drinks bill straight to your room, which was annoying and staff pushing for you to pay even though you may not be finished there. Road to Villas is rocky and there is lots of construction going on.

Het hotel is supermooi, prachtig zwembad, kleinschalig en rustig. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We konden aan het hotel een motorbike (N-max) huren die wel praktisch is om in de buurt leuke dingen te gaan bekijken (O.a. de zee-tempel). Je kan ook wel taxi-scooters gebruiken om bijv. naar de betere strandbars te gaan rond Canggu (ongeveer 15-20 minuten van Seseh).

De omgeving van het hotel is nog absoluut niet toeristisch maar er wordt wel flink bijgebouwd en de komende jaren zal ook het ook hier drukker worden. De bouwwerken in de buurt geven soms wel wat geluidsoverlast, maar de werken beginnen pas rond 8h 's morgens en zijn 's avonds rond 18 uur gedaan. Dus de nachtrust is OK.

The location is still quiet, not like other crowded part of bali. It’s close to the Seseh beach. The pool area is nice and filled with morning sunlight.

The access is a bit far from main street, the facilities and amenities also limited.

Super aesthetic rooms super spacious lovely bathroom. Cafe had good food and coffee, walkable to the beach and seseh village.

Price was too high considering construction noise all day makes pool not enjoyable to use. WhatsApp messages from reception reminding of check out time prior to checkout time made it feel less high end and more like they were kicking you out.

Stunning aesthetic, super clean and amazing staff. Good and drinks were amazing and pool and amenities were a highlight!

What I didn’t like was they should’ve given me a discount even though I know it wasn’t their fault with all the construction going on. They messed up my food and drink. So you need to put a smoking section away from the front. It smelled.

The property is gorgeous. The rooms are more like suites, there is lots of space. The beds and pillows are super comfortable! The staff were very helpful with extending my stay and late checkout. And the food at the restaurant had good variety and was good. I would stay here again!

Nothing about the property, but there is loud construction next door. They do advise this prior to booking and it can’t be helped.

Everything was good quality. The appts were well designed and the enormous bed was extremely comfortable.

My initial property was located up steep stairs with no handrail and not suitable for anybody with any mobility issues.

The property looked great and photographed well, and was very very clean. The staff were the highlight, super attentive and friendly. The restaurant on site also had a great selection of food and cocktails. We loved our stay at Dune Seseh and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to travel to Canggu!

Le bruit de construction incessant ! Impossible de se détendre entre des bruits de marteau piqueur et scie sauteuse. Le restaurant était vraiment mauvais, le pire que j'ai fait en 5 mois en Indonésie (j'ai pris un Pho, il faisait la taille d'un bol de céréales, 3 noodles et une feuille de coriandre...) Il y avait des tâches de je préfère pas savoir ce que c'était sur mon lit à l'arrivée... Cerise sur le gateau : tu arrives épuisé de ton voyage, le personnel insiste pour que tu remplisses un 'ong formulaire qui n'a aucun intérêt (1ere fois qu'on me demande ça en 5 mois, 0 envie de partager toutes mes datas perso, un passeport suffit) Bref, je suis venue pour me reposer,c'était épuisant. Le rapport qualité prix n'était pas là.

Location, it is located Seseh Beach and we only went there for a wedding. There us very little to do or places to eat. To get any atmosphere would need to head to Canguu which was a nightmare due to traffic. If you wanted to do nothing and relax by the pool this would be great. However you would need to not worry about the noise lots of construction happening.

Absolutely stunning! Pictures perfect! Staff were so attentive, friendly and always happy to help. Organised a surprise room design! Turned out amazing

The beds could be a bit more comfy, quite hard. I wouldn’t let this stop you tho!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Dune Seseh. Tout était parfait du début à la fin : les prestations sont de grande qualité, les chambres magnifiques et très bien entretenues, et le cadre est exceptionnel. Le service a été irréprochable tout au long du séjour. Les employés sont extrêmement gentils, attentionnés et toujours très réactifs à la moindre demande. On se sent vraiment accueilli avec chaleur et professionnalisme. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience mémorable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt

早餐，服务都不错。酒店房间设施很方便全面，干净卫生。到酒店前有点小插曲，到了态度也很好，也做了补偿和道歉。整体很满意。

記念日で行ったのですが、飾り付けやサービスのデザートなどくれました。みんな優しくて短い宿泊なのが悔しかったです。ロケーションも良くて最高でした！

シャワー室が少し小さくてカーテンやドアがない為外に水がでちゃってました！

宿自体が可愛くて素敵だった！受付スタッフの方もにこやかで安心だった。

空港ピックアップをお願いした際、ドライバーの方が夕食に連れて行ってくれると言うのでお願いしたところ、ホテルとは逆方面の高くてそんなに美味しくはないビーチのレストランだったので少し残念でした。

とても雰囲気が良く綺麗でした。スタッフの方もみんな良い人でした。

何故か初日にお風呂のお湯がほとんど出なくて寒かったところ 次の日には熱々のお湯が出てハッピーだったので問題ないです 悪いところほとんどない。 ヤモリ？が常にたくさんいるので苦手な人はちょっと気にするかもしれないけど部屋に入ったり近寄ってくることは無いので問題ないと思います。 空港から少し遠いので、観光客で混んでるとタクシーで3時間はかかる

Lovely staff, beautiful room, loved the bathtub and the bath salts!

It was very annoying to relax by the pool and have people from outside of the hotel come in and take pictures by the pool, not being mindful that we were in the background. I get it, it's a beautiful spot, but the pool area should be exclusive for hotel guests and not allow people come in all day for photoshoots. We didn't have any privacy there.

Bed sheets didn’t tidy as short and not cover the bed. Aircon wasn’t cool enough.

Très joli hôtel tout neuf avec un personnel adorable. Il y a un petit café sur place où l’on peut se restaurer. Service dans les chambres. Les chambres sont bien équipées, avec un design magnifique où chaque détail est soigneusement pensé. L’atmosphère rappelle un peu le style désertique, d’où le nom Dune. Un autre grand avantage : l’hôtel est à l’écart du bruit de Canggu et se trouve à seulement deux minutes à pied de la plage.

En ce moment, la zone où se trouve l’hôtel est en pleine construction. Il y a des chantiers presque partout, et la route menant à l’hôtel est en très mauvais état. On a vraiment l’impression d’arriver en plein chantier, et l’hôtel ressemble alors à une petite oasis. Personnellement, cela m’a dérangée. Mais si vous êtes prêt à supporter le bruit des travaux — qui, à Bali, est malheureusement très fréquent en ce moment — alors vous pouvez aller dans cet hôtel en toute confiance, car il offre vraiment beaucoup d’avantages.

The property itself is beautiful

The location is extremely isolated and it’s impossible to walk anywhere easily. Be prepared to order a driver every time you wish to leave the property.

The aesthetic is calming and easy on the eye, and those hammocks! Lazy days :)

My second time back this year - I love this hotel! Cute boutique hotel, lovely staff and the rooms are super comfortable. It felt like a little home away from home. I loved getting coffee to the room in the mornings via whatsapp. A short walk down the gang to the beach and right close to the centre of Seseh. Will be back!

I absolutely loved my stay at Dune. I arrived after a very long flight and walking into the room felt like such a relief. The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, spotless, and I instantly felt safe and relaxed. Bali is notorious for little bugs and creatures sneaking into most places, but these rooms are built so well that there wasn’t a single thing to make me feel uneasy. The staff were wonderful and genuinely made me feel at home. Being able to order room service through WhatsApp, and having my morning coffee delivered to my door, was such a treat. The bath and shower are great, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the TV at the end of the bed made for the cosiest movie nights. At the end of my booking at Dune I moved on to a villa… hated it… and ended up cancelling and coming straight back for another week 😂 Seseh has now become my favourite area in Bali. It has everything you need but still feels calm compared to Canggu or Uluwatu, and the hotel is perfectly located for exploring the area. I’ll definitely be coming back to Dune next time!

There is some construction in the surrounding area, but the hotel is very transparent about it. For the quality of the rooms and overall experience, the prices are more than worth, so it really wasn’t an issue for me.

-They put music at the swimming pool from morning time (8 am ish) to late night, so the beat of the music woke me up while I just arrived from a long trip. If you want to have a nap, same you ll have to be ok with beats. -the bed pillows are way too thick for me to sleep confortably and they could not offer a thinner/softer one. -the Hammock are not clean, full of dead flies so not so welcoming to lay in it - the food looks very nice but taste is not as amazing as it looks (we got shrimp tacos and pork belly) - during week days people working remotely use all the restaurant space so you cannot have your breakfast at the restaurant as 1 person uses 2 to 4 seats - the road is not easy to come by car -constructions are all around I would not recommend friends to stay here despite the beauty of the hotel for the 2 first reasons mentionned.

とにかくホテル内の建物の作り、雰囲気、インテリアや物の配置など全てにセンスがあり素敵な空間だった。ずっと写真を撮りたくなるような素敵な場所がたくさんあった。部屋の中にあるインテリアの一つ一つが素敵でこんなマイホームが欲しいと思った。

ホテル自体の話ではないが、周辺では新しい建物を建設中だったり、道が舗装されておらずでホテル内の素敵な雰囲気とのギャップがものすごかった(それももはや面白い)夕飯を外に食べに出たが、舗装されていない道に加えて街灯がなくスマホのライトを頼りに歩くのが大変だった。 朝食をホテルで食べたが、レストランの雰囲気や食器などが可愛らしく写真映えした。ただ、提供までが遅く味は正直微妙なところだった。

The decor is absolutely stunning, i loved being away in a quieter area but still a close scooter to nice cafes and the food and drinks you can get there are also great and cater to many dietary needs. Definitely the most memorable part of the trip is the kind and accommodating staff! They were so helpful and always had a smile.

スタッフの方々がとても親切で、日本語を話せる方もいらっしゃいました。インテリアやプールも写真で見ていた通り素敵で、とても清潔で綺麗です。 ツアーの兼ね合いで、7:30の朝食よりも早く出なくてはいけないとお伝えしたところ、フルーツのお弁当を用意してくださいました。🥹泊まりに行くことができて、本当によかったです。

行くまでの道が細く、未舗装でボコボコしていました。周りに建築中の建物が多くありましたので、これから舗装されるかもしれません。
