والنعم بالجميع لكن بما ان الفندق واجهة بشقراء اتمنى يكون فيه ضيافة تناسب المكان والسعر

Nothing worth mentioning. Whatever the property offers is completely overshadowed by how the staff treated me.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I have stayed in hotels all over the world. The reception gave me a room that was already assigned to another guest, and instead of fixing their own mistake properly, they woke me up at 11 PM and demanded that I move. No respectable hotel on earth asks a sleeping guest to leave his room in the middle of the night because of the hotel’s own error. A professional hotel absorbs its mistake and accommodates the other guest, it does not punish the guest who did nothing wrong. To make it worse, they then insisted I change rooms the next day, when I had told them clearly I would be out all day, and offered to have workers move my belongings without me present. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful from start to finish.

The level of comfort and location are great for Shaqra. Shaqra is not Riyadh or Jeddah but rating the the area is superb and we will visit again for sure. The room was large and airy and quiet and the bathroom spacious and large shower. Breakfast is order via phone and delivered to the room and the staff are all super friendly. Thank you!

Excepting the location I understand why there is no cafe/coffee house open in the lobby, but this would have been a nice to have.

قربه من المحلات التجاريه و مول شقراء وبيت قريبي موقع الفندق ممتاز 👌كذلك اعجبتني طريقة الإفطار حيث تم إرسال الإفطار لغرفة النزيل ب أطباق مختلفه ولذيذة إضافه للشاي والعصير وهي طريقه ممتازه 👍

عدم وجود قناة الرياضه بي ان سبورت في قنوات تلفزيون الغرفه مما ضايقني خصوصا أنني من متابعين الدوري الإنجليزي والدوريات الاوروبيه

الموقع ممتاز وقريب من كل الخدمات ومن السوق الرئيسي، موظفو الاستقبال ودوديين، وكانوا متعاونين بخاصة الموظفة سارة التي بادرت بتغيير الغرفة حين اشتكيت من الازعاج الصادر من بعض السكان من صغار السن لأحد الفرق الرياضية، ولم تكتف بالتغيير بل عملت الترقية من غرفة الى جناح ف دور آخر بعيداً عن الازعاج ،، فلهم ولها كل الشكر

قيام الفندق بتسكين ذلك الفريق الرياضي من صغار السن في عدد من الادوار وكان ازعاجهم لمعظم الادوار، وكان من المناسب قيام الفندق بتسكينهم في دور واحد او دورين ، او ضبطهم من خلال المشرفين عليهم منعاً لإزعاج بقية السكان

العزل ضعيف، سكنت في الدور الثامن وأسمع بوضوح اصوات السيارات. كذلك ابواب الغرف تُقفل ذاتي (دفاش) بصوت قوي، ومع كل تسكيرة باب غرفة في الدور تصحى من النوم

الجناح كبير و شرح و الاطلالة جميلة

عندما دخلنا كان المكان حار، التكيف غير مفتوح، اخذ وقت حتى يبرد الجناح و غرفة النوم

النظافة

تسرب المياه في ارضية الحمام بالقرب من الكراسي

معامله الموظفين راقيه وعلى مستوى عالي ومتفاعلين ومتجاوبين

فقط هو الافضل تقريبا في مدينة شقراء

السعر مبالغ فيه جدا جدا. دائما استأجر منهم جناح .. اولا النشاف علب صغيره قد ازيل نصيفتها من قبل + الماء 300ملي علبتين فقط+ شاي فتله ثنتين فقط + شرايط.سكر ثنتين فقط + نسكافيه ثنين شرايط فقط+ .. الشبابيك.غير هازله لاصوات السيارات بالخارج+ الستاير غير عازله للضوء+ البكس شاور بدون ارفف نهائيا + الموكيت موصول في بعض ويظهر لك فواصل التوصيل بوضوح+ سلال المهملات صغيرخ جدا جدا جدا + في وقت الصيف تحتاج بعد الدخول 24 ساعه لتكون الغرفه فعلا بارده. كل الشكر للجميع الاخوات العاملين في الاستقبال قمه في الاخلاق والتعامل والسرعه. باختصار الفندق جميل ولكن الادارة غير موفقه

Booked a suite and had a lot of space. Breakfast was served in the living room.

Excellent service and very clean hotel.

I had issues getting breakfast delivered to my room (their procedure for breakfast). I ended going out to buy my own breakfast.

The hotel is super nice and it’s located in the center of Shaqra. The staff was really friendly and spoke good English! We even had breakfast in the room the next morning and also parking for free. Totally recommended!

I liked everything about the hotel. The size of the rooms is huge in comparison to a typical hotel size. The cleanliness is spotless. The manager Mr Aymen as well as the ladies working in the front office are super cooperative. The swimming pool and Gym services are nice. I like that they have given a separate timing for ladies to enjoy swimming and gym. We stayed at the junior suite with the mountain view. This was a Wow experience.

It is hard to look for things that we didn't like. I would humbly give a suggestion that the hotel can tune down the fares a bit which will make it housefull facility everyday.

Great location and wonderful facilities. The staff were lovely.

There was no choice for breakfast, just one option which was okay but not great.

Too big room for the furneture availabe there is no working disk and chair only dressing table with dressing stool very tiny coffee table

There is no Restaurant in the hotel, the bathrooms need a special tray for shampoo and soap, and the slop of the bath is not correct because when the door after the shower, water goes to the rest of the bathroom area and the toilet
